This domino's is less than a mile and a half from my hotel. I ordered 2 pizzas at 7:50pm. The tracker said they were out of the oven and on the road at 8:05 with driver Dominic. At 8:30, the tracker now said they were with the driver Theresa. I called the manager and asked what was going on and he said they would be there in 10 minutes. I finally got the pizzas at 9:25. They were cold and soggy and delivered by Dominic. Terrible location! I am now looking at all of the terrible reviews for this location. I should have never ordered from here. How long will Domino's corporate allow this garbage franchise location to wreck the company's reputation?

A nice place for Pizza. Staff was very cooperative and fast to process. Mostly to take out, small place to dine in also available.

Ordered via the Dominos app. Using the tracker, we could see that our order was sitting in Quality Check for 30 minutes. When I called the store, they said the order was ready, but they had no drivers to deliver it. I was only 6 minutes away, and if they had told me that when I ordered, or right after, I would have walked over to pick it up. Instead, they wait until I call. By then the food had been ready for over 40 minutes. I didn't want food that had been sitting there that long, so they canceled the order. I have no problem with them not having drivers, but communicating that would have prevented us from waiting nearly an hour for food that never showed up.

I am so very thankful for this Dominos. I live around the corner and order pick-up about once every couple weeks, and, man, I swear their pizza is the best pizza in town. Always hot, delicious, cut tidily, and ready by the time you go there. Staff is swift, friendly, efficient. Plus, they always have coupons of some sort, so you basically get a ton of food for relatively very little money. Highly recommend if you're in need of a pizza fix!

This place is a bloody effing joke. We ordered 3 pizzas, a few other items, and 3 2-liter bottles of soda. We get a notification that it was delivered and nothing was downstairs in the hotel lobby. We call and no one was picking up so my friends went to see what could be done and they now say we need to find another place to eat. They also lied about the location of delivery AND the fact that they even made our order. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS. EVER. IF YOU GO AWESOMECON OR OTAKON, DON'T, THEY WILL MESS UP. My friends also said the place was nasty and disgusting and the people were rude and nasty. Someone should call the health department on this franchise and shut it down.

We ordered 1 medium pizza and 2 drinks at 11:30pm apologized for ordering late, they said everything was fine. 11:47pm we get a notification our pizza was out of the oven. 12:53am nothing came and they had been closed for 53 minutes. Now we're starving, and all of our options are closed. I'm not angry (read the reviews), just disappointed and starving. It would've been fine if they had just told us they couldn't make anything this late, but they didn't. If anything else happens, I'll update this review Edit: They did call around 1, saying they were short staffed and asked if we still wanted our food, they showed up shortly after (it was still pretty hot) Thank you for saving me from starvation driver I dont know. <3

A few minutes after I ordered my pizza, I received a text saying my pizza is in the oven & it’s gonna be ready in 8 - 10 minutes however I waited 45 minutes still my pizza was not ready. When I asked the staff, they were very rude & kept saying it’s in the oven for 30 minutes.

Dirtiest restaurant I’ve been to. Ordered food an hour ahead for pickup. Waited an hour before being acknowledged and handed our food. Not sure if actual food or ??? Maybe hire more than one worker that sweeps and cleans once a day?

Don’t eat from here ! The employees are rude and will hang up the phone on you when you call about your order. I ordered wings from here and they just drizzled bbq sauce on them and barely put toppings on the pizza. I wouldn’t give these wings to my dog if I had one. Unacceptable!

The systematic racism and the apparent spoiled beachelors who demand their pizza be handed to as if it came from their oven and by someone who looks like them. This is obviously bullying and trolling as people are feeding and mocking the company probably hoping to put a certain demographic out of jobs. Just walking in the Dominoes I feel a good presence. It was clean and organized, old fashioned if you will. They follow the system, imagen someone complaining ordering 10 pizzas and they had to wait 1 hr....go cook 10 pizzas at yiur house in 1 hour, you cant so please be kind, dont be racist, dont be greedy, be patient.
