nice quiet modern hotel. helpful and friendly staff it will be perfect if the price per night includes a transfer to the airport. and on breakfast, you need hot chocolate for kids

I stayed in the Studio on the 6th floor and took a shower in the morning. I was barely wet and the warm water stopped. Literally not warm water in the apartment anymore! The piping made a lot of noise. After a few minutes the warm water came back. I had several colleagues staying in the same hotel with the same issues with the warm water. Please solve the issues with the lack of warm water.

Spent three nights at this fabulous place. Wish I could stay here for longer term, really loved time spent here, the design and architecture are extraordinary, the staff was pleasant and helpful. Feel a bit sorry that due to the pandemic not all areas and common spaces were open.

The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was huge, the bed was comfortable, there was a luggage room after check-out, the food was delicious, the breakfast was above European standards, there were no slippers in the room.

Clean and warm hotel. I love that the bathroom is very clean and warm, there is a heated towel rail. And also the most comfortable beds are in here 😍

Room is very clean, funitures are new and staff is helpful. Scrambled or boiled eggs, vegetables, fruits and fresh orange juice are available in breakfast. Thanks for great experince👍

Beautiful hotel with very elegant and luxurious rooms. Even though I was only there for one night, it stayed in my mind. The only criticism is that the buffet is relatively small and modest. It was very one-sided, but delicious.

I really like that hotel. Spacious rooms, clean and quiet, a very nice breakfast too. It is located close to the airport, therefore a bit away from the city center. Nevertheless, absolutely to recommend!

One of the best hotels in Warsaw. The rooms are modern, clean and beautifully appointed. The GreenHouse restaurant serves delicious breakfasts, lunch and dinners. The hotel has an eco-friendly and pet friendly policy. Therefore, my cat, Bluey, enjoyed the stay as much as I did! However, what really sets this place apart from other hotels are the amazing and friendly staff who are very attentive and made me feel very welcome. All up I stayed here for 12 nights and was kindly upgraded to a deluxe room for the first 2. The hotel is located near Okęcie Airport in a lovely part of Warsaw with good transportation options or a quick Uber/taxi ride to any part of the city. By the way Uber and taxis are really cheap in Warsaw. Overall, the hotel is also great value for money and while classified as a 4-Star, it easily outshines some of the 5-Star hotels for value and service. For my next stay I only wish that management consider making ChromeCast available in the rooms. Thank you. Jerzy.

Nice hotel but the service was not at 4 stars level. TV not working in the room, no info sheet in the room, juice machine was broken and nobody brought jugs with juices on the table. When I asked, they gave me a glass of water. The heating is connected to the key card so when you leave the room in the morning and you come back at night, you will find it freezing cold.

Very nice, quiet hotel in Mokotow, Warsaw. Rooms could be a little bigger, but they were very clean and beds comfortable.Variety of breakfast's options were really impressive: fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh, artisanal bread that you slice for yourself! Cheese, farmer's cheese and all kinds of flavored cheese! Eggs, hash browns, sausages and cold cuts! Fresh fruit juices, fresh vegetable juices and all kinds of coffee from espresso machine. And all of this in a green environment of a winter garden.

Specious room. Service could have been better. Staff didn't inform me about parking validation, so I had to go back from the parking lot to reception. Also, they charged me at the reception instead of the room fully paid off.

I really like the modern, rustic design. It's close to the airport but far from the center of the city. I was surprised with unfriendly staff especially at the breakfast and reception. It would make such a difference if staff would be nicer for their customers. Poor quality of breakfast for that price. It's better to go outside for breakfast. There are many cool breakfast places in the city.

Modern, elegant hotel in the suburbs of Warsaw. Very pleasant personnel and clean rooms. Industrial interior design that we really enjoyed. The only minus was that the room was a little chilly but it worked with the warm, thick blanket. The breakfast was delicious. Quiet neighborhood with a cool food court type of place right on the other side of the street where you can grab a delicious quick dinner or lunch.

Excellent hotel - really nice quality accommodation. Staff very friendly and helpful, though as same staff for front desk, bar and restaurant can be a wait for a drink sometimes. Breakfast buffet really good, highly recommended for business stays.

The hotel is new and has a modern, industrial interior tastefully decorated, which we loved. Our bed was spacious and super comfy and my picky other half approved of pillows. We also picked this hotel based on breakfast reviews and we were not disappointed, fantastic selection of quality foods, it's a pity we only stayed one night! The staff helped to make the experience as easy going as possible.

Excellent hotel in perfect location! Warsaw 5* hotels are all outdated the only thing they hold is the view from skyscrapers. The rooms are modern. Facilities are very good. The breakfast is amazing and considers dietary requirements. The staff is very helpful. Underground car park is a great advantage. The rooms are very well priced just the mini bar and restaurant prices might be dear for budget city breaks but they are matching worldwide hotel chains. Of course nearby shop might be much cheaper. Very near the airport and many shops. Great hotel to stay I have visited few times already 😁

The hotel is new and has a modern interior. Room was big and well equipped. The staff is very helpful and intelligent. Underground car parking is possible with an extra fee. Breakfast is rich and delicious. Highly recommend it!

I have visited this hotel multiple times in the last few years. I like it, since the rooms are modern, the bar is good and never crowded, service generally great and attentive, fantastic location for someone arriving from the highway, industrial design which I like and so on. However, I must say lately something is slipping - all small(er) details: The shower drain in my room was completely clogged, the smell in the room wasn’t great - like it was not opened for a year, the eco / green choice bag they advertise was missing in my room, had to wait for good 8-10 minutes at the bar trying to order until someone approached me (multiple people saw me, but no one really thought to approach, I was the one and only person standing alone at the bar - literally), the PA speaker in my room made an annoying clicking sound every few minutes which is like a leaking tap - not helping with sleeping, the waiter at the restaurant brought me a wrong receipt (good I looked and not just paid). All not major things but all together really kind of not great. My previous stays were much, much better. I still like this hotel very much and will likely come back, that‘s why I wrote this review.

The room was impressive,, it was light and airy with tea making facilities and a large bathroom. Our evening meal was served to uswith an amazing three course meal, but the bar was a bit excessive at £14 for a bottle of beer and a glass of wine

I had the opportunity to stay at this lovely hotel last July and had a great time. The hotel was very clean. It also had cozy bar and restaurant. One evening I went to the front desk and if they could get me a cab. The lovely young woman at the front desk sent me over to the bar and the young lady who was bartending poured me a Cabernet. I don’t speak Polish and their English was about the same. Then I said “Taxi” we all had a good laugh. I will definitely stay here again.

We went here as part of a group. Firstly the hotel building is awesome. Think industrial warehouse in style but really comfortable. Location is a bit out of the centre, so it's not ideal for exploring on foot without using public transport. As a group booking, I felt a bit of a second class citizen, especially when I was told that there was no vegetarian meals left, despite my preferences having been selected. It may have been the tour company's fault, or the hotels fault, I don't know; but I do not expect to be told by the server that it is my fault and then twice trying to serve a meat meal to me. Other than that, service was ok, nothing spectacular in the restaurant. If you were á la carte the service seemed better. Just as a note card payments seemed to be preferred, there was limited change available if you were paying cash in Złoty. But that appeared to be the case in a number of other hotels.

Room is quite big and very nice. Comfortable bed very nice washroom and shower. Room service is also very good. They have variety in the breakfast menu. If you are coming to City Center, location can be an issue.

First of all let me start with the most important part of the Hotel. The BED. The bed at this hotel is very comfortable and perfect if you want a good night sleep. The staff at the front desk was more than great and most of the spoke English which was very helpful. The young lady even used her phone charger to charge my phone because i did not have a European charger but then i realized that the rooms have a USB plug, but it was a nice gesture non the less. The hotel is clean quite and very modern. The only issue i had was i ordered steak for room service and the steak was very low quality and very rough but it was not a big deal. I would definarely recomend this hotel to anyone who wants a good night sleep and good service.

Very convenient location few minutes of taxi from the airport, very friendly service and delicious breakfast. We got room upgrade for free with a nice welcome gift. There is also a gym at last floor with all necessary equipment for a good work out. Absolutely a very good value for money will come back if there will be occasion. 4/5 as it was a little bit dusty and suggestion for improvement and reach 5/5.

I loved the stay. Everthing was clean, tidy and spacious rooms. The gym nicely has most needed and good quality equipment.You should get rid of feather pillows or offer ahead the possibility of changing them to every client. The transport to the airport would be a huge plus. I’ll definitely will come back.

Very nice place if you want be close to the airport. From airport to here it takes 5-15 min and depends about traffic. Rooms are very good, bed was very good, bathroom size was great. Breakfast also very good with alot different items.
