I live in waseca and I drive 20 minutes away to order from the owatonna mcdonalds. Not one time has waseca given me the correct order or a sandwich that was not poorly made and sloppy. This time they gave my son a 4 piece happy meal instead of a 6 piece. I would always call and complain and finally wanted them to reimburse me after the previous terrible experience. Believe it or not I ordered a quarter pounder and recieved a chicken sandwhich with sauce smeared all over the outside of the bun. Everytime I call to complain the manager says thank you for letting them know and ends the call. Last time I did not let that happen and told them they need to compensate my meal and she sent me a coupon worth half of what i ordered. They smeared sauce on the outside of my fish bun and the fish patty was stale and completely off the bun. It was terrible. The cheese slice was not even centered. I tell them everytime that I do not want apple slices twice. Twice. Because they always mess up. and they gave me only apple slices. No toy and no juice. Then my large fry was not even half full. She sent a coupon for the fish sandwhich and a small fry. They have given me 3 piece nugget instead of 4 pieces before too. Owatonna has never gave me a sloppy sandwhich or messed up an order. Thank you owatonna. And suck my butt waseca.

This McDonald's should be ashamed of their manager Brandi. My wife worked very hard here and left because of the disrespect that was given to her.She was there for 4 years Just to find out the other day that this so called lousy manger went in to her work and gave disrespectful remarks about her. Then acts like everything is just fine like she didn't do anything wrong. Very lousy place and people.. very rude staff they don't care at all. And to the manager who thinks he was big and wanted to fight I laugh at you.. Take your business elsewhere...

We picked up a couple of iced coffees on a Sunday afternoon. We had been looking for a local coffee shop, but nothing was open. We figured why not try McDonald's coffee? We were both surprised by how good our drinks tasted and the price sure beats the coffee shop prices! I really appreciated that the employee asked questions to clarify my order and it was perfect. I think we found a new spot to grab coffee on the go.

Seemed like everyone was a trainee... lotta order mistakes... everybody just standin' around yakkin'... maybe clean somethin' ? . . kinda grimey & fingerprinty... 'specially when the sun hits it just right.... bleck...

If I order here, it's always late at night, and the staff are always really friendly. My order is correct every time too 👍

Staff ignored us for several minutes before asking what we wanted. All of the dining room tables were dirty. We had to ask them to clean a table for us.

Ordered curb side..we ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. ..waited 15 minutes then went inside to get our order was told "sorry but we're busy" there was 1 couple inside and we watched several cars go through the drive through who arrived after us.

Would be 0 stars if I could give it. Went through the drive up and the girl couldn't understand us at all. We had to correct her about a dozen times. Then they asked us to pull ahead. We waited so long we were going to be late to where we were going. We left without our food and now don't have time to stop anywhere else to eat.

Ordered a 10 peace chicken nugget meal for my daughter along with food for the rest the family paid for it,, then got home and no nugget meal. It wasn't busy at all. There is no excuse as to why we didn't get that part of our order. Very disappointing, for such an easy job.

My Card was not working for some reason and the drive thru lady was incredibly sweet, she decided to pay for the meal, even though I felt really bad on my end, I didn’t get to catch her name but wow very great of her to do such a thing. I will make sure to Pay it forward. Thank you so much, wonderful staff and service I will 100% be returning, thank you again.

Went to the Waseca location at 6 am and told they don’t take walk up’s and that the lobby doesn’t open till 7
