The service was really quick, the place was clean and professional, the prices are on the lower scale around here. The personal was just a little bit mean, but otherwise I am happy with the service :)

Staff was always very unpleasant to me, even during waxing. I frequented wax clinic Centrum unit for over a year and I could swear the lady that waxed me got angrier every time I went. She would be irritated by everything I did, at least her face seemed that way, and even more so when I flinched when the pain was unbearable. This was in contrast to the services I saw her provide others a number of times, she would smile, be kind and generally be what you would expect of someone providing services to others. Anywho, what broke the camels back for me was when they coerced me into renewing their six months card. I told them I didn't need it as I did not have enough money on me at the time, but the manager rang to speak with me, and even agreed that I pay for the card on my next visit. I then travelled home for over a month and when I got back to Warsaw I booked an appointment with them. On getting there the lady insisted I first pay for the card and service I had booked before she would proceed otherwise she wouldn't. I felt very slighted as I had never previously owed them, and I always cleared my outstanding plus tips, and I was a frequent face there, so there was absolutely no justification whatsoever for her behaviour, absolutely none. Still, I tried to explain that I was away and in fact not trying to renege on the payment but every explanation fell on deaf ears. I didn't wanna ruin my plans so I did pay but I've never returned ever since. I'm tempted to say if you're a BPOC then just steer clear, but perhaps it was just me. Anywho, this was my experience with them.

Star for the salon!! Im happy with my smooth skin. Akthough the cosmetician didnt speak English, she made herself clear. Very fast but not painful. She used gloves and in the end she told me to apply the afterwax lotion on.

I have been going to this place for waxing for 2 years now and it has become my go to place. The estheticians here always do a perfect job. Waxing is not painful and done quickly but perfectly. The place is always clean and the location is very convenient. Prices are okay with the loyalty card. Additionally, it is super easy to book appointments online through the Booksy app. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality waxing in Warsaw.

Went there because the prices were cheaper than at Time for Wax. Oh, how I regretted it. From the very entrance, girls were not paying attention at who is entering, no Welcome service. (there were 3 of them in the lobby and all of them were focused on the previous client) After, I said what I want they sent me to the toilet. There is NO bide. the whole experience was awful. It was not my 1st time but it was the 1st time I was crying during the whole time (hurt that much) The 1st time when I screamed from the pain, I asked the girl if she is doing it the first time, since her moves were insecure and slow, so you can imagine how it hurts in bikini area when not the whole part of the wax is removed. She said that my hair are to strong and that is why it hurts. Well, I have been to wax before and I can see the difference between pain from quick peel off or unqualified personnel. The point is: 1. It was very painful 2. the girl did not inform me that my hair is too long/too shirt for the wax procedure. 3. she did not speak a word to me during the procedure or after (asking how do I feel etc.) 4. she blamed me in her unprofessional behavior. 5. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE or CUSTOMER CARE AT ALL. even though it might be just 1 girl who was not in the mood that day, NEVER EVER AGAIN.

When I went there 3 weeks ago, the girl who was going to make me the wax didn't welcome me, just said to me go to the bathroom and wash myself. During the the wax there was a misunderstanding about which parts she had to wax and she rolled her eyes at me, stayed in silence and made me feel uncomfortable. The worst wax experience that I have ever had.
