    I do not recommend service from this company. There is no e-mail correspondence in this company. Complete lack of response. When I called, the service technician asked me to send the damaged goods back by courier at their expense. That's what I did, after two days the customer calls me and says that they won't pay for the courier because they have signed a contract with DPD and I sent it by inpost. The parcel came back, I paid and sent dpd at their expense (as the service technician said earlier). After two days, DEAR SERVICE MAN calls me again and says that he will not accept the parcel because the courier is forcing them to pay and they cannot pay the courier for the parcels.... The parcel was returned to me again. DEAR SIR, the service technician blocked my phone number and I couldn't call you at all. DEAR MR. BUCU SERVICE MAN, what are you doing there? You have no competences in this position! The accountant just explained to me that the service man didn't know and misled me (but I paid for his mistakes) that warranty returns should be sent through the accounting department because that's where they issue orders for a courier to pick up the broken equipment. So, I would like to greet the gentlemen from the website!!!!

    The Fiskars service center at Syrokomla in Warsaw is completely professional. I broke an SW73 ball that I once received as a gift. After calling the above-mentioned service, I sent the ball on Friday and on Tuesday I was happy with a NEW, identical one! I highly recommend it, thank you once again and greetings from the Fiskars Service Center!
