I tried Pad Thai & Ramen with vegetables. Pad thai not tasty as ut should be. It must be sweet & sour taste but I couldn't get it. Seems like just fried with bit suger and sos tomato. Let's talk about ramen, even there is no salt, very very less amount of salt and no taste in soup too. I gave 2 star just for decoration and climate, not for food. I hope it will be good in next time. It was my first time.

Today was a unpleasant situation in the restaurant. We were overcharge 10zl without knowing it before ordering. As a regular customer, we often requested to have the meat in the yaki udon to changed to tofu or egg and today we requested as usually and waiter didn't inform us about the extra charging of 10zl and when the bill arrive, we were told that we have to pay for 10zl for changing meat to tofu or egg which we left cheated by the restaurant and there is no information written on the menu nor waiter telling us about it. And also we have been ordering such thing for years without problem and suddenly today they are charging without informing. I wrote a complain letter to the company and waiting for their reply. If they are not honestly then there is no sense to dine in such dishonest restaurant again and also please check receipt before leaving because you might be over charging like us without being told or knowing it

Good concept bad execution. This restaurant is close to “food court” in shopping center but offers serviced tables. You can eat sushi, dim sum dumplings and Thai kitchen dishes. Very good first impression, nice interior, two levels and one with terrace. Welcome staff is offering table and giving menu cards. Then waiter is collecting the order. And here is the end of the professional restaurant service.... We ordered Lemonade for drink. Moreover we ordered one dim sum (12 pieces) and Thai soup for starter. Then Pad Thai and shrimps and different dim sum (4 pieces) for main course. Waiter said that will brinks drinks in 5 minutes and dishes in 15 minutes because of busy time. It’s ok, 60% of tables were occupied, we are not in hurry. After 10 minutes of waiting waiter bring soup and pad Thai and shrimps. I made notice to the waiter that it’s difficult to eat first and second course in one time by one person but she told me that kitchen is serving everything in one move and there is no possibility to differentiate first course and second course in the system - interesting, isn’t it? We asked as well what happened with our drinks and waiter frankly said that she was busy in talking with manager and forgot about it. Before we finish main soup and main course, dim sum (these ordered for started) came, but obviously mixed with these ordered for main course. Total mess but we discovered which one is for whom... Dishes are quite OK. Pad Thai was the best from what we ordered. Shrimps were ok but cold already when served. Dim sum just proper, nothing special. Tom Kha Gai soup had all good ingredients but soup was diluted. Finally we paid 182PLN for 5 dishes and lemonade for two adults and kid. Frankly speaking next time it would be better to eat in food court - at least you would receive what you paid for it, so no disappointment.

Ramen was very filling and I liked the taste. The welcome snack was a nice surprise :) The staff is friendly and ramens were prepared quite fast. All in all would recommend to try at least once.

I enjoyed the service and the complimentary snacks before the main meal, the service was great as well. The ramen was tasty, although a bit pricey for my taste, but still I really liked eating here.

Asian style restaurant. Chinese dumplings taste good 👍 I recommend Thai taste pineapple rice😜

I recently dined at this restaurant and was blown away by the impeccable service and delectable cuisine. The service was lightning-fast and friendly, the food was an absolute culinary delight. Utterly disappointing, everything on the table including lemonade. Chicken was so dry that it seemed like it must have spent 24h on the desert, dumplings (3 different flavours btw) were so bad that I couldn't even finish them... Well at least I can get a free desert 🍧 :)

At first glance this place doesn't feel like 1 restaurant because more restaurants are situated in this establishment. (Thai, sushi and dimsum). There is also an Italian restaurant upstairs but we didn't bother to Even look at that...but after discussing at the counter we gave it a shot (we were really craving for sushi) The person working at the counter really should work on his English I don't think he understood anything what we were trying to say 😅 but I don't blame him...maybe I should learn some polish ?🤣 but it's okay as long as the food is good right? Language doesn't have to an issue...but the Waiters inside spoke English perfectly so all good. We ordered the duck and unagi kabayaki The Sashimi mix and shrimp crab🍤 🦀 Xiao Long bao. The Xiao long bao is definitely worth it 😍😍😍it tasted very good and very bang for your buck. The Sashimi mix set with some assorted sushi 🍣 was great as well. The slices are thick and I loved the fatty pieces. For sharing this is perfect! So we tried Thai,Japanese and Chinese at the same time and it worked out pretty well!! That's a really nice combo as you get to try different cuisines instead of only focusing on sushi only...we didn't try their conveyer belt style...but there was no one eating at the table when we arrived...so we figured going a la carte was better. After a long day of shopping this place is really nice! They have big benches and tables so you can also drop all your shopping stuff on the couch without having to keep an eye on it. Highly recommend this place if you're at the arkadia and want to have dinner (Asian style) there are of course alot of food options in Arkadia but if you're going for Asian food this is the place to try.

Mixed Asian food from Thai, Japan, china and more. Very good food. The service is not the best given the huge size of the Restaurant. Still, the food will make you come back.

It is a nice restaurant with a lot to offer. The place looks great and the food is tastey. The view from the restaurant to the city is nice. Expect to pay around 100 zloty per person. Be aware that they add 10 percent for tips on top of what you buy. It is on the bill when you get it. Our service was medium at best. It took a long time to get the bill and we had to ask a few times to get it. All in all a medium experience.

Food is always tasty but the service is a 50%/50% lottery. P.S. Please clean your chairs especially along the windows side its disgusting to sit on. Same can be said about sticky (not because of being dirty but because of being long in use and exposed to the sun to much) baby chairs. Its disgusting please replace them.

Quite mediocre experience. That was NOT ramen lol ground beef ok a ramen is a sigh of cheap, as well as watered down broth and thin pieces of meat. Very disappointing and not an authentic experience. Polish people know good food! Make authentic ramen and they’ll appreciate it! I think they’re cheaping out on the ingredients which is unfortunate. Probably won’t come back again. It’s gotten worse with time based on my experience. And the service and quite slow.

Today I ordered chicken curry and I spent 63 zł on chickens with vegetables without any curry soup because the packaging was so weak, the packaging was open when the delivery man gave it to me and Im really disappointed, at least please change the packaging for the soup and curry

Long time ago I really liked that place, but now its totally different. Service, food quality and cleaning at the place are at really bad condition. Last time I ve been there, I order vegeterian set with tofu and found a piece of chicken in my plate. 🤮

It’s so difficult for me to rate this restaurant - on one hand there is nothing wrong with it, it’s a proper Asian restaurant, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the food was ok, not exceptional though. Ramen I ordered was ok, a bit plain and I feel like it was prepared in the morning and then microwaved, it was warm, instead of a flaming hot soup I’m used to. I will definitely come back there to try other dishes (like dumplings!) but ramen didn’t steal my heart at all

The duck soup was not good at all. The dumplings were okay. But customer service was nice.

Service was quite ok but the food served here, is not suitable for Asian people or for those who know exactly how asian food tastes. I'm from Asia, and the food really doesn't have an Asian taste ... No seasoning, ramen was way too sweet, duck was baked too dry and somehow had no taste. So sad..

Sushi ok upstairs but the service really poor. Some training would help a lot. After I called manager there was some progress but really nowadays every restaurant should focus to get rid of the old fashioned service ideas. And specially when you try to be real Asian not a Polish version of Asia. Or maybe that's the point!?!?

Great staff! Dishes were good but unfortunately the cooked rice was horrible. Would score higher if not for the rice. On the pricey side for sure due to the location

It was a spontaneous decision to have a lunch here and I didn't regret it. Staff is well spoken in different languages including English, food is delicious and the atmosphere is very calm and welcoming. You can tell that they are trying to make the experience as nice as they can and they succeed in that. Especially delicious where the steamed buns and dumplings. The only regret was that I didn't get more of those dumplings and buns. :)

Expensive Asian restaurants in Warsaw. Portions are small compared to a Asian restaurant in usa, but prices are same. The restaurant was warm and feels like the air conditioning wasn't working that day.

An Asian restaurant with various cuisines available e.g. Japanese, Chinese, Thai. There are 2 floors and with the sushi area nearby the entrance. When we first got in, there was a waitress came to us and she looked a bit angry. She was quite rude and just left us standing there after we asked her for menu.... Luckily the waiter who served us after was a nice one...However we were already a bit shocked by the attitude of the waitress. The food overall was ok. The ramen was so-so but the dumplings were quite good. Noticed many people were eating sushi and maybe they are delicious, yet, don't think we will eat over here again...

Still one of our favorite restaurants in Warsaw. It closed the Japanese part on the upper floor and replaced it with an Italian place, but the main restaurant still has a surprisingly diverse menu, with options from Chinese, Indonesian and Japanese cuisine. As soon as you sit you always get complementary rice chips and dip. The meals are big and flavorful. The staff is very polite and often comes to check up on you. Just last week, when the waitress asked us if everything was to our liking. I said my dish was too salty, and she immediately exchanged it with another free of charge. I didn't even have to suggest it. The replacement came 10 minutes later, before my wife had a chance to finish her meal. They really care about their reputation. Some of the meals are a bit expensive, but there's plenty of cheaper options on the menu. It's also a great place for business integrations.

The worst restaurant experience ever. The food was cold, as was the service. We had to tell our waitress and 2 other waitresses 5 times before getting our starters, some of our main courses and our drinks ALL AT THE SAME TIME. This took over an hour from ordering. Furthermore, one in our company got his food 15 minutes after us.. (It took 30 minutes before we got to order). We firstly asked for a 50% price reduction. Which they wouldn’t agree to. They told us they would check the cameras, after that (which took 10 minutes) they offered us 20% price reduction. It settled with us paying with 20% price reduction after getting threatened by both the staff and some regulars they included when we told we wouldn’t pay the this price. We would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, absolutely not foreigners! If you want to get screamed at in polish this may be the place for you.

The restaurant's staff seemed quite strict and primarily communicated in Russian. The cuisine was fairly standard, and the overall service was somewhat lacking, particularly from the hostess. I wouldn't particularly recommend this place. During our visit today with our family, including a 2-year-old child, we requested seating near the playroom, but our request was denied, supposedly because it was reserved for groups. However, most of those seats appeared unoccupied.

The first time trying Chinese food and I liked it so much. The atmosphere in there is good!

Aboslutely terrible service. I and my family (in total 4 of us) have eaten here numerous times as we like the food. However it isn’t the first time that we had to ask for a waiter to be served. Today this was even worse. We waited 15 minutes without a menu before asking a waiter to come to us. He said he would be right with us after which he never came back. After another 10 minutes we had simply had enough, got up and left. For a restaurant charging such prices for food I would expect not to have to beg to be served. While the food may be good the service and prices are horrendous. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
