    Very disappointed with my experience in returning a bag. When I opened my box a week after I purchased the item I didn’t love the bag. The bag looked smaller than the one that I saw in the store and I wasn’t feeling it. I only unwrapped the paper from the arm strap & looked at the bag. I didn’t even remove the stuffing from inside the bag. When I tried to return it within the return period, the sales person that was amazingly pleasant, fun and attentive when I was purchasing the bag was all of a sudden hesitant, stone and insinuating that the bag was damaged and had debris inside and she was unable to take it back. I was appalled, embarrassed and made to feel like a scam artist and criminal. I felt like the sales associate made my experience difficult and made the accusations about the bag being damaged because she would loose her commission on the sale. She kept making an “exchange or repair” an option for me. Why would I want you to REPAIR a brand new bag even if I did want to keep the bag!???? I was in shock that she was treating me that way considering I had purchased other items that I was not returning! Ultimately after jumping through hoops, the manager processed my refund. No apologies just stone faces. I will NOT be spending my money at Gucci. My teenage daughter and her friend was with me & witnessed how I was treated and had I not worn the other merchandise, I would have returned that too. I really want to sell all of my Gucci merchandise now. Excellent customer service, empathy and respect is key in operating any business Gucci associates.

    I’m still in shock about the way I was treated at this location tonight. My family and I were patiently waiting to get into the store when my daughter had to go to the restroom. We left the line to find a restroom and when we returned a few minutes before 6:50pm, the associates would not let us enter the store even though they close at 7:00pm. They claimed they take their last client at 6:50pm. I explained that I was previously on line, but had to run the the restroom and arrived back before 6:50pm to a locked door so I had to wait for an associate to realize we were waiting outside. The refused to let me in and told me that I could come back the following day. As a longstanding customer who has an extensive purchase history with Gucci, I am truly disappointed with the way I was treated at this location and will no longer shop here due to the lack of customer service and empathy show to me tonight. I also plan on sharing my experience on all available platforms including the BBB where I will be even more descriptive of my experience. I will no longer recommend this location to anyone and will personally shop elsewhere. Its a shame!

    If I could leave the rating a ZERO, I certainly would have. This location was once my go to for selection and experience. Today was the total OPPOSITE. The staff shows implicit bias and selective to who they deliver the “experience” to. I was in to make a purchase and was overlooked, mistreated, and pushed off like a rag doll. The service has declined tremendously. Please order online or from the Tysons location for WANTED business.

    Customer service from others was great until we got helped by the same person twice on different occasions. 1st my husband went in to purchase some shoes for me for my birthday he was helped by Diamond at this location he mentioned my shoe size many times asked if they ran small or big and she reassured him that the size he was getting was correct since they were European size. When I got my gift they were in fact the wrong shoe size that she sold him. I went back 2 weeks later to exchange and I was helped by Diamond too. She wasn’t helpful at all. I ended up wanting to purchase a wallet instead of exchanging shoe sizes. So she took me over pulled open a drawer and left me to pick while she stood on her personal phone. I asked her questions about the wallets and told her what I was looking for and she did not care barely answered me while she stood on her personal phone. I felt rushed and unwanted there after only given 4 options to choose from. I ended up leaving with a wallet I did not love but liked. When it originally was supposed to be a nice birthday gift from my husband. I’m hoping customers know shoe sizes and what they want before going in and getting “helped” by Diamond..

    Worst store and service ever, when you pay $3500 on a bag and you try to return because you don’t like; it they said it’s past the two weeks, by only two days. So you can’t return it. And the manger in DC store is so rude don’t ever think to go there!!!!!

    Buyers beware!!! High end store or this Gucci store is not what its cracked up to be. This was the worst experience one can have. My daughter spends money in this store and to go to the store and not even be acknowledged was very disappointed. My daughter is serving our country Qatar and decided to purchase me some Gucci sandles for my bday and they were too big, so I went to local store in DC to do an even exchange and when I walked into the store no one said hello, greetings, welcome or anything. I was taken back then I walked to counter to do an even exchange and one of the managers told me No! Bc it was beyond the 14day mark. I was shocked beyond belief. 😳 all I could say was ok but thought I can exchange at any store any time but not this Gucci store. My shoes were 🤑$700 and I couldn't exchange...😡😤. This would be my last time ever visiting this store ever. Continue to shop in other countries if they give you better service bc this Gucci store sucked rocks🤬

    decent experience while at the store but the team forgot to provide me with a recommendation for a leather shop that could add a hole to my belt. (No big deal) I have tried calling and emailing since that visit to get some support to no avail disappointed with the follow on support .

    My family and I visited during our stay in D.C. It was the first time I had visited Gucci in person (shop online) so I didn't know what to expect. The customer service was excellent from the time we entered the door. We had to wait about 10 minutes to be seen (there were several customers being seen and we did not put our name on the list upon arrival- wasn't planning on making a purchase), but they checked on us often. When we were deciding on a purchase, the client advisor was very helpful. They offered water, tea, or champagne while we waited/shopped! They carry women and men! Our client advisor Heeseung made our buying experience pleasurable.

    I visited the Gucci store in DC on Monday. Cordell was beyond amazing!!!! He took his time with me. He went out of his way to make sure that I had decisions to choose from. He was very nice but yet professional. Diamond was sweet too❤️

    I had a beautiful vintage watch with a gorgeous moonphase display, made in the 90s. A very cherished and personal item to me, from a loved one. I took this watch to this Gucci location for a battery replacement. It was lost by their complete incompetence. They lost it, never told me where it was or even that it was missing for weeks. 0 communication. Upon my going back to Gucci to ask why I hadn't been contacted/where was my watch, the staff was oblivious, tried to deflect, and mostly uncaring. They offered me $50 gift card. I said absolutely not and they replaced with a second hand, mid 2000's watch probably worth $100 in aftermarket. Never shopping with Gucci ever again. Complete embarrassment and has caused me a loss I will never recover from.

    Visited the luxury boutique, during CityCenter event called Winter in Washington. The ice sculpture exhibit was within steps of the Gucci boutique. Spoke with a consultant, who gave some insight into his products. He advised me the family owned business, imports its product from Italy. He identified two pieces, he was particularly fond of. A ladies' handbag with a medallion containing Swarovski crystals. Another handbag was red, made with buffalo hide. The boutique offers men's and women's apparel and accessories, to include footwear.

    Out of all the designer stores in city center Gucci had the best customer service. Joey from Gucci was so sweet and helpful! It was a great experience and will definitely be traveling back to DC. Store has a great selection.
