I’m not sure why Doreen thinks she’s funny. Every comment out of her mouth was sarcastic and she was constantly complaining about how her guests were not doing things right. But in reality, she has poor communication and isn’t kind. Lucky for her, there aren’t that many bars at this airport. The bottles of wine she was pouring from were covered in fruit flies. Who knows the condition of things you couldn’t see. The spaghetti was okay for airport food and the gentleman who brought it to me was very kind. Wish I could have given him my tip.

Solidly above average airport food. If the service I received from Irene is any indication of the norm here, then this place is excellent in that department. Burger was better than other burgers available in this airport. PVD doesn't offer much as a whole in the food department, but this place is glaringly the best dining option in this airport, and it's really not close either.

Started the New Year right- at the airport! Yes! That’s right! Best airport lounge lunch ever! Laura treated us right with her winning smile and friendly spirit! Such a sweetheart! We had champagne cocktails- aren’t we fancy?! The chowder was delish and we even got local Gooseneck wine! Do stop at Providence Provisions at Gate 11!

Laura was absolutely phenomenal! She was able to help us navigate my sons food allergies without making us feel like we were a bother. She is genuinely sweet and had great recommendations on food and drinks!

Amazing food! Got the bacon Swiss chicken sandwich and it was absolutely amazing. Amanda was the best server and brought a light and happy presence to our travel experience. Good pricing too!

Laura was excellent with her magnificent recommendations on what to eat … told me about the Johnson and Wales chef preparing the best salad I’ve ever had !!! Her personality and delivery made my experience today perfect!! If I could give you 10 stars …. I absolutely would ! It’s important to have someone on the floor who gives her full attention to the diner .. and most importantly her chef in the kitchen!! Nice job !

Food was good and came out very quickly fast. Flex was an awesome waitress. She was very pleasant and made sure my meal came as ordered. Also learned some fun facts about Hawaii. Thanks again. 👍👍👍 Ordered the New England Clam Chowder for an appetizer For the main meal the Grilled Chicken Bacon sandwich with fries.

Long flight ahead of me needed a good meal before heading into the bright blue skies. Joann was a great waitress the right combo of attentive but not overbearing! Food was amazing!

Great way to start our day! Our waitress Irene was so pleasant! Greeted us with Happy Valentine’s Day! She even asked about purchasing bottled water for our flight! Breakfast was good, nothing fancy but Irene made our day! Thank you!
