For disable people that hotel is not nice and helpful for. Dorota is horrible reception stuff very rude and Agressive, she can don’t answer 3 hours phone calls even she knows I can’t walk normally. The most angry person even I have seen in hotels. I was living there 2 months and don’t recommend this hotel for long term because there is lack of the windows and ventilation is poor. I had real hypoxia, horrible symptoms. Anna from sales department not honest person and really not helpful. She promised free parking and didn’t give. Also she promised me room for disabled and after 1 month change it. . There was perfect stuff 2 years ago but now is horrible. And Jacob is also not nice. People, for long term you can find fantastic options in Warsaw hotels but not here. I found in 💯 times better apart hotel with normal windows, helpful stuff, better room, special for disabled and cheaper.

Positive: • responsive stuff, trying hard to make all negatives at least neutral (but no chance at all) Negative: • terrible smell of cheap toilet freshener and fries from dirty and old ventilation system • impossible to get a fresh air, cause there are no opening windows • some rooms are very greased and unhygienic • there’s only one tiny bottle of drinking water in a room for two • they don’t have disposable slippers even for buy • very stinky soap and shower gel • I was lucky to get the smallest foot towel I’ve ever seen, like I’m 3 years old customer • rubbish is all over on the territory of this place (yes, I’ve came at night, but I still pay for service at the place with 4 stars) • owners don’t care about people’s needs, cause I’ve read a lot of comments about all this problems, but I’ve came here the first time and still face all of them (and it’s the last time, actually)

No windows to open, the cleanliness of the room is not the best. The price is good and the location is about 10km from the city centre .

Nice hotel located in a very calm and nice neighborhood of Warsaw. The room was clean and bright with a big window. The only slight downside was that they couldn't offer any vegan breakfast alternatives. The small fridge in the room also had a quite strong smokey smell to it.

Pulled of the motorway for a convenient overnight. Generally the experience was good. Very well located, friendly English speaking staff, clean and comfortable room, nice hot shower! Minus points were the buzzing from the electrical supply - didn't affect me but many would be annoyed - and the state of the overflow parking on muddy rutted grass. Generally though an excellent stopover location.

Good service. Good amenities. Pretty clean, but a little mold in one bathroom. Nice common areas but a separate key card is needed. Gym is just a small hotel room renovated. It has only larger weights amd one bench, cycle and row machines. Only big enough for one person. Included breakfast (extra) for the hotel restaurant is pretty bad. No fruit or vegetarian friendly choices. Lot of subpar meats and processed cheeses.

2 time in this hotel, staying this time more then 2 weeks. Be ready to fight for room cleaning I have been waiting for 4 days and nothing

Very bad experience, we’re very dissapointed. 40PLN for the parking for 1 night with no chraper possibilities… The rooms are very dirty - stained carpet, stained walls, we even got stained towels.. The staff wasn’t friendly. Also it is not possible to open the windows, there is only A/C.

It seems that to get an invoice in a foreign currency seems to be difficult, Lavatory from down stairs were in awfull conditions A deposit for a 2nd night with 3 days of distancecofvthe first have been charge the day of the deposit Mayb be some better places around

The price is fair and the room is clean! The reception is slow on doing things, it takes forever for the reception to fix something! I hope the reception can serve people in order!

Only one star because of the lack of windows and dangerously small bathrooms. The room is like a cage with one wall made of glass - no possibility to get any fresh air, only air conditioner. For me it's not an option and that is the reason why I will never come come back to this hotel again. Additionally, in such a small bathroom you often hit the sink with your head while going on toilet. Otherwise the hotel itself is nice - clean, modern furniture, rooms big enough to stay for a few days. The stuff has no problem speaking English and they are very friendly. The rooms are ok, great idea with cooking place and all the cooking equipment in the kitchen area. Pity that you can not open the window.

The biggest downside of this hotel is that you can't open the windows in the room

The construction of the building is such that rooms have only air conditioning and windows can’t be open at all (in fact it’s just a piece glass mounted in the wall). I couldn’t sleep with such air and was so happy to get out and breathe in. If I had known it in advance I would have never been there.

In general not bad but missing small conveniences like foot towel or kitchen cloth or dish dryer. So a studio but not quite. Also the cleaning service started checking the door 3 hours before checkout. No comfortable chair to sit and work at the desk

Modern looking, super super clean. Safe is available inside the room. Towels and shower gel were also found. Calm place at the same time far from city centre. No fridge, no free parking, not possible to open the window for some fresh air. Wifi disconnects from time to time. Overall good choice for a low price when traveling by car. No public transport nearby.

Great hotel. Perfectly fine for that price. Only strange thing is the lack of windows. Also the menu in the restaurant is a little bit to "modern". You will need some deep looking into it, if you want some plain dishes. But the taste is very good. Also good breakfast! You have plenty possibilities, also very healthy ones. If you want a good coffee though, order it extra, as the breakfast coffee is not the best. The caffe latte made by the waiter was excellent.

Used to recommend it to friends staying in Warsaw for short visits, but ongoing street work makes it noisy and messy. Hopefully will be finished soon. It is no longer a nice quiet spot but for a one, two days trip should be OK..

It used to be a nice stay option close to Warsaw but since the hotel started selling apartments for institutions and private buyers it has become overcrowded with random people renting the flats in second building. Hardly ever place to park in the evening. There is also a building site next to the hotel. Not a good place any more, pity!
