You can’t get tax free from this shop even they are listed on the global Blue. The shop has no clue about about it when we asked them also you can’t change or return items once you purchased. The price is higher than the market price.

Never buy there, I was recently in Warsaw and bought a bracelet that I liked from that store and turns out that what they have sold me is pure plastic. It is FAKE ambar. Be careful buying in those stores.

Can anybody help me contact the World of Amber in Warsaw? We traveled to Poland last September, 2015 and I purchased a ring there and in November one of the stones fell out of the ring. I immediately sent the ring back to see if they could replace the stone or the ring. It is now March of 2016 and I have not heard anything or received anything in the mail. I tried to contact someone online in regard to this and did not receive a reply that way either. I am at a loss and do not know what to do to try and resolve my problem. I am open to any advice anyone can give me. We really enjoyed Poland and I would like my souvenir ring back. Please help!!! Thank you

DON’T BUY ANYTHING HERE Bought a simple silver chain - it oxidized in 2 weeks while still in the box (never even worn once). Don’t think they sell real silver. UPD 1 week after the first review: ratings that were sold as “green amber”, turned to be regular Amber, simply painted (the pain just pulled off of one of the earrings.
