Excellent location and service. Clean and big enough rooms. Good breakfast. Staff is professional and helpful. Make sure you join the IHG club to get extra benefits. View from the 21 floor is outstanding. Will choose this place for my next stay in Poland. One advice for the management. Internet is fast and good but kicks off each time you close your phone for a bit and does not have automatic rejoin. And free coffee, tea and popcorn at the lobby makes a good impression too.

Excellent hotel in a central location in Warsaw. I stayed there for 5 days for a business trip and can say it is a perfect value for money. Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and great location.

This is the best hotel! Every thing that they give us is awesome ! There too much good point on this hotel and didn't see any bad points about it. Here a list for why you should go here! The decorations: this hotel has a very special atmosphere, and everything is well done and look beautiful! The personals: they are very polite. And always asking if everything goods( it may be just for marketing but it still make your feels better) The breakfast: nice food:) And also if you lost something like a toothbrush or something like that they will get you a replacement for free! There much more to say but it'll take me a while day to finish this review

Perfect stay 🤍 I wasn’t feeling so well and they let me do early check in, the same with late check out. They offer free coffee & tea on the lobby. Price and value match. Will be back again for sure.

We had a wonderful 5 nights stay at Holiday Inn Express Warsaw – the HUB. Staff very attentive and helpful, room cleaned every day (room located at 9th floor), good selection for breakfast. Not in the city centre but definitively a good choice – the hotel is located in a new business area which is developing – different bars, restaurants, grocery stores around the area, metro/tram station literally 5 steps from the hotel. Nice touches like free coffee/popcorn in the bar lobby; it was my husband birthday during our trip and they made him a surprise by delivering a cake in our room. We also tried the Signature restaurant/the The Roof bar located at 21st floor – couldn’t fault them. Overall a very pleasant stay, definitively our first stay in Warsaw.

Nice new and clean hotel in the nice modern location. Staff can speak English really well, breakfast is rich and tasty, rooms are well equipped and clean. Metro and tram are close by, shops and eating also in the area below the hotel. Free coffee in the lobby. I would stay again.

Clean, well cared for and overall perfect. The staff is helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and have great views, the complimentary water was truly life saving, the proximity to the subway station was a huge plus. There's space to park your bike/scooter outside. The bar of the ground floor as well as the terrace one were splendid, with amazing selections in drinks and food of the highest quality. Everything was magnificent and for the most part accessible via wheelchair. Given the price range, this hotel is surely a top choice.

One of the best stays I've ever had at a hotel. Room was immaculate and clean, Wifi was fast, and the best part was the staff like Arthur. They even prepared me a to-go breakfast because I had an early flight. Would love to come back

We loved the cleanliness, friendly staff, good breakfast, and new interiors. The location is super convenient, and all the infrastructure around. Rooms are a bit small, however comfy. The only thing missing was slippers as the bathroom floor was cold.

If you wanna stay more than 3 days in Warsaw then you may have another options. But why I can recommend this hotel because it’s a perfect place for stop over in Warsaw. Staff are so professional and they are ready to help guest. there are many utilities hotel in and out.

Holiday Inn Express @ the Hub Excellent stay, value for money (three nights around £138 with breakfast!). We will definitely be returning & appreciate that no request was too much for staff. The room: comfy, warm, view of the city from tenth floor. Extremely clean. The breakfast: full spread of hot and cold food The foyer: helpful, friendly staff, complimentary lemonade, coffee (machine), ice lollies! The gym: free on 21st floor. Sauna included. The skytop bar: Stunning skyline views, cocktails and roof lounge.

Great hotel. Definitely good value for money. Sky bar is great, no copper mugs for Moscow mule :( but professional and service 👌🏻

This hotel has such a convenient location for me. Everything new and nice, ohh the reception smell was always lifting my mood every time I pass there...like a spa aroma... Lovely staff, welcoming Artur at reception, chocolates for members, and omg cherry dumplings on breakfast buffet stole my heart. Thank you team of Holiday Inn Express for making us feel so welcomed. I wasn't expecting that attention from Express hotel level. Will be back!

Very nice place! The guys on the reception are very polite. Everyone can speak English, which is kind of great. It was a little cold in our room, but you can turn on the air conditioner, and after a maximum of 5 minutes the room will be warm. The room was clean and cozy. Five stars is not enough for this hotel. And breakfast. It's amazing. You will find any food there. Even vegetarian food. Good location. Walking distance to the center and to the old town.

We stayed in Holiday inn express Warsaw for one night. We booked it just two hours prior. They give us the facility of early check-in with no extra cost. Each and every staff was very humble and no their task very well. In the lobby the hotel is providing unlimited free coffee etc with unlimited free popcorns. Breakfast is super at this price point and they have a separate counter for vegan. Everything was fresh. The only thing which was missing is that there is no room service. But that was not any issue to me but it worth mentioning here. We just came and left our luggage in the room and go to roam around in the city of Warsaw. Location is not very far from old Town and the metro is nearly 100 meters away from the hotel which is very good. For me it was a 5 star experience.

This was a perfect hotel for our weekend stay in Warsaw. The location was ideal for public transport, with a metro, bus and tram stop very close by. The hotel itself was clean, the rooms were great and the staff were very professional. The breakfast was ideal, with a wide variety of food available. A recommended option for your trip to Warsaw.

All I can say is wow. For the price and amenities, this hotel was amazing for my stay in Warsaw. Very close to public transport and not far from the city center. The breakfast was definatly one of the best buffets I've experienced in Europe even with vegan options.

I would definitely suggest to my friends, great service and breakfast, nice and comfy rooms. Location is just perfect, near the metro entrance, not far away from center. View from our room was amazing and worth to pay even much more!

The hotel is very beautiful and you have many options for drinks and food as you are central and there’s so much in walking distance and also in the hotel though a. Bit pricier than elsewhere. The room smelled really nice, it was very clean and the bed and linens were so comfortable. Wish there was a small fridge but you are given water and there’s coffee downstairs and places to get quick bites to eat nearby. The breakfast for me was disappointing as it didn’t feel fresh and it was a bit disorganized when I went but there are plenty of nice places around. I dropped one star as when I inquired about staying an additional night the man I spoke to was a bit off putting and quoted me 40% higher rate than on their own website.

Very nice new hotel with professional service. Breakfast were also very nice a lot choose from. Parking was without any problems in underground parking.

This hotel, like its sister property in the same building, is well located, clean and features an excellent buffet breakfast each morning. The staff have all been excellent, the housekeepers are friendly, everything is new and clean, the room amenities are good, overall an excellent choice for your Warsaw stay. All of the staff has been friendly, the lady at the buffet handing out Chup Chup lollipops with a big smile on her face and in particular Michal the night manager and Carolina at the front desk were both incredibly friendly, helpful and courteous.

This is a great hotel! The staff is very nice. Clean and super modern. When I booked my hotel room on line, one of the icluded amenities was the gym. It turned out they had no gym. One of the young hotel managers arranged for me free access to the gym at the Crown Plaza Hotel in the same building. He apologized for the misunderstanding on the hotel ad.

Good hotel not far to the city but my idea , with some left . In the room there is ironing board, water boiler but not a frigo bar. This mean no cold water. In the room nothing explain which floor are restaurant or breakfast buffet and when are open I think important service . Room really clean . I'm Italian sure I miss espresso ☺️

I normally visit Accor hotels in Warsaw which are pretty across the board excellent. But, as I'm both Accor and IHG Platinum, I thought I'd give this hotel a try. Firstly, the welcome was excellent. Indeed, the staff were brilliant, the hotel was evidently well managed. The room was spotless, the decor was modern and the welcome gift was much appreciated. The room is a little small, but fine for Holiday Inn Express and everything in the room was well thought out design wise. Breakfast was good, some items not of great quality, but it's included in the rate and I had no complaints with there being lots of choice. Staff were again excellent. The limiting factor for me was that the windows don't open. The atmosphere in the room was sterile, dry and I didn't feel the room was ventilated sufficiently. The air conditioning worked, but it wasn't that powerful and I wasn't really comfortable. The Sofitel, the Novotels, the Mercures and Ibis hotels in the city all have opening windows and that's a requirement for me. I understand it's just a me thing though, but I wouldn't stay again.

It’s a nice Motel . I would not call it 3 star hotel ! There is no room service ,neither mini bars in the rooms . Available locked up Vending machine in the lobby . There is Only 1 restaurant to be shared with guests from 3 other hotels in the same building. Tall skyscrapers building but only up to 9th for the HOLIDAY IN guest's Very basic breakfast / buffet on the 3 floor . Rooms with warm color palette are cute and basic . Only Few tv channels available with no acsess to a movie platforms ( including your personal-like Netflix besides you tube . Strange smell on the corridors and inside the room . Both windows don’t open ! Front desk staff clearly not well trained . There was 0 enthusiasm no welcome smile upon arrival . Staff gived impression feeling bothered when asked for basic assistance. Lovely warm tea amenity in the lobby but no caps on 4 different occasions. There was only 1 fantastic employee IVAN at the front desk (late night shift ) who clearly stand out and was extremely helpful ,apologetic , handled situations with exquisite professionalism and kind smile ! It was obvious that he understood the level of the costumer service that is fundamental in the hospitality ! ! THANKS to IVAN i decided to extend my stay ,to give another night try .
