Dr. Kramer is wonderful to work with, however I'm not sure he's on the same page with his schedulers. So, unfortunately we will have to go to PA to get something routine done, but has now turned emergent. Don't schedule consultations if you are booking months out, or at least be up front about it. Perhaps have built in availability for emergencies?? And the receptionist has no empathy one way or the other....

Dr. Kramer is a good oral surgeon and my family has been very happy with his service. The woman answering the phone was rude, uncaring and didn’t care how much pain I was in. I felt like I was a pain in her neck and not welcome. I was left no choice but to find another oral surgeon to help me. I contacted and oral surgeon on Opal Court. I now have my procedure tomorrow and will be pain free. I couldn’t wait until March 25th for the consult and then procedure in April. I am sincerely sorry Dr. Kramer you won’t be doing my surgery. You need to explain to the woman answering the phone she needs to go. No one deserves to be treated the way I was.

The oral surgeons at this facility are wonderful The ignorant women he calls his receptionists though, they are another story! They are rude, demeaning and were EXTREMELY unprofessional when we asked them to submit paperwork to the insurance. I would NEVER recommend it here!

Dr. Kramer is a wonderful talented surgeon, he is gental and listens to his patients! 5 stars.

Dr. Kramer is very kind and is a wonderful oral surgeon.

Horrible secretary no empathy and ridiculous rules. U cancel an apt and its held against u even if done a month prior. Had an appointment rescheduled it and then had to cancel the rescheduled date. Did so in over a month notice for the cancel and the reschedule we done a week ahead of time. Then made an apt and was late 30-40 min fron car problems. Like life happens but they then refused to see me completely at any time at all. I get missing 3 apts if its a no call no show but seriously to have called in advance and have it held against you is well petty and bad business. But guess thats why dentists is such a hated profession.

All around great experience. Was able to get my consultation quickly and wisdom teeth removal followed less than a month later. Dr Koterwas was great and quick and didn't mind pausing when I needed more numbing. Very happy with all services.

Dr Kramer I don't know about, but Dr Koterwas I don't recommend at all. I needed extraction of tooth that was infected. I didn't know that novocaine will not take if infection is present. When it didn't take, he got fed up, decided I was malingering and pulled the tooth with zero anesthesia. When I protested-he had additional nerve enough to say I was just making noise so everyone could hear.I am a senior citizen, and I don't recommend him.
