I love smoothie king and Frequent the one in Saint Charles often, But this one doesn’t have restroom for customers?? The manager literally told me to go across the parking lot to Subway. Not impressed won’t be back to this location

There are several reasons why I was highly satisfied with my experience . The store was clean and well maintained , a pleasant atmosphere. Kelsey provided exceptional customer service. She greeted me with a warm smile, took the time to understand my preferences, and recommended a delicious smoothie that perfectly suited my taste and my nutrition needs. the quality of the smoothie was outstanding. I watched my personal favorite smoothie blend being made. It was made with fresh ingredients, blended to perfection, and had a great balance of flavors. Lastly, Kelsey's efficiency ,professionalism ,were impressive. She prepared my order quickly, and the smoothie was not only tasty but also presented beautifully!!. Kelsey's excellent service, the top-notch quality of the smoothie, and the overall experience at Smoothie King left me highly satisfied and eager to return for more

the smoothies are always very delicious! but i cant help but notice one of your employees is just never happy to be there and she is very rude to us. if you are gonna have someone work in customer service, they’ve gotta learn how to talk to people. thank you very much

They don't doordash and I really wanted a smoothie

Every time I go to this location they mess my order up...one time I was double charged..2 times now I've order sweet smoothies...I get unsweet..one time I ordered strawberry and got some kinda coconut..don't even no what it was..I go on my lunch break which is right before they close so my chances of getting it fixed are not in my favor because they close before I get back. I just go to sonic now.

Smoothies are good, but expensive. Longer wait than usual today. Lady at the window had to ask what we ordered after we'd been sitting about 5 minutes. They seemed to have lost track of who had ordered what, despite the fact she had the receipt in her hand.

I went through the smoothie king drive thru today and I had no problems, until I took a sip through my straw and a short brown coarse hair came through my straw. I normally never leave reviews, but with this whole corona stuff you would think they’d be safer about this kind of stuff I don’t see me coming here for a long time.
