Just moved into Berkshire 15 and am so excited to be here! The building is high quality and lovely with exceptional staff. The location is really superb—walking distance to DuPont, right on U street for going out, and close to Logan Circle as well. You won’t find a better location or a newer building in DC than this!

I've been here for 2 weeks, and I cannot stress how happy I am! The location is great, and the neighborhood has all there is to offer. But more importantly, the building feels like home. It feels cozy but also luxurious. The staff truly couldn't be better. I am looking forward to making this my new home!

I've been living here about 9 months and have very much enjoyed it so far! Building is beautiful with very nice amenities -- and great staff! From the building management (Gerry, Hillary, and Jeremy) and the concierge service used for after hours front desk management (Cynthia is always so lovely), it's been a very pleasant experience -- during an otherwise difficult time in general (for everyone)!

Pros: Great location, wonderful management, brand new appliances, really cool rooftop/lobby/common areas Cons: Poor construction (you can hear everything through the walls, ceiling, in the hallways), you're paying only for the location - there isn't a gym or other amenities you'd expect for the price point, poor communication - I missed my final statement notice due to moving/the holidays and instead of sending one or two reminders, they sent me to a debt collector even though I had been timely with payments my whole year living there...so incredibly frustrating Overall: Wouldn't live here again

I moved to Berkshire 15 in September 2020 and this is by far the best apartment living experience I’ve had. The office staff are responsive, attentive and kind. Maintenance is friendly, quick to respond and helpful. The concierge (especially Cynthia and Aziz) are wonderful; I always enjoy seeing them and chatting! In addition to the lovely staff, it’s very clean and dog friendly (equipped with treats in the lobby)!

Recently moved into Berkshire 15 and could not be happier with the decision. Everything from the first visit to the application to the move-in has been extremely professional and efficient. The staff is truly incredible and has already made me feel so comfortable and part of the community, and the apartment itself has great appliances / finishings. Location is also a huge positive, as it is very safe, convenient to everything I could need, and Meridian Hill park is right next door for some nice mid-day walks.

This is a really great property run by some good people. Tomarra was diligent and kind in working with us. Their policies are also great for renters which is not something I have typically found with larger apartment buildings. The location and apartments are well taken care of and the security of the building was a big plus. I would recommend looming into this place!

I lived at Berkshire 15 during the turbulent time from August 2020 to August 2021, but as a foreigner, I never really felt lonely living at this property. The crew members (especially Gerry and Jeremy who I have talked with the most) are extremely friendly and helpful. The hard work they put in to ensure a safe and healthy living environment is respectful. The building comes with top notch appliances and amenities at the price point, not to mention the great location, with access to all your living needs and U Street being just around the corner. It has been a great pleasure living here, hope all is the best.
