I have given you more than one chance, including several birthdays celebrated there. The story is always the same, non-existent waiters, bar service without staff, pizzas that arrive late, alcoholic drinks that we had to go downstairs from the upper floor and get them ourselves. All of this happens on weekends when you should be full of waiters and service. The most serious thing is that instead of improving yourself, you respond to customers who demand good service who have never been to you. I repeat, in Italy you would have closed.

We heard about this place, because we were looking for a spot for a birthday party, however, If you are planning to have some fun while you are having some drinks or snacks DO NOT come here. Terrible experience, staff in the bar and waiters are really unhelpful, and rude. NOBODY wanted to take our order, neither upstairs or downstairs... We were waiting in the tables, nobody approached.. We approached to the bar and they didn't wanted to take the order, we were walking around for 20 minutes trying to find someone who will be willing to take the order, nobody did... Never coming back.

Great bowling experience as well as billiards. Decent price setting on monday early evening, friendly staff, clean facilities, spacious. Good vibe.

I visited for the first time and fell in love with this place. I can say its the best place for young people in Warsaw. Not only for young people but also for adults and children. I spent 8 hours in this place and still wanted to spend more. Big stage with DJ entertaining the visitors, bowling, billiards, computer games, kids zone, outdoor sitting area, children playground and a lot more. Food is good and tasty, bartenders prepare special drinks and cocktails. Its open until late night but the restaurant close at 10 PM. After 10 PM only drinks are served. I highly recommend this place. A must place to visit in Warsaw :)

The place is missing a good manager. So much stuff that doing completely nothing and pushing responsibility one to each other. Example: They have a big bar but only one person is working there. The rest just fu…g up around. No waiters at the line. To order something you have to miss half of the game waiting at the bar. This place not worth it a time and money!

You should pay for entrance during weekends even if you book bowling and not participating in the party and it is unclear during the reservation. You should go and look for the waiter to take your order. Also you should remember who take your order cause the exact person who took your order, otherwise you would spend 20 minutes waiting for the staff to figure it out and bring you the bill. And i’m pretty sure that the problem is not in waiters, but in the terrible service system in general. Disappointing experience!

We faced an issue with one of the bowling tracks we reserved (it had a mechanical problem and stopped working after half an hour), and staff at reception refused to give a reimbursement right away, but suggested us to file a complaint to hey the money back. It was just 120 PLN compared to the 2.300 PLN we spent that night, which is not you've best way too treat your Customers (we will file a complaint and will never be back, unfortunately). [2021.10.16] Editing my review, as not chance to reply to the "Owner's reply" written 2 weeks ago: You reply is simply not true. You did not performed any reimbursement, but replied to our formal complaint that, since we arrived 30 minutes late and you kept the 3 tracks for us, we were then even, and no money had to be returned. You even wrote that the money was reimboursed before we filed our complaint, so I believe you just wrote your standard answer for those cases to try to justify yourself, but without any real action taken (quite disappointing you cheat in the reviews replies that way). Two more comments on this: (1) that day, it was not an issue for you we arrived 30 minutes late, but now it's the main reason for you not reimboursing the money for the faulty track; (2) we booked 3 tracks until 15 minutes before closing time, so there was no way those 30 minutes delay could be used to rent any of the 3 tracks to other customers. Also worth commenting, 2 of 3 tracks were working in a faulty way during the 2h30 we were there (until one of them simply stopped working after 30 minutes). They were getting stuck from time to time and not allowing us to play fluently (maybe you should have also consider this when deciding not to make any reimboursement, right?).

Good evening... Recently, we noticed that there is an inappropriate treatment of the club's customers. Where the entry to the club is considered as if he is entering the prison and not a place of entertainment... As new instructions have found that whoever enters the club is not allowed to exit and return, despite the presence of the tape in his right forearm, and asks him to buy a second entry card, and this is not permissible from a legal, social and psychological point of view. Question: What is the purpose of this improper method, since all clubs in all cities of Poland, as well as in other countries of the world do not use this improper method. What does the club management want from the customer if he goes out to check his car, to breathe, to make a phone call, or to meet a friend who is coming to him? I believe that such dealings should be abolished out of respect for the client's personality instead of contempt for him.... This is on the one hand and on the other hand, I suggest that the club be opened twice a week (Monday and Thursday), for example, as long as there is a large audience who desires that and the benefit will prevail for everyone.

3 stars for the following reason: despite paying the entrance and getting the bracelet, if you get out the building, you will not be able to enter again. My friend was feeling bad in the belly so I accompanied him to his car located in the outside parking. I said goobye to him and proceed to enter again. I recently ordered a cocktail that I wanted to finish and my other friends were waiting me as well. The club doorman / security guards didn't allowed me to enter again unless I payed for the entrance again. This policy is not written anywhere. Despite that the place is good. They have a great mixing of bowling + pub + pizza restaurant + disco music room + dance Show + arcade machines. Would I come here again? After treating me like this probably not.

It's a lovely place to spend evening with friends or family. Bowlong, Pool tables, good food, dancefloor, what else is needed for the evening 🙂 Hulakula is a one stop destination to enjoy your evening with your closed ones. I loved it tho 🙂

I love when on the bowling screen there are some nice animations these ones were kinda lame and some buttons on the keyboard werent working. Appreciated for kid mode in bowling.

A large entertainment, events and indoor games place of sorts. Includes several bowling alleys, billiards tables, and other indoor games. There is a play area for small kids, so it's well suited for famalies. There are tables for when you want to grab a bite, and a dance floor with a DJ who starts spinning beats after 8pm. You'll find kids dancing in the evening hours and some older family members dancing at 10pm. There is also a massive bar. There is table service and the staff are helpful, but waiting time for the food was on the longer side. We ordered beers, a few Mojitos for the women and a large bucket of chicken wings with fries. It was served with 3 dips and was quite good. Be warned that there are huge crowds for the bowling alley, and billiards tables so it's better to book in advance. We had to wait till 11pm to be able to play, as we hadn't booked in advance. In general a fun place to hangout with friends, family, or family with little kids. Ideal to eat, drink, and unwind!

What an awesome indoor play park for kids. 2 play areas separated for age abilities. Helpful staff. Our 5 year old had awesome fun.

Decent price per hour for bowling if split between the players. They do not allow entry with your own drinks so I had to chug my 2L ice tea :D. Our lane sometimes had 1 pin falling over after placement but it usually favoured me so can't complain lmao.

Very bad experience we booked online and when we reach they have only one ball for bowling almost 20 min wasted and when we ask for extra time they gave us 15 min more but before 1 hr still 5 min left ..they stopped lean we ask n why they stopped they dnt have answered and what about 15 min extra 😒. After many arguments Then we asked for refund they told us like it's online so refund will be in 3 -4 working days ..but still we are waiting for our refund even after 10 days we went again for remind about our refund but still there is no response .I dnt know if they dnt have working staff for weekend why they open online booking and no an follow up for customer 😒. Lets hope we will get our refund.

It's quite nice place for fun with friends. It's better to reserve some table otherwise way you can disappoint.

Great place and location for some fun with friends or a company meet up, food is surprisingly good and not that expensive as it could be for places like these. From what I saw they even offer some dancing parties for older people or that was just what was going on when I was there bowling. Great staff and partially automated service with robots.

Don’t recommend on Sundays. We spent 1,5h playing bowling, were asking for the waiter to come get the order twice and no waiter EVER approached our track. Also half of the gaming machines are out of service. Bar and cocktails are fine if to order there right away.

Good atmosphere. Came specifically to play pool. Reasonable rates. Pool table was a little dusty and the balls were an odd mix, otherwise I would score higher.

Bowling, billiard, show and dance music so all you might need for an evening out with group of friends.

I was there bowling with my family, 1 hour is fairly enough for a group of 3-4 people. Quie poor menu in case of beer, didn't try anything to eat.

Really nice and big place, but service was a big disappointment. Most time we spend on the bar waiting for drinks instead of bowling. We couldn’t order food- no waiter around for 1 h, we couldn’t find him to order.

we visited hulakula with group of friends for bowling. it was fun playing other games too. highly recommended for drinks and gaming. but always brings your own coins for gaming.

Worst customer service. Booked 2 bowling lanes for 2 hours. The reservation was not registered by then even though they received the full payment. Most lanes were empty but they said they were reserved and we got our money back. We were there waiting for 2 hours. Can not recommend it

nice place, but lack of food

I went there with my friends, and I get that it was the weekend, but we shouldn’t have waited for almost 30 minutes to get the shoes… One staff member was putting shoes away instead of taking care of the clients… others did other things that really could wait. At least, we still could play for an hour. Moreover we encountered false advertisement as some things that were advertised were not even there. Also, the music was horrible and very loud. It’s a shame that you have to sit next to strangers when you go bowling and there’s not enough place to seat. I was very surprised by the number of security - it used to be a place where I went as a kid and now it’s a high secured club. That’s not the only thing that changed, unfortunately. There are no longer snacks like nachos - definitely a shame.
