The club is nice and the location is good, drinks and music are good.. the big problem with the club is the security staff. Very rude and aggressive and heartless making everyone scared to be in this club like everyone is complaining You should change the security agency you working with or the security staff

Great and spacious place, nice music, nice service. True wow-effect when we entered. Would rate it at 5-stars but in the morning learned that one member of our group was kicked out by security without any explanation. The others said that most probably she was mixed with someone else, but there was no discussion. This type of things are scary, and remind of 90ies.

Worst clubbing experience I ever had in my life. Went outside for home and realised I left my phone halfway on the way so I went back. I explained the situation politely to the guard and showed them my phone was ringing (which means no one has picked up or not stolen yet). He didn’t take any of my words and landed a punch on me and told me to go home. Now I lost not just a phone, also waiting in hospital. Never understood why staffs were allowed to be in such that manner and I was never recommend you to go there as a tourist.

Today 23.04.2020, me and my friends from south east Asia wait for a long line to enter the club, however when it comes to our turn, the girl in the entrance make the way to exit and said it's private party and she called the security as well, the security rudely say get out. We saw others they took in and i ask couple of person in the queue and they said it's not a private party. I believe it was totally rasicm approach, since we asked can we pay to go in to another security, he said table full and right behind me there is white person he paid and get into the club. For white person there is no table full? Or you guys segregated the table with skin color? treat everyone equally don't be a racist towards different skin color.

Racist bouncers. We were foreigners and the girl at the queue sent us to a different queue. There they made us pay 80pln instead of 30pln like the rest of the people and the day before. When asked for the reason first we were told to try again the next day and we were ignored right after. I asked 2 or 3 more times why and the security guard told me "I didn't ask you any question". Horrible place with an even more horrible staff. Do not recommend at all if you are not polish P.S.: we were in the regular queue for 1h30m at that point, then the lady at the entrance sent us to other queue right when was our turn. We didnt want neither asked fot the express queue. It was pure discrimination

-10 STARS. Supposedly admissions during the week are free. We decided to go to the Cuban on a Monday, when we arrived we were asked for 20zl each to enter when 10 minutes before the rest of our friends entered without paying anything. Unfortunately, after another night my opinion of Cuban is now even worse! The bartenders are very incompetent and rude and if you try to complain they will just say "I don't care". The price is also very high, we ordered 4 shots and paid 95zl. At the end of the night the security guard grabbed my arm, twisted it and pushed me out of the club, I was wearing a t-shirt and it was about 0 degrees. We had to call the police to get our coats back. A shame! We can see that the Cuban always responds to comments wanting to know the details but absolutely nothing changes, the security guard I mentioned, the bald man, has been the subject of complaints for a long time and the management does absolutely nothing about it.

I go inside Friday and saturday they told me that i am not elegant (i dressed Armani pants, Prada jacket and Balenciaga shirt). Whats elegant for you? 👎

DJ czekolada makes this place amazing but the staff not really. I danced all night next to the DJ and suddenly out of the blue the security guy stopped liking it, grabbed first my arm and then leg. I decided to go out and he kicked me in the door. You should really make sure who you hire as this guy has some psychological issues.

The terrible service, the staff was so rude. The bartender thinks that we were stupid or drunk, we ordered double shots of vodka and red bull, with my friend. So there were two glasses, he put in the first one two shots of vodka, and to the second only one shot of vodka, when we pointed at that, he just said that the ice in the first one has melted. First of all it can’t melt that fast in mere 10 seconds. Second of all when we pointed out on that fact he was very rude. I would have given this bar 0 stars if that was possible. Every time we go there, we always face their rude staff and unprofessionalism. So that was the last drop, won’t go there anymore. Congrats, you lost 5 clients yesterday!!!

The club is both for hook ups and probably a little more if your money is long 😎. Love the drinks though! Don't pay for drinks for the cream gobblers, because they will walk away from you, because it's about money for them!

Well, we were 2 South Americans visiting Warsaw and we saw the event on Facebook with reggaeton music/Latino music. So, to enjoy the night we tried to go in, but we were blocked and sent home due to way we were dressed. We were wearing normal clothes, nothing extravagant, a short, sneakers and a jacket.... If you want to go there and enjoy your own culture, that is not the place. (The event started 1 hour after the scheduled) respect and inclusivity are 2 things that you won't find there. There weren’t any normal people there. I went accidentally and regret completely. Music bad; drinks bad, atmosphere so bad. We couldn’t even move because of crowds. Place is small. Entry was 30zlote.

Last night, I went to a bar, and there was a significant issue. All my drinks was charged 9 euros each. but if a Polish person or a girl bought the same drink, the price was 2 euros. There was no price list, and all amounts seemed arbitrary, with the bar staff deciding on the spot. There seems to be a clear issue of racial discrimination there. Shameful

Don't give your coat! There is a line of half an hour to take your coat back and the guys who take your coat are very unpleasant. They work very slowly.

What I like the most about this place is music and pretty cool design. Rest of this place leaves much to be desired. Unpleasant, unfriendly bartenders. Expensive drinks of low quality. You need to pay for the entrance and then for the cloakroom. Toilets are dirty, place in general super overcrowded, people in the corners taking drugs.

A good place with nice Latin music (mostly) Not many places to sit at, so if you're getting tired it would be tough. Big smoking area, so you can have fun while smoking. Very over populated on Mondays, which is not fun.

One of the worst clubs I attended. I attended better ones in even Bułgaria. So many men. Men are so pushy. They are so sticky. Very few people are there for dancing. The rest is there for hook up. Not my cup of tea. Musics were good. Price was affordable. Vodka coke 32 złoty

The music is not bad, mostly foreigners, I had good time at the dancefloor. The problem is that the place feel like is owned by the Mafia. I found out the security guard slapped my friend, my jacket was taken from the table... With other team of the club I would rate it 4.5, there's the same club in Krakow (❤️) but the staff their are so lovely. Long story short: you'll have fun there but need to hope not to interact with the staff.

Best club in Warsaw. The interior was quite beautiful, modern and well decorated. There were two dance floors and also a seprate room, where you can chat with your friends and enjoy your drink. The entry fee was 20 zl. The drinks were nice, but there was an option for only one beer variety. It's recommended place for foreigners, as I saw people from many nationality. 👍

Was fun, but my coat was stolen (and I was completely sober). Seeing the same stories in the reviews, I assume there is a pattern or organized group operating stealing stuff. Be careful and mindful of that.

I had a very unpleasant situation that happened yesterday, during a New Year's Eve party at Teatro Cubano in Warsaw. My wife, my brother and I had purchased three entrance tickets for the party and once we arrived there, the security guy let my brother in without any problem. However, I was wrongly accused of being drunk by the security guy ( I cannot identify his name, all I remember is that he was bold), when I tried to speak in Polish please check my tickets. The guy just yelled at me despite me being sober. Then I have asked my wife to help me to understand why they consider me drunk if I only try to speak the local language that I am still learning and cannot sound pure because of my foreign accent. In response, the security guy again yelled, this time at my wife and started pushing me. Then when my wife tried to stop him since his behavior was really aggressive he pushed her almost to the street where cars could hit us since it was dark. When we said to him that we will notify the police regarding this abnormal behavior, he started screaming even more at us. In the end we were denied entry to the club without any justification, with me wrongly accused of being drunk and my wife physically abused by the security guy that you had hired for the New Year's party. I would like to ask if this is a regular behavior of your company to let people buy tickets in advance and then deny their entrance without any reason.

Just outdated, lol. This club is for people 35+, no fun for students there. They don't even know basic modern fashion. On the night 25-26.05 i was with a large group of friends. And an old short black-haired woman didn't let me in because of my "inappropriate shoes"... They were white MARGIELA TABIS (1500€) LOL 🤣🤣🤣 My night wasn't ruined or something, but.. that was just lame, cringe 🤷‍♂️ Don't recommend if you're 18-25

I was very disappointed in the Cubano club! We stood in line for 40 minutes in the cold. We approached the front door, but they didn’t let us in without any explanation. I asked the girl 5 times why they weren’t letting us in. They did not answer the question in any way, but repeated my own question to my answers. It was very rude of her. Not letting you into the club without explaining the reasons is very stupid. Heartless, aggressive and rude staff. I've been here many times and am very disappointed in this club. I will never come here again and I do not recommend anyone to stay with such staff. I have never met such rude staff in clubs in Warsaw. The whole evening is a waste of time. Don't recommmend at all!☹☹☹

Very nice club and good music. However security is really rude and they acted violent to several people in the queue without justification, creating a really uncomfortable atmosphere. If you are afraid of corona dont come here, they dont check covid pass or anything.

After standing in line for half an hour, the very rude doorkeeper decided that my friend couldn't enter, she didn't give us an explanation, she never look us in the eye, she just ignored, the reason?, well I don't, since no reason (except she probably felt offended because a funny situation occurred and we laughed). Don't forget Teatro Cubano that you are treating with people and we deserve respect.

Terrible club. The Teatro Cubano in Krakow is much better. We came to Cubano and realized I had lost my phone right after we entered. We didn't even have the chance to take off our coats and they told us we would have to pay in order to get back in. Its 20zł so its no small cost. Its very impersonal, the people by the enterance are very rude, there's no way back in in case of emergency and I definitely recommend the one in Krakow way more, even though the Warsaw one is bigger. Avoid this one at all costs.

More than a disco is a reception center with music. Stinky.

Best club we've been to in a weekend of visiting 7 or 8 clubs in warsaw. 50 zloty seems to get you past the line, normal entrance seems to be 20. 2 large dance floors, the massive one in front playing Latin styled music, the other one party house and a bit of other stuff. Massively crowded but huge fun, people aging from 20ish to 40ish average I'd say around 30. Friendly crowd, decent drink prices, no posh door policy, absolutely recommend!

Is there any specific dress code for brown people? In my opinion, this is a racist club. Saturday I went there with my South American white friend. My dress code was good compare to my friends but I was denied to enter. If possible please specified the dress code for brown people.

My first time with my wife at Teatro Cubano was yesterday. We had a lot of fun, the security was incredible, the bartenders very professional, I really liked it. Just one problem the DJ, he was a little disrespectful and repeated the songs a lot. The rest incredibly good

Huge queue. I m giving 3 🌟 only because of good vibe. You have three rooms when you can enjoy different music. And you have smoking zone as well and is really big so you can sit there and chill. Prices for drinks are a way to high I mean I don't mind to pay if is good drink but I get a bit of rum with pineapple juice, sweet as hell for 35zl Maybe for this price for a drink is good to have experience bartenders 😉

We were scammed ! It is the first time that even doing a reservation through their webpage they didn't let us in, with the excuse that the date was wrong (which was not the case). When we ask for the refund through an email they said that is not possible to do and they want to give us the tables for another day even knowing that we were there just for the weekend.

Such a pleasant place with nice looking people. The music is Latino based and the bartenders are on point. They also stay open LATE. The drinks are reasonable as well.

Here is a long awaited review of this place from my lens, this place is a must visit night club if you love to dance with strangers and in my opinion I always had found the atmosphere to be the most welcoming and found people with high energy. If you ask me, which club I’d prefer to go every weekend if so only have one option, this will be it because I find price of entry and drinks super effective against what I can get - amazing vibe, good people, secure for girls, can make new friends easily.

Very good place to go and have fun. The sound of the music is not very good but you'll spend great time. Latin music, but also pop music. We went twice on Thursday and it was plenty of different kind of people. I'll come back for sure.

It was my first time in there and everything was quite good. Until we ordered for 2 drinks and bartender charged us for 4 drinks (which we never get). We didn't ask for any promo and we didn't get anything like this. I tried to explain the situation but I couldn't get any help. So I think I'm not going to this club again. Edit: I made contact with the club and they offered me to cover the loss. So everything is fine right now. Thanks.

I was there on 01.00 am. I was on the line waiting for over 15 minutes to get in. Then when it was my turn the guy beside me was told that he was never welcomed in there. Then asked me to get out too (i was shocked) i wasnt drunk and the security girl hadnt said a word to me. The interresting thing was that i and the 4 other guys were from the middle east!! Is that racism here in Warsaw? I tried to talk to other sicurity guys but no one ever replied to me. Having an explaination was all i wanted but no i couldnt get that. It ruined my stay in Warsaw to be honest. I am a tourist and we should be treated better than this. I dont recommend this!

I am very disheartened by the Racism I faced today at Cubano. First I asked the lady there if I can pay by card and she confirmed me by saying yes. When my turn came she saw me I am with 2 Asian friends (from India), the lady closed the barrier by saying it's full. When we came out of the line , then she again opened the barrier for all the people waiting behind us. I observed that they were only doing this specifically with all the people form India and Pakistan. Come on... I felt so low at that moment... I am living in Italy for last 3 years and I didn't face anything like this. I choose Poland for my Erasmus by thinking that it will be a good experience, people will have open way of thinking but I was wrong. Despite being well educated and disciplined they just judge us from our colour.

A good club, with a little latin vibe. There are 2 dance floors, one downstairs and one near the entrance. If you don't smoke i prefer you staying on the top dance floor, cause the bottom will be full of smokers and all. Was a good experience. Staffs were also friendly.

I changed my opinion since I decided to give them a second chance, good music, good environment and drinks prices are normal, although their criteria about the dress code is still uncertain for me because most people are looking quite formal but later you saw people wearing caps, Yankees or Dockers t-shirt inside so, it's a bit odd, besides that, it's ok, if you're not white, just wear as formal as possible and get there before 1am and it will be fine!

On mondays, it is erasmus night. Cuba libre is 8 pln. Entrance is free! Edit: in the middle of the night, they fired my friend from the club. (They had a reason but still they were soo rude) It was raining like hell outside. He was with a tshirt in winter. I wanted to give him a coat. So I got fired, too. The security was very rude.

Everything would be great if not the fact, that club doesnt sell basic thing like water in the bottle. You re dancing all night long in sweaty danefloor, wanna come back home and have basic thing like water on your way and you cannot buy it. You can buy only in a plastic glass served from the sink (for 10 zl) that you cannot take with youself. Its 2 am in the morning, where you can buy it? My friend had a snacks in her backpack and before coming inside the guy took it and just throw it to trash without letting her to leave it in the cloakroom.Security and managers dont care about your safety. Sad. If not this, party would be really cool.

Most fun I've ever had at a club on a Monday night. Crowd level was perfect, and the music was great. I can't comment on the weekend days though.

One of the best clubs in Warsaw. Great music, and atmosphere. Although on the weekends it can get too crowded and super long waiting times to enter.

Entrance fee was 30 PLN, and the staff was friendly. Inside there was too much people, almost no place to dance. The music, design and the vibes, however, were pretty cool, I enjoyed it much. Also, on the second dance floor it was chilly, due to air conditioning, so if there were not as many people, I would name it the best place I had the opportunity to dance on.

This guy charged my friend 25 pln for a tequila shot while I got the exact same from another barman for 16pln. When we asked him about he said “I don’t care go to take from the other one if you don’t like.”

I come here everyday good place And nice drinks, if someone need more fun, i recommend for them, but yesterday ,The girl standing next to the door said it was closed and turned us back. Nice place! The decor is on point and they played lots of Latin music, all of the favourites. The bartenders were great for the size of the bar, and most of the staff spoke English. They have a coat check too. We had a lot of fun dancing and talking to some locals and people from other countries. The wait outside was not long, though we were there earlier in the night. The bathrooms could have used more attention.

It's an amazing place. The vibe, music, DJs are awesome. The place usually super packed on Saturdays. Lots of beautiful girls from all over Europe come here. I highly recommend checking it out on Mondays too 🥳

Brought a mask and was allowed in wearing only shorts and a t-shirt. They told me next time to remember it is a club, not a gym. I think that's more of semantics. I was covered in sweat and exhausted from dancing in the different areas of this place. Drinks are strong, and the people are absolutely wild. Foreigners here looking to show off. There's a smoky basement with different music too. Line might be long when entry is free, but that's just a dilemma your group will have to decide on gameday.

We came with friends to celebrate the closing of the store, they claimed we were drunk but we weren't, we were in dock19 where we were with our company, very bad security behavior, I don't recommend this club to someone who is not from Poland!!!!

I have never felt more confused. Lady at the enterance said me and my friends could not enter for no actual reason. 《We were not drunk or anything) Guys from middle east who stood in line before and after us could enter with no problems. When we asked why we are not allowed we heard "Just because". I'm from Austria and I have never felt more racially discriminated. Guys, never go to this place if you are white males, we are clearly not welcome herę. Honestly it's hard for me to believe that here, in the middle of Europe we still have to fight such inequalities. Choose another night club please.

I loved the vibe and the songs.. definietly deserves a 5 star rating based on my experience. Staff were professional and respectful. I only ordered beer and the price was good. I defintely recommend it to visit at least once when in warsaw. PS: No ratings for food as I didn't order any.
