Great facilities throughout. Car parking was plentiful with easy disabled access spots available. All shops great quality and accessible too. Cafés had excellent eating and seating options. Garden centre is excellent with very reasonable prices. Great day or afternoon out.

It's been a very long time since I last visited this place and I was expecting good things. Unfortunately on our Sunday afternoon visit it looked like a ghost town as so much was closed. Even if was all open there is still little to while away the time unless you are taking children to one of the play areas. So we had a pleasant coffee and cake and left. The one hour free parking is hardly an incentive, and call me Scrooge, but I don't like having to additionally pay for parking at such centre.

The garden centre had some good products and plants available at good rates. The boutique shops located within the perimeter were also interesting and had some nice items for sale. However, a lot of the units were either closed / appointment only or vacant, which left the place feeling a little abandoned. The cafe was nice and the staff were very pleasant. The kids also enjoy the rides and activities here. Having to pay for parking if you stay for more than one hour is a little harsh though, considering how much the average family spends here on a typical visit.

The garden centre was very nice with an excellent cafe and staff were super friendly. Pity that a lot af the shops seemed to be vacant, but those that were open were interesting and individual. There are some good walks from here. Shortest was 3.5 miles and not pushchair friendly. Good shoes or walking boots advised.

Hadn't visited for a long time, so I was keen to see the variety of shops on offer. I was extremely disappointed with the small choice, a lot less than when I previously visited. Thankfully, I didn't pay for parking as I was there for only 20 minutes (free for up to 1 hr, then £2). I certainly won't be visiting again.

Very disappointing. More empty units than shops. Looked untidy...outdoor seating areas not maintained, leaves everywhere. The place looked tired and unloved. The mass of temporary structures made the place look like, well, a mass of temporary structures. I have visited places with a warmer feel and vibe lately. Needs alot of love and smartening up.

We visited on Wed 06/12 to do some Christmas shopping but were disappointed that most of the retail units are empty. Parking charges have been introduced using the RingGo app - currently £2 for the day (first hour is free). The Gardeners' Retreat cafe/restaurant is a nice place to meet up with friends. Not much else to say apart from it is such a shame that so many of the retail units are deserted as it is such a lovely location. Hope things improve in 2024.

We went on 23rd Dec for the Christmas experience and we were not disappointed. The whole day was perfect. We started off taking it all in, and my daughter made a gingerbread man in the making tent. The magician was located in his own area, and tbh he was my partners favourite activity of the day! But he was good and funny with the adult jokes. We took in the farm area (too cute). Visited the soft play, which always goes down a storm. You can imagine it was very busy and it didn't bother us that we couldn't find a seat for around 10-15mins. We had paid extra to make a bear, and this was a lovely experience. Just as toyland, you are given a key that opens the door to these areas. Which was a lovely touch. Now Santa, what a lovely fun way of meeting the big man himself. We could not fault the day. Well done x

It was very disappointing! It was nothing like it used to be. Strange setup of garden centre, lots of places shut and very expensive to go into play area. Didn't warrant charging 22.95 for children and the same for adults. We are pensioners and we took our grand daughter. Won't be going back!!!

Interesting place. Some nice craft stalls and a really nice stained glass workshop. The garden centre was similar to all others, nothing significantly different. The restaurant was a big let down in terms of decor and upkeep. The light fittings in particular needed cleaning, the covers were full of dead flies, some lights broken and not working. The overall feel was unclean. That being said the food was decent. The site in general could do with a revamp.

Good parking. Nice small garden centre. Very few shops which was disappointing. Probably worth going to for the children's park, but I wouldn't go just for the shops. Lovely cup of coffee. In a pleasant environment 2

Lovely shopping village. Great range of shops with a variety of focuses for all interests. There are toilets and coffee shops as well. Great location, easy to get to, and good parking facilities. Would recommend for a lovely afternoon out.

Had nice afternoon at Hatton Shopping Village on weekend. Easy parking, on day of Summer Crafts Village. Great selection of friendly independent stalls with preserves, food, bath products and gifts alongside some small permanent shops. Really enjoyed traditional sweet shop. Also small cafe serving ice cream too. Large garden centre with competitively priced products, particularly plants and compost. Well worth a visit if in the area!

For many years I've been a frequent visitor here, but I was shocked at what it has become, if you like Xmas stuff or restaurants then maybe its for you, but I managed it in 15 minutes thats with using the toilet and looking at the craft fayre that was there on that day. As best as I can tell its just a large garden centre now. The sweet shop I would without fail visit, had large cardboard boxes on the floor filled with stuff. Not sure if they had just opened but it felt like a market stall. The parking charges free for 1hr irritated me on arrival but as it turned out was not an issue, just thankful that I hadn't paid for parking. This place is probably amazing for kids, but if you want to buy something a little different this is no longer the place to go.

The shopping area was lovely and full of character and the garden centre was very good and it was a nice place to have a picnic. There's a children's farm with huge bouncy castles and giant curly slide and lots of activities but we didn't go in as very expensive for adults and children. The village itself was very nice.

A beautiful location. Market stalls at the time had lots of arts and crafts. We went to the silver tree bakery. Had tasty coffee and a quality sandwich in a clean clever converted barn. Next to Hatton locks and children farm. Car park is pay at meter but free for 1 hour

Very dissapointed with the vintage market, there were very few vendors, not as advertised. Very few shops remain now too which is a shame as it used to be bustling with people

A disappointing visit as half the shops have been closed down. Covid has had a big influence. I was told more shops are coming. The Christmas markets should be good though.

Absolutely loved it. Good quaint shops. Prices reasonable. Had a really tasty lunch. Jacket potato, it was the best I've had for a while. Staff friendly. Go, take your children. They will love it. Great big park there and swimming. And for grown ups a gin shop.

Went there for a trip out and we were impressed. There are a few shops and businesses there such as a stained glass maker and antique shop. To the back there are farm type attractions and stuff for kids to play. Cool place.
