I was hoping to get a response after contacting Zaxby's on Thursday about my raw chicken sandwich. After waiting 48 hours with no response, I feel like this review is necessary. I ordered lunch for my aunt and myself on Thursday and picked it up at 11 a.m. on my to her house in another small town with fewer options. When I arrived to my destination 30 minutes later and unpacked my order, I noticed a huge piece of fat on my grilled chicken sandwich. Disappointed, I broke that part off and decided to eat the sandwich anyway. Then I bit into the raw chicken. It was disgusting, dangerous, and unacceptable. It was also my last few dollars so I couldn't afford to get another meal on the road. I wouldn't recommend any Zaxby's at this point. If you don't get sick, you are lucky.

Highly disappointed tonight. This is suppose to be bacon ranch and cheese fries without their chicken and I get this? This is behavior I expect from McDonald's but Zaxbys really. Come on. $14.52 for this trashcan order of twelve fries. Very very poor quality.

I have the misfortune of working in Washington GA on Wednesdays and those of you who know… know that the food options are slim pickins in Washington. Zaxby’s seems to be the lesser of the evils of Subway and McDonald’s. To tell it like it is, this place is NASTY and FILTHY. Not just once in a while, EVERY SINGLE TIME. The floors are disgustingly slippery with grease, the glass on the entry doors are always filthy and have never been cleaned as long as I’ve been coming (about 3-4 months) and I know gif a fact that this is the 5th Wednesday that the soap dispenser in the men’s restroom has been broken. (I sure as hell hope the employees have another place to wash up after restroom visits) I’ve mentioned it to the workers but with the blank look on their faces, I’m not sure if it’s registering. Come on Zaxby’s- get it together!

One of the nastiest places I’ve ever been in, and that’s saying a lot for a fast food restaurant. With the exception of the girl who took our order, the staff was horrible. Intentionally ignored us when we just trying to get some condiments. The floor was so disgusting that it was difficult to open the bathroom door. We were going to eat in but it was so nasty that we got our food and ate in the car. Seriously.

I got the normal wings and things for spouse and I, i decided to try out the new chicken philly, the presentation didn't leave me with a good feeling, they crammed the sandwich in a too small container. Not going to say it tasted bad but the Pig&Bull is better. I waited a bit long also,

This location was one of the worst Zaxby's that I have ever went to. The floor was was very slippery almost like it had been purposely done that way. I had to wait almost 40 minutes for a Wings & Things platter while I watched customers who ordered way after me get their orders. Some of them even ordered Wimgs and Things. The girl who would bag up and hand out orders was screaming at the top of her voice multiple times ro the cooks in the back to provide her a Wings and Things for me. She was very nice and apologetic for the obvious issues with the cooks. There weren't any napkins available, you had to ask to get some. The fries were undercooked and didn't have any seasoning. Worst experience ever at a Zaxby's. I should have went to McDonald's.

Sadly this small town seemed to only her teenagers here. They have nothing to work for but a check that they can pocket because they live with parents for free. I’ve been here 3 times and each was the same. Not attentive, giving friends free food but expecting me to pay when I’m looking at them get $15 worth of food for free. I go in don’t even get spoken too and she walks back and forth still nothing, her friend comes in goes right to her tell her what she wants (loaded fries) and then another comes in. She looks at me I just tell her to go ahead and walked out. I would spend my money there. Then the boys in the back are on TikTok just going at it, I would never go bk here do better

Zaxby's is always a good choice. We were traveling and decided to stop in for a quick bite. The service was great. Our order was correct, and the wait wasn't long.
