Before Christmas was my first time in the store, and I purchased a nice fuzzy jacket for my mother. When she arrived in state for the holidays, and tried it on, it did not fit. We went back in the store after Christmas but there wasn’t anything that fit her nicely. Unfortunately they would not refund my money, and insisted on giving me an in-store credit. I looked around and could not see any sign stating this fact. I don’t believe I would have taken a chance and purchased something for my mother if I had known this. People say you should buy locally, but when something like this occurs and you’re stuck with a $58 credit instead of a refund, it makes you think about it.

Madaline was super amazing and will have me shopping here again! I called to ask if they would be getting a hat in a certain color back in stock and Madaline was super helpful letting me know when to expect it back around fair time. The really amazing part though is they called me the next day (as in went through the call log calling folks to find me again) to let me know they were stocking a store and found one lone hat in that color, remembered I was looking for it, put it aside, and offered to let me purchase it. It was so sweet and kind and the above and beyond customer service that will make me a loyal shopper for life. Thanks, Madaline and Alaska Chicks!

Friendly, helpful staff. It's nice to have staff welcome you into the store rather than stare you down and size you up as to how much you might spend. At that point, nothing. Even if I love it.

I was in Big Lake, visiting family, and was going fishing in Seward and needed a really warm hoodie. I wanted something different and I found it at your Wasilla shop! It is so warm, I didn't need a coat! The hood is unique, too. I will be back.

I have only visited the Wasilla Store once when I came home to visit, but I remember it being beautiful looking and nice staff! I currently live in Mississippi and order from their website every chance I get! I have quite a stash of Alaska Chicks hoodies, t-shirts, tank tops, leggings, sweaters.... a little bit of everything!! All of their clothing is of the best quality and always so cute!!!

If you are in the market for an extra warm hoodie or shacket this is the place to shop. They were a bit pricey but had a lot of super cute stuff.

Quick shipping and processing time within 2 days. Leggings are great quality. i made two separate orders the owner called and they combined them and I only had to pay one shipping fee the owner was kind enough to call and let me know they also refunded me the extra shipping cost. Ordered one of the stickers which they are durable and great quality.

I was very disappointed in the service. I had my heart set on buying my daughter in law a nice hoodie for her birthday. There were 3 employees in the store and NOT one of them acknowledged me. I will never shop there again.

I absolutely love the Palmer shop. The customer service was excellent and the girl there was super cheerful. I recently bought a hoodie there and it fit perfectly. Overall a good experience.
