    Don't get caught on the pub cameras you will receive an instant penalty even though you're not on the pub land that's shut down. The cameras capture you on mcdonalds car park even parking next to the mcdonalds railings

    There is literally black mold on my Big Mac bun. DISGUSTING. It was on the bottom side so I didn’t notice it straight away until I TASTED IT. RANK!!

    Given milk 15 days out of date. Worrying as this is meant to be given out in children’s happy meals. If they can’t keep on top of milk expiry, I dread to imagine what else goes on in that kitchen

    Went through the drive through yesterday during a rush and was greeted by a lovely young black lady (didn’t catch her name) who was extremely attentive and happy to help! She managed to get my food out to me quickly and seemed to be dealing with some unruly customers in the same lovely way she dealt with me. Shout out to her!

    Ordered Large Fries, Cheese Burger, Big Mac and McPlant via the app! Only a miserable portion of 'Large Fries' and sorry looking McPlant arrived! It's been 'checked' with a stamp too?! The delivery driver was apologetic but I explained it wasn't his fault, he had also queried with staff because the bag was lacking items just by looking at it but was ignored. Do not use the app, go in person because atleast you can actually rectify their mistakes!

    Ordered a treat for our family from here and again items missing. Phone here and got fobbed off saying it was Ubers fault !!!! No I placed the order with McDonald’s not Uber. They are the carrier not the supplier. Uber has offered a refund but hey refund don’t feed the person that is missing their food. Avoid this place as basically amounts to fraud. They have procedures in place to get the orders correct yet they still send them out wrong which amounts to fraud. This is going to the top as it’s not the first time.

    Fast and friendly service.. Staff was so helpful as i had my 3 children with me they offered to bring my food to me outside. Gave children balloons, crayons ect. Food was good/fresh/hot. Happy children.. happy mum!

    No bacon on the burger as ordered. Fries better than a recent visit elsewhere but still lacking the temperature of just cooked fries. Store staff pleasant and helpful sorted out a receipt when machine failed to print. Would have come back in to complain about burger but on way home after a funeral and didn't feel like going back in.

    Honestly the best McDonald's experience I've ever had. Incredible service. Always someone at the door to greet and show you to an empty table. Staff seem quite happy to be there as well. You can tell it's a well run place. Food is always fresh and warm even when really busy. Fries hot and burgers always come juicy instead of dry which is often the case with a lot of McDonald's. Whoever runs this place is doing something right. Feels like you're eating at a proper restaurant instead of a McDonald's

    Called en route home, her indoors needed a coffee 🤦‍♂️and being over hour till we would arrive home decided to have a pit stop. Food was good for McDonald's and drinks were hot not much else I can say

    Just grabbed a couple of coffees, but am happy to confirm that the service was excellent and the facilities were clean. I just wonder how self centred and unthinking an individual the other patrons who used the outside seating were. Specifically you can carry a tray out to sit outside and enjoy your food, but you're not capable of putting your rubbish in the bin AS YOU WALK PAST IT TO GET BACK IN YOUR CAR!!!

    Very poor service. I will not recommend this for hot drinks. Like coffee or tea or any hot drinks. They will give you old coffee no taste. And very rude stuff

    Used the click and collect via the app, plenty of spaces to park up and do that. Order delivered to car but was prompted to check before driving off. One item missing but quickly went back to get it.

    Less seating than before . The counter is now reduced to a small kiok sized area , condiment area has vanished Emphasis has definitely changed to being purely a drive thro or click and collect . Not impressed

    I don’t usually go to McDonald’s and this is the first time I’ve ever reviewed on Google for anything but I just had to comment on the great service. The guy serving on the tables and clearing was ace, quietly checking everyone was ok. He deserves the acknowledgment and thanks.

    McDonald's is a famous brand for being efficient and having good customer service. But that doesn't exist here with delivery's. There is so much carelessness, which means orders are up to half wrong all the time. I haven't had McDonald's at all for a few years, and I thought they could cope with a delivery. It's incredibly unprofessional how delivery customers are dealt with. It will also be interesting if the other half of my order will ever arrive. I'm hoping for 2026. I have been ripped off at a minimum of £10. But just by chance I have a terrible McDonald's at Europa Way in Leamington Spa which doesn't like to meet their obligations .

    Nice place to stop and eat & drink... The people are nice and easy to communicate...I think increasing places outside to drink and stay will be a nice to have,but still good.

    Ordered through the app, this is the third time that the sauces for my nuggets were missing which basically ruins them. I've also received the wrong sauces before (curry instead of sweet and sour). Not sure why the sauces would be a constant issue, but I'm not sure I'll be ordering again if I'm going to be wasting £7 on nuggets without dipping sauce.

    I came here with my grandkids on Thursday 6th April 2023 at a busy lunchtime. I hadn't been to dine in for a couple of years. A very polite lady member of staff at the door asked if we were dining in or takeaway I said dining in and she found us a table straight away. Then we had problems ordering our food from the machine and she helped us again. Then she made sure our order arrived to is as I forgot to put our table number on ordering machine. She did all this with a polite smile and considering it was very busy we couldn't have been treated better at the Ritz.

    Bit busy and always crowded. Food quality is not so good compared to other branches. Service would have been better. It's a small place. I have ordered and nearly waited for 20-30 mins and when I checked with them they said the order was cancelled and again prepared my order.

    I would like to stay my previous experiences with McDonald's have been quite rushed , however today I came in to collect my meal on my lunch break and was met with some of the most outstanding customer service I have ever had anywhere he was attentive , quick and extremely professional I would like to give a big thank you George! Completely changed my experience Keep up the good work 😊

    This McDonald's has made numerous errors to my Uber Eats orders, multiple times, across months now. I have complained to them numerous times. At this point I think it's clear that they don't care and are not going to change. Most recently I ordered a chilli chicken wrap meal. It came with the drink, and fries, BUT NO CHILLI CHICKEN WRAP. So yeah, when ordering delivery from them it will be a gamble. Flip a coin, that will decide whether or not you get the right order.

    I visited here today (Saturday) at 5.30pm with a group of 8 children (2 adults) after bowling for my daughter’s birthday. I had our order all ready and placed it with the manager at the counter - apologising for showing up with a big order at a very busy tea time! - he was efficient and friendly and assured me that our order would be brought to us shortly. I prepared for a lengthy wait and took some of the Pokémon colouring kits that were available to amuse the kids while we waited. No need! Our order came within 10 minutes with no errors from a very friendly member of staff. The food was good, and I really enjoyed my Halloumi fries! We were sat outside as it was a lovely sunny evening. I took the kids to the toilet before we left and I was impressed by how clean the small restaurant area was. With cleaners busily sweeping up and cleaning tables. While i waited outside the toilet with my daughter for her friends another member of staff asked if she would like some colouring to do which we refused as we already had taken the activity. She was so friendly and welcoming and waved us out as we left. I am so impressed with this experience and would absolutely recommend this branch of McDonald’s.

    Waited 25min, eventually someone found my car & the food bag was already opened & I was expected to check it!! Food cold & definitely not within the Food Safety regs. All the orders for delivery were dealt with first & drive through customer's had to park up & wait. Rang the site & no one picked up!! What a shame as it's always inundated with lots of customer's & food should be hot & edible for such a big turn around! Possible EHO visit overdue!

    Ordered a big tasty through the app and was very disappointed. I found blue plastic in my burger and It was soggy and massively over sauced. Called the lm to complain and nothing could be done! So I paid for food and delivery for something I couldn't eat. Will absolutely no be ordering from here ever again!
