    Amazing personal training gym. Working with Mike has been great, he’s really helped me get back into exercise and achieve more than I thought I could. Jon the physio has also been brilliant. Would highly recommend.

    Hi All I would like to recommend Michal at Peak Fitness to anyone who is looking for Personal Training He really helped me to achieve my goals I would highly recommend him He is an amazing person who listens to what you want and plans your Training to make sure you achieve your goals and more If you want the best Training ask for him and you will be more than happy 5/5 Thank you 😊 Pat

    I recently got back into training and had 3 initial personal training sessions. I joined as Cory previously trained me a few years back (which was life changing) and so I didn't hesitate to get back into training with him. I already feel transformed, reenergised and excited for more sessions in making a massive step forward. The Peak fitness team are great and the environment is so chilled and friendly.

    I’ve been seeing Jamie at Peak Fitness for 6 months now based on a recommendation from my other half. He is absolutely brilliant. We work on a programme genuinely tailored to my goals and interests and it’s a very chilled environment in the gym. The whole team are always good for a laugh and they really do know their stuff. Personally I’m finding PT sessions far superior to a membership elsewhere. Also, compared to working out in a commercial gym, you are always able to get on the right equipment, there is never a time its busy, and there is some real accountability to having a named person working with you. I’m actually going twice a week as opposed to just paying a membership and not going, which is way better for my health! The sessions are informative, interesting, varied and useful. I’m doing exercises I wasn’t able to do at all before I started at Peak. Give Peak a go, you won’t regret it!

    PEAK Fitness has provided excellent one to one and small group training . I have used them for @3years mainly working with Jamie, but had sessions with all the trainers. They universally have a great range of exercises. They focus on your needs and adapt every session accordingly. Equipment is good and the facilities clean and well maintained. Small group sessions (bootcamp and in the gym) are collaborative rather than competitive. Jamie and all the team have done a great job in keeping me mobile, building my core strength and posture. Overall 5 stars from me.

    The team here are great, I have great relationship with Jamie my trainer but also feel welcomed by the rest of the trainers. It’s a very nice community spirit and I am seeing the results I set out to achieve by following a structured training plan! Highly recommend.

    If you want to get regular exercise, guided by experts, but don’t like “regular” gyms then Peak Fitness is for you! I joined in May 2022 following a consultation with Cory. Entering the second half of my 40s I wanted help to get in to a regular training routine to improve my strength and flexibility. Cory took time to understand my needs, injury history and current physical fitness. I love the fact that I simply turn up and get guided through exactly what to do for an hour, knowing that Cory (who is brilliant) is working out exactly how far to push me so that I get the most out of the session without overdoing it! Each session is slightly different, never gets boring and I always come away feeling better than when I arrived. There’s always a nice friendly atmosphere and time for a chat when resting between exercises. There’s a really broad range of clientele from teenagers to retirees so no one will feel “out of place”. The studio is cosy and well equipped. Its amazing just how many exercises you can do with the equipment they have and so nice to learn how to use it. Booking in is always straightforward and I find that, by scheduling in sessions, my attendance stays regular. I cannot recommend Peak Fitness enough.

    I have joined Peak Fitness July last year and it has been great so far. The guys there are very nice and professional. Jamie has helped me a lot, he is very attentive and training with him is such a nice experience. After almost a year being there, I can definitely see lots of improvements and benefits. I would highly recommend Peak Fitness to anyone looking for PT in the area.

    Well, what can I say but to give five stars to Peak Fitness and Cory Green….. I started going to Peak Fitness Gym last November after I injured my back very badly and I was recommended to go as part of regime of physiotherapy and strength training to get me back to normal Peak Fitness has a reputation for being very professional and having the best Trainers around - and I wanted the best. At my initial assessment – and I admit I was very nervous about attending such a professional gym - I met Cory Green who was to become my Personal Trainer. However, Cory is very easy to get along with, very professional, very friendly and approachable. He works around my limitations but still manages to push me and make me work hard. He knows exactly how far to go, and I have complete confidence in him. Since November I really do feel just so much better physically and mentally. I have so much more confidence in my ability now, and I owe all that to Cory Green. So, if you are considering working with a Personal Trainer, I think you would struggle to find a better group of trainers than at Peak Fitness. An amazing, professional, friendly group of people who are there to help you gain your fitness and your health, and who put your interests and your goals at the forefront of everything. I have to say going to Peak Fitness it is one of the best decisions I've made. - absolutely worth the investment of both time and money. Thank you!

    Peak Fitness not only has a warm and inviting atmosphere, but trainers who are at the top of the pile. Being a part of peak fitness for many years has provided me with life changing improvements in my physical and mental health.

    Good studio, with excellent trainers. Very welcoming atmosphere. I've been a member for 6 months and they have been very flexible and accommodating. I would recommend Peak to anyone looking for a PT in the Warwick area.

    I have been training with Peak Fitness for several years now and the approach is highly professional but also fun and flexible tailoring itself well to support a busy work life schedule. Overall the coaching has been great in aiding me to develop and enhance my technique.

    I've had coaching from one of Peak Fitness' PTs Jamie and I am really impressed with his attention to detail and frequent check ins. Always encouraging me and pushing me harder. My technique on every lift has improved and all my weights have increased. Especially my squat which has seen a 15kg increase in my PB over 2 months. Couldn't recommend more

    I’d highly recommend the team at Peak Fitness to anyone looking to get fit, improve their wellbeing or just learn how to use weights! The team are incredibly friendly & educated at what they do with years of experience. In particular, I’ve trained with the support of Jamie Routledge from Peak for over 6 years & gone from someone with no gym experience to being able to confidently lift over 100kg! Jamie helped me learn about weight training, build my confidence in the gym & feel great doing sessions myself. Anytime I’ve ever had a problem he’s always been there to advise me & solve any of my self inflicted injuries! I regularly mention his name to anyone I know who’s interested in a PT because I truly believe he’s the best - he genuinely cares for your progress and that you sustain it.

    Fantastic personal trainers. Brilliantly designed sessions bespoke to individual needs. I definitely recommend James. 6 months ago I felt unfit and very unconfident. Now I feel strong and healthy. My mental health is 100 per cent better.
