The pizza is tasty. But the service is not friendly. The guy making the orders makes us move from one side to another because he wanted to have the line to order in other direction. There were only 2 people ordering.. Not all toppings were available so he still charge for the pizza like it was one of the specialty pizzas. Tables are dirty. It is better order to go

Having entered inside, there was no one on the other side of the counter. Then a girl who seemed like a customer on her phone sitting at the 1 table they had gets up and drags herself around to get my order. I ask her about the menu and she shakes her head no. Then I ask about options and she nods her head yes. She never spoke to me. While my pizza was being made, another guy came around the counter and was working quickly and attentively. But when it came to pay for my order and for the last pizza toppings, I could not understand a word he said. It was like English gibberish - fast mumbling. The pizza was good with limited toppings and a bit of an outgoing menu. But my friend did not receive a meatlover's after comparing what he got to the poster. Not even close. The place was small but could benefit greatly from smaller tables along the wall and not one large table in the center of the room. The floor was dirty but the kitchen seemed to be clean. Still, good food doesn't make up for all the faults.

Delicious pizza! Not too heavy/thick and not too light/thin, just right. All pies (pizzas) are one price so just for you is less than $15. Slightly on the expensive side but the quality of the pizza made up for it. The employees were nice. They were training a new employee and they all were so patient and laughing with them making them feel welcomed. I loved it. They were patient with my indecisive self and even suggested which things to try next time.

By far the worst &pizza in DC. For $15, the ingredients are extremely light. The service was also poor. I used to love going to &pizza when I previously lived in DC, but this is the last time I’ll ever go.

Amazing and very accommodating staff! My son is autistic and was having a very hard time with the shape of the pizza and they went out of their way to custom make him a pizza that was just right for him. Pizza was delicious I would give them more stars if I could.

We LOVE this pizza!!! Since we love this pizza so much we have been to several different DC locations and this location is the best. It's the best in terms of the employees being friendly...recognizing the customer and just plain being decent. The pizza is always baked perfect--not too overdone...thank you!!!!! Very much dislike crust overdone and burnt. Recommend!!👍👍

What an awesome restaurant with amazing staff! We came in shortly before closing time due to difficulty getting to the store, but they gladly welcomed us in and accommodated all of our requests. Sorry, the photos don’t do the pizza justice; the food was incredible and it was truly a delicious nighttime meal. Would gladly recommend &pizza to a friend.

The personal-sized pizza I like to get (on gluten-free crust) is now $18.64. This is more than I'm willing to pay for a single serving of pizza so I'm not going to eat here anymore. The pizza itself still tastes good and is a satisfying serving. But the price just seems kind of crazy at this point. I'm out.

&pizza is truly unique, providing a surprisingly wide variety of toppings and sauces, you can make some incredible combinations if you get a bit creative. With lots of options for people with dietary restrictions. There is a lot I could say, but simply put, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the food is amazing, and they really are the perfect size for the price for a personal pizza, or to split with someone for a delicious lunch.

I'm going to start by telling you this was the most shockingly amazing pizza I've ever experienced. I walk in and it seems like the vibe of a Mod Pizza place for those that know what I'm talking about in terms of style and selection on the menu, and so it seemed like a fast food type pizza place. As you might now believe, my expectations were medium and I didn't think much of what I was seeing, but what first caught my eye was a very wild set of pizza flavors on their menu that I felt didn't relate to any other pizza place I'd ever been to. I ordered some sort of honey glazed pizza with arugula and I swear it was the second best pizza of my life! (BTW, I've been to a lot of great pizza spots in Brooklyn and around the country, so second best for this deal is incredible) The atmosphere of the place was totally chill with no wait and an empty restaurant, which is absolutely baffling considering my experience and I think this is a hidden gem in Washington DC.

The pizza was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The cook was nice and friendly and our food came out quickly. Overall I was very happy and would visit again when I'm in DC.

This place was absolutely terrible. Went to DC with the kids for the day and needed a kid friendly place to eat. Came here around noon on a Sunday, I'd say right before lunch crowd. Two employees were working, and the young lady "working" was more concerned with changing the music after every song, leaving customers to do so. I ordered three pizzas, which all were fine. Tasted good and had many toppings. Time to pay, and the previous young lady mentioned had 0 customer service skills. I asked if they had water as the soda machine had every option "OUT" except for diet coke and coke zero. She said yes, the water option worked. I asked for water cups and was rudely told they don't have water cups. So I bought the $2.75 soda cups to get water. Spoiler alert...the water was out. Tried the Coke options, and they came out a pinkish color. Sucked it up and got drinks elsewhere rather than deal with the lack of customer service again. Aside from good tasting pizza,(which you could find pretty much anywhere) this place has nothing to offer. It was dirty and the staff clearly doesn't want to be there so you shouldn't go in either.

I had the opportunity to visit this restaurant for the second time during my recent trip to DC, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what I had expected based on my previous visit in 2016. Back in 2016, I had an amazing experience at this place, which made me eager to return. However, this time around, I was met with a series of disappointments. One of the first things I noticed was an unpleasant odor permeating the restaurant, which immediately created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Moreover, the tables and chairs were sticky and unclean, which further detracted from the overall ambiance. The behavior of the employees was quite disheartening as well. I felt ignored and unwelcome during my visit. They seemed disinterested and rude, which left a negative impression on me. To add to my frustration, when it came time to settle the bill, I was informed that the card machine was not functioning, and they requested cash payment. I declined the request and decided to leave. Surprisingly, moments later, the machine suddenly started working again. This made me feel as though they were not being entirely truthful about the situation, which further diminished my trust in the establishment. To make matters worse, when they finally charged my card, they got the amount wrong without even bothering to confirm what I had ordered. This lack of attention to detail only added to the already disappointing experience. Despite these shortcomings, I must acknowledge that the food itself was still good, just as I remembered it from my previous visit. However, the overall experience left much to be desired. The poor ambiance, uncleanliness, and unprofessional behavior of the staff overshadowed the delicious dishes they served. In conclusion, it pains me to say that my return to this restaurant after such a positive memory in 2016 was a letdown. While the food remained a highlight, the issues with the restaurant's cleanliness, service, and attitude of the staff made this visit a super bad experience. I sincerely hope that the management takes these criticisms constructively and makes the necessary improvements to restore the restaurant to its former glory.

It was tasty pizza. The staff helped me to choose one in a kind way. Fair price for the size of the pizza. Enjoy and have good one

A great place to get lunch after visiting the museum. Pizza is delicious. Suggest you order online ahead of time.

For the price and speed, it's really good pizza. That said, I see several complaints about the service already and I'll add my drop to the bucket. The girl working the register on the evening of October 27th was sooooo rude it was mind boggling. Who hurt you, girl? It sure wasn't me. Based on other reviews, it sounds like this same girl is upsetting a lot of your customers. Hire someone else!

Delicious pizza - one price for all. They offer gluten free pizza! We had three build your own pizza. They were all delicious. Staff is really friendly too. Nice vibe inside the restaurant.

I was charged for someone else’s bill and when I notify them on the spot they issued a credit receipt but it didn’t credit my bank account. I tried to call , email, text no one is responding to me. It’s unprofessional and no matter if the food is good or not I will not eat there again and will tell everyone my experience. Tried to call the location they declined all calls, tried to call headquarter no one is picking up or available . It’s outrages, I might have to dispute this transaction all together . I hope they will reach out to me because I am really upset !!!

What a great place this is! The pizzas are all priced the same, you pick the one you like, it’s prepared on the spot and the moment you’re at the checkout, it’s likely your pizza is waiting for you. And it tastes just as great as it looks!

Amazing fresh pizza. Gluten free and dairy free options. They take allergies serious, wiping things down! The staff is super helpful and nice! The price is very reasonable. Its $10.45 for any pizza (gluten free crust is extra).

This is THE perfect pizza joint! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a yummy, easy, and fast place for a bite to eat. You get to built your own pizzas like a sub shop, but they have delicious ingredients and you aren’t getting a boring old sandwich. Bonus: They have gluten free crusts.

Gonna say THIS is the best pizza spot in DC. Get their garlic knots and maverick! Ask for a side of ranch and you’ve got yourself a delish meal! I saw by the window indoors at this location and it was a lovely view of the city + you gave your own little corner in the shop.

The staff members who served us were wonderful. Alonzo and "Q" had their own special secret recipes and Asian who had a wonderful sense of humor kept us all sane. They are here to build a wonderful supportive community. I came two nights in a row and brought my son. They welcomed him with open arms because I had told them I would bring him. We loved every bite and the people are extra special.

Great little place! They have the crust and you pick the sauce and toppings you want. It only takes a few minutes and it's delicious. The crust is great and the toppings and sauce selection was great. It's a quick walk from the Mall. We'll definitely go back next time we're there.

Yum!!! Delicious pizzas, very reasonably priced and workers were cool. Ingredients were fresh and they made the pizzas in front of you, as you tell them what you want on it. I will be becoming back. Soda machine was out of order but they looked like good drinks too.
