Where
do
I
begin?
2020
has
been
a
little
wild
for
us
all,
and
sometimes
you
just
need
to
get
away
from
it
for
awhile.
Mom
and
I
booked
an
unforgettable
vacation
to
this
lovely
place.
We
made
it
happen
with
10
days
before
departure,
during
this
pandemic
and
have
never
felt
safer
traveling.
If
you
do
go,
I
highly
encourage
you
to
educate
yourself
on
Bermuda’s
requirements
to
obtain
a
travel
certificate
(1
NEG
test
required
<48hrs
of
travel
to
avoid
quarantine
upon
arrival).
Everyone,
I
mean
everyone
on
the
island
was
so
kind
and
helpful.
Might
I
add
VERY
sanitary
and
kindly
enforced
the
rules.
It
was
no
wonder
it
had
been
nearly
3
weeks
since
a
reported
case..
The
hotel
is
absolutely
gorgeous.
Pictures
do
NOT
do
it
justice
-
which
is
why
we
ultimately
booked.
The
infinity
pool
that
overlooks
the
harbor
is
absolute
breathtaking.
But
don’t
worry,
their
complementary
shuttle
will
take
you
to
their
PRIVATE
beach
(Elbow
Beach)
across
the
way
where
you
can
claim
your
cabana
and
chairs
with
concierge
service.
Coming
to
a
new
country
during
these
times,
we
had
a
ton
of
questions;
but
that
didn’t
phase
Aisha
or
Sierra
at
the
front
desk.
They
happily
answered
every
one
with
a
smile.
Was
very
surprised
to
find
out
most
amenities
were
open
and
running.
They
really
made
an
effort
to
keep
everything
in
tip-top
shape.
After
we
had
been
traveling
for
14
hours,
a
good
dinner
was
in
order
but
word
of
advice-
plan
before
your
arrival—
a
self-quarantine
at
your
destination
is
required
until
your
rapid
test
results
are
obtained
via
email—
we
didn’t
plan
for
this
but
no
problem.
The
nice
concierge
(I
forgot
to
get
his
name)
went
out
of
his
way
to
offer
a
hand
delivery
of
a
sister
restaurant
down
the
road.
Let
me
tell
you
those
were
some
of
the
best
burgers
we’ve
had.
The
sunset
view
from
our
balcony
was
the
Cherry
on
top
to
our
dining
experience
in
“self-quarantine”.
Everything
was
so
clean.
I
couldn’t
believe
a
full
kitchen
was
in
our
room.
2
bathrooms!
And
all
the
little
details.
If
you
have
time,
I
HIGHLY
recommend
the
spa.
Kitty
was
my
mom’s
masseuse
and
Alin
was
mine.
Let
me
tell
you-
coming
from
a
person
who
has
had
spa
experiences
all
over
the
world,
by
far,
hands
-
down
best
spa
experience
of
our
lives.
To
paint
a
better
picture,
we
went
down
to
the
restaurant
where
we
were
greeted
by
the
manager,
Ian
(Fletch),
who
later
commented
that
we
appeared
as
if
we
had
enjoyed
ourselves
the
night
before
(in
the
nicest-
politest
way
possible).
Our
hair
was
disheveled
every
which
way
and
we
must
have
just
appeared
so
relaxed.
The
food
was
phenomenal,
and
was
surprised
to
learn
the
restaurant
crew
pulled
through,
put
in
the
extra
time
to
make
sure
everything
was
set
to
reopen
AFTER
they
did
a
full
remodel
during
Covid.
If
that
isn’t
teamwork,
I
don’t
know
what
is.
And
without
Fletch
sharing
this
with
us,
we
would
have
never
known.
Oh,
and
make
sure
to
check
out
their
gym.
It’s
truly
a
hidden
gem-pun
intended-
but
stocked
with
brand
new
equipment
and
Peloton
bikes,
you
have
a
front
row
seat
to
a
view
over
the
harbor.
During
our
-
night
stay,
I
only
saw
one
other
person
using
it!
Everything
is
sanitary
and
they
made
sure
to
have
sanitizing
spray
&
towels
stocked
to
wipe
down
equipment.
Our
stay
was
short,
but
jam-packed
full
of
memories.
Not
one
second
will
be
forgotten.
There
were
many
other
employees
who
contributed
to
our
stupendous
stay,
and
want
them
to
be
credited
as
well.
(Aug
5-8,
2020)
Thank
you
to
each
and
every
one
of
you
who
made
this
a
dream
vacation.
God
Bless
you
all!
