I
normally
visit
Accor
hotels
in
Warsaw
which
are
pretty
across
the
board
excellent.
But,
as
I'm
both
Accor
and
IHG
Platinum,
I
thought
I'd
give
this
hotel
a
try.
Firstly,
the
welcome
was
excellent.
Indeed,
the
staff
were
brilliant,
the
hotel
was
evidently
well
managed.
The
room
was
spotless,
the
decor
was
modern
and
the
welcome
gift
was
much
appreciated.
The
room
is
a
little
small,
but
fine
for
Holiday
Inn
Express
and
everything
in
the
room
was
well
thought
out
design
wise.
Breakfast
was
good,
some
items
not
of
great
quality,
but
it's
included
in
the
rate
and
I
had
no
complaints
with
there
being
lots
of
choice.
Staff
were
again
excellent.
The
limiting
factor
for
me
was
that
the
windows
don't
open.
The
atmosphere
in
the
room
was
sterile,
dry
and
I
didn't
feel
the
room
was
ventilated
sufficiently.
The
air
conditioning
worked,
but
it
wasn't
that
powerful
and
I
wasn't
really
comfortable.
The
Sofitel,
the
Novotels,
the
Mercures
and
Ibis
hotels
in
the
city
all
have
opening
windows
and
that's
a
requirement
for
me.
I
understand
it's
just
a
me
thing
though,
but
I
wouldn't
stay
again.
