Wonderful place, very clean and easy to get around. Love the massive arena and all the cool tech they have put in. They really know how to hype you up and get you interested. Also really enjoyed the audio quality and how you could feel it in your body. This place was really fun so I'll give it a solid 9/10 and I'll definitely come back

I came to Capital One Arena for a Korean K-Pop concert. It was packed with people, but the staff did an excellent job organizing the lines. The stadium is very nice and clean, with friendly staff available and ready to assist. It is very easy to navigate through and finding seats. Definitely coming back for other events.

Good game.. Nice atmosphere.. Concessions are overpriced. Eat before you go.. Save your funds. I sat in section 108, great seats. I sat very close could really see the players and was in the moment. Enjoy!

We attended a Hawks basketball game over the Thanksgiving weekend. The arena is beautiful. There are plenty of nice restaurants close by. Proximity (literally next door) to the metro is a huge plus, especially on cold nights. Friendly warning: They don't allow any handbags inside the arena. We had to rent a locker ($13) to keep my wife's handbag for the duration of the game.

Great venue to watch a hockey game. Everything has been upgraded and they have it set up right for drinks. There is normally very little wait and they also have a good selection at self serve markets.

I only witnessed a concert and the view of the stage is fine. Sound system was great. Food is good too. Enough parking is available but if you can avoid cars and plan traveling in train.

Good venue with convenient access and transportation options via Metro. Well maintained facility and staff are friendly and efficient. Lots of good food options. Prices are about what you'd expect for major league sports sites (not cheap but not as outrageous as some other places). It's right in Chinatown and lots of restaurants and bars around for pre- or post-game meet ups. We've been to many Capitals games here and it's a good time. Best of all.... saw an Ovie hat trick on New Year's Eve in our last visit. Go, Caps! 🙂

Nice arena, we had seats in the 400 level (read nose-bleeds) and the view of the ice was good. Easy to get in and out of the arena. Concessions were fast at moving the line along.

Fairly well organized, seats were more comfortable than other venues I've been to. Convenient, though pricy, parking directly below the arena. We saw the Suicide Boys and Ghostmane, who both put on a great show.

First off, we loved the show and the band is one of our favorites… but this review is about the venue. Good parking spots around and if you book a parking before the event is even better (will save you time and ensure you get a spot). Easy to get around the shops once inside and the security was surprisingly fast. The areas that I didn’t like: 1. Overpriced- everything inside the venue is extremely overpriced. I payed $70 for two drinks (and that was with a 10% discount). 2. Customer service was very unhelpful. We wanted to see if we could purchase a seat closer or maybe a lounge and they just told us to go outside to the line and leave the drinks in… that’s all the help they gave us. 3. The view for premium seats was terrible. We purchased premium seats, on the side of the stage, but the view was very obstructed with equipment and we had zero view to the monitors or the background during the show.

Amazing stadium! We had our tickets in the upper deck and we got it for 19$, and the view was actually pretty good. We had a great view and the stadium had a wide variety of food options, they were really good, but a bit overpriced, being that it is a sports arena. Overall great atmosphere and highly recommend.

Came here for Monster Jam. A lot of garage parking options in the area. Pretty organized. Big arena. Clean bathrooms. The only thing is food is very overpriced. $20 for hot dog. Yikes.

B-ball game on MLK, Jr Day; Monday, January 15, 2024. What an amazing venue. First timer here. Pistons v Wizards. We drive into DC. We had no trouble finding parking 🅿️. Plenty of garages but make sure to find the best deal. We only paid $15! The arena is in the heart of the city. And right near Chinatown! Getting into the arena can have its problems if you don’t follow their restrictions. No beverages or food. And you can bring a small bag in. You will go through bag check and metal detectors. Staff is strict but efficient. The inside is no disappointment. Energetic and modern. We found our seats easily. Because it’s the Wizards, not a sellout. Pistons haven’t had a great season themselves. But still paid just over $360 for 4 tix at the 100 level. Great seats though. However, wish they were more angled since we were at a corner. We enjoyed the game and in between entertainment. Since it was MLK, Jr. day, lots of images posted of him. Quotes of Dr. King were posted on the screen with images of his marches or giving speeches. A gospel choir opened with the national anthem and sang again during halftime. They were lovely and beautiful. Pistons won. Seemed like the Wizards lost steam in the 4th qtr. I was happy for my husband, he’s a Piston fan! 😏😉

Arena and staff were great. Concessions prices were absolutely absurd. Everyone on staff there were so nice, polite and friendly. Bet I was welcomed and told to "have a great time" at least 10 times.

I have attended countless concerts and sports events here - always feel safe and welcomed. The acoustics are fabulous and the temperature is perfect (on the cooler side). There truly isn’t a bad seat in the house!

We had the best time at Capital One Arena! Our seats were in section 109 in Ovi's office and we had a great view. Everyone from the staff to the fans were super nice. The crowd was lit...such a great time. And, they won both nights so that was fantastic!

I was in Baltimore for a conference and decided to take in the Capitals home opener. This was a very nice arena. All the staff that I talked to were very helpful and friendly. The view of the ice surface was great, and the pre-game was very well done. The atmosphere outside the arena prior to the game was surprising as a Canadian in a US market for hockey, I was very impressed by the passion for their team .

The arena is conveniently located near the Chinatown Metro station and surrounded by lots of available parking spots. Chinatown is filled with so many delicious places to eat, drink, and have a good time before any event. I attended a Washington Capitals game and I had a great time. They sell beer, spirits, and all sorts of refreshments inside the arena as well. If you use your Capital One card you automatically get a discount on all your purchases.

We drove 14 hours to come see the Capitals for the first time and i think it was the best day of my husband's life. (I was a little jealous to be honest🤣) Entering the arena was easy and the team shop is really big! 10/10 would recommend and will certainly come back! ALL CAPS ❤️🏒8️⃣

I attended several events here, everything is very nice, you just have to arrive early to find parking

I really enjoyed the concert we went to, plenty of bathroom access and food was fresh. A bottle of water shouldn't cost eight dollars and I did find it frustrating not being able to bring a purse. I understand it's for protection but maybe being able to bring clear see through bags should be allowed.

Me and my Bffs was there for a concert. Alittle confusing getting in and then the limit they have on the pocketbook sizes was weird. If you didn't put it back in your car had to pay another $10 for a locker almost 2 blocks away. I would suggest free Wi-Fi alot of people including us had problems pulling up online tickets and they don't take screen shots which is understandable but all in all the concert was wonderful the sound system was on point. We had floor seats 4th row in front of the stage.

The Wizards game at Capital One Arena was an exhilarating experience that left me on the edge of my seat. From start to finish, the energy in the arena was electric as fans cheered on their favorite team. The game itself was intense and full of excitement. The Wizards showed off their impressive skills, executing some incredible plays that left the crowd roaring with delight. Bradley Beal's smooth shooting and Russell Westbrook's quick reflexes were particularly impressive, leading to some jaw-dropping moments that had the entire arena on its feet. But it wasn't just the Wizards' performance that made the game so thrilling - it was the atmosphere in the arena itself. The fans were passionate and engaged, waving team flags and shouting encouragement throughout the game. The music, lights, and special effects added to the excitement, creating an immersive experience that made you feel like you were right in the middle of the action. The Capital One Arena itself is an impressive venue. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the seating was comfortable with excellent sightlines. The food and drink options were plentiful and tasty, making it easy to grab a bite to eat or a drink between plays. Overall, the Wizards game at Capital One Arena was a truly memorable experience. The combination of world-class basketball and an incredible atmosphere made for a night that I won't forget anytime soon. If you're a fan of basketball or just looking for a fun night out, I highly recommend checking out a Wizards game at Capital One Arena.

Very impressive arena, great food options (obviously overpriced, because it’s a sports arena) but better then others I’ve visited in the NBA. Loved the cherry blossom theme, especially since we visited during cherry blossom season. The game was great, they surprisingly beat the Celtics without Beal or Gafford. Merch is extremely expensive so I recommend buying a souvenir online afterwards if you want one. (Fanatics is the absolute worst) Overall great experience!

We saw the awesome Caps vs. Sabres game on 3/15 (Caps won 5-4 after a shootout). The arena is super clean and the staff are so friendly. If you make a mistake and bring a purse or bag, they have storage lockers right outside the stadium.

SUITE REVIEW ONLY. My friends and I came here recently for the “My 00s Playlist Tour” concert—my friend rented out a Lexus Level Suite—it was AMAZING!!! The suites are located on the 3rd level—you have your own private suite with private bathroom, coat closet, fridge and high-top tables and chairs, in addition to the leather seats. They come with 18 tickets! You can order catered food which we did—fried chicken, wings, hot dogs, chips, crab dip, fruits/cheese/meats and cupcakes. You can order liquor bottles, sodas, juices, water, seltzers, etc. too! The view of the stage is a bit far being on the 3rd level, and the suite rental is pricey, but with a group this may be worth getting.
