While the simple stuff is made fine, staff is rude, forced tips and they don’t take the app. Bad experience, would suggest the Union Station McDonalds instead, at least there you get what you pay for.

The drink and donut was okay as it should be. What bothered me was the most was the lady at the front being rude to a visitor who appeared to be from another country. Shocking a employee had to use non verbal cue yo stop his female employee from being more rude. Lastly, your forced to tip before getting to the payment screen. I don't see this at another other locations but this one.

Worst service ever! The cashiers were super rude to me and the next customer, refused to honor the happy hour pricing that is menu board in their location, and then didn’t even give me my espresso shot on the side that I paid for. I would have called corporate, but I couldn’t find my receipt. We were in town visiting and this customer service really made the city look bad.

My experience was good, no line on the weekend 10 am ish . The frozen Pistachio coffee is dope. Well worth it to use the app and get points and or rewards, I think it has a better return rate than Starbucks app, not to mention personally think the dark coffee is great.

The DD app is useless here, rude staff, cold brew was watered down coffee, on top of that they request to tip
