I was delighted with their merchandise until one day they offered me a T.J.Maxx credit card. I accepted and they filled out the application and it was approved. At the time of paying at the cash register, the girl who was attending me tells me to call so that they give me the card number to be able to pay with her. After they give me the card number, she says that the expiration date of the card was missing. the card because it could not process the payment. I decide to use my personal debit card because I still had to wait a few days to receive the T.J.Maxx card physically. when I receive my T.J.Maxx card by mail printed in 7 days I decided to go shopping at the store, it happens that the card was already active and they used $260.00 dollars at the Marshall store with a purchase they made. Apparently the girl used my card information to steal. So far nothing has been resolved.

Christina our cashier was super cordial! Well stocked and maintained store. Polite associate in men's clothing asked if we needed assistance and engaged in hospitable conversation.

Good selection of clothes, shoes and household items. You definitely have to go there with enough time to dig through the racks, but you can typically find some decent stuff.

There was a woman and a kid putting towels away then the lady smarts off and says I hate when people do that and looked at my wife on the other end of the aisle and then max says oh I know then the kid max comes out from his aisle and my wife says am i in your way? He screams out YUPPP like Dave off of storage wars so then I go up and we have a few words then he starts talking loud and cussing so I matched his energy and come back a little harder then he started walking off still talking. I finally calm down a little and I goto chat with Sophia the awesome manager, she talked very nicely to my wife about the situation and also gave us a $50 gift card. I cannot say enough good about her and the rest of the staff. Just the max kid and the lying older woman are TERRIBLE… I would give it a five star if this situation didn’t happen but max and the older lady have no right treating anyone how they did. It’s uncalled for and unprofessional.

Good selections and fun shopping, spent over 400, and just went into get trash bags.

Great deals, store well stocked. Got some good pet treats and some shampoo and conditioner for us humans. Just a little glitch at the registers, a customer was trying to get more money off something, so that kept the line at a standstill while a manager was called (only 2 registers open).

Good quality items (name brands, etc) for a cheaper price. Some items are still costly, but great finds. The home good section has lovely knick knacks and other stuff

Always find a great buy for house or patio or office. Never disappointed here!

I can be here for hours and spend way too much money. Still one of my favorite HomeGoods/ T.J Maxx.

I love tjmaxx, Marshall's, and Homegoods as a whole. Prices are usually affordable. Most stores are a mess, but that's a part of their brand at this point. I like this one in particular. In my area, it seems to have the broadest selections. I like their homedecor and kitchen area the most. As well as their seasonal items. I absolutely adore their valentines day items. They sure know how to take my money !

Clothes are cheap and they rip easily. But one time wears are ok. Many variety one stop shop for many different taste.

Lately i have no luck finding nice clothing and bedding, but not entirely their fault, its like that everywhere these days. I hate buying these things on line, i like to see and touch before purchasing.

I wish I could give 5 stars to this store that I love… I am a frequent buyer but tonight the experience with Diana was the worst, I called the store to make sure I could return two items without the receipt and she said I can, I drove 25 minutes but the lines were huge and I chose to come back again another time, which I did just to learn that she can’t make the refund to my card, instead of taking accountability she refused to acknowledge she gave me the wrong information right after remember about my call and dismiss me in a way that made me write this review because as a client I deserved at least a smile or an apology in a perfect world. I don’t have any problem following the rules and I was not rude with her, she was only dealing with a customer expressing a valid disappointment that caused me to drive back and forth with two babies when she could’ve be clear about the returning policies when I called a few days ago. Diana, learn to take accountability and treat your clients with respect.
