I’ve
been
seeing
Jamie
at
Peak
Fitness
for
6
months
now
based
on
a
recommendation
from
my
other
half.
He
is
absolutely
brilliant.
We
work
on
a
programme
genuinely
tailored
to
my
goals
and
interests
and
it’s
a
very
chilled
environment
in
the
gym.
The
whole
team
are
always
good
for
a
laugh
and
they
really
do
know
their
stuff.
Personally
I’m
finding
PT
sessions
far
superior
to
a
membership
elsewhere.
Also,
compared
to
working
out
in
a
commercial
gym,
you
are
always
able
to
get
on
the
right
equipment,
there
is
never
a
time
its
busy,
and
there
is
some
real
accountability
to
having
a
named
person
working
with
you.
I’m
actually
going
twice
a
week
as
opposed
to
just
paying
a
membership
and
not
going,
which
is
way
better
for
my
health!
The
sessions
are
informative,
interesting,
varied
and
useful.
I’m
doing
exercises
I
wasn’t
able
to
do
at
all
before
I
started
at
Peak.
Give
Peak
a
go,
you
won’t
regret
it!
