Great doctors! Great nurses. Friendly receptionists, but only one thing, the receptionists all take "ages" to answer the phone! No matter what day or time. They need to work on this, and regard calls as priority. Edit: thanks for reply. Great clinic, doctors and staff. Upgraded to five star.

I had a great experience at the clinic. I needed an urgent same day appointment and they had spaces available. Their staff member on reception was so friendly and informative about the fees. The doctor was very thorough and helpful, he gave me several options and we decided on a good course of treatment. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I had an amazing experience at this practice. Doctor's appointments can make me very anxious but all the staff I saw were very lovely and made me feel at ease from the moment I entered. The lady at front desk was very welcoming and helpful, the GP I saw was super professional, non-judgemental and thorough and the nurse was very kind and made a real effort to calm my anxieties. I am so grateful and impressed by the entire team. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone!

Slightly more expensive than other providers, but really great service, advice, and they are aligned to the 21st century with e-scripts and e-doctors' certificates. Practice is modern, clean, team are friendly and approachable. Opening hours are unique and great for people that work all day! Thank you.

I had a consultation here with the dietitian Andrea, which was super helpful. She focuses on helping her patients to develop good dietary habits. She asks lots of questions about your food preferences, habits and what you're currently eating then she gives you a basic meal plan and nutrition guidelines. It's all really easy to follow and adhere to, she has information sheets - a snack list and product recommendations which she gives you. The information is well presented and easy to process. A consultation is well worth taking - highly recommended.

First time visiting this practise and it was a superb experience. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, seemed to really enjoy her job. The doctor and nurse were very professional and reassuring which is just what you want when feeling unwell. The facilities are new so very clean and modern. The icing on the cake is that the appointment was bulk billed which is rare to find these days. Highly recommend this practise

First visit to the Centre as a new Patient. Very impressed with the service I received. The Doctor was extremely approachable. I felt listened to and not rushed which in turn help achieve the right outcome. I do hope that I am fortunate enough to have future appointments with the same Doctor. The reception staff was helpful and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

When you just need a script it feels like a rip off not being bulk billed after 3.50 pm. I should have read the terms and conditions properly, my fault. Unfortunately during a cost of living crisis doctors need to increase fees past bulk billing amounts to help them pay for their mansions in hillarys while those of us with less skilled work struggle. Wish I studied harder at school, or was blessed with more intelligence and a wealthier family that could support me longer to study when I was young.
