Zden is a homegoods store that left a great impression on me. The store has a warm and inviting atmosphere, giving customers an immediate sense of comfort as soon as they walk in. The selection of items available is vast, ranging from kitchen utensils to other goods. The store also offers unique and stylish pieces that you won't find in traditional homegoods stores. The staff is friendly, and always willing to lend a helping hand.  I highly recommend Zden to anyone who is looking for quality homegoods at an affordable price

If you wanna get products for a commercial or domestic kitchen, don't think twice. Step in to zden. More than 150 years history. Highly recommended. Products range is amazing.

Good place to find something quick for a fairly good price (but not all items are well priced) But we experienced poor customer service during consecutive and multiple visits. The store helper (a passive aggressive lady) looks and acts annoyed and may be rude most/ if not all the time and is of minimal help to the customers. The owner and the family at the cashier are really nice but of course there is a NO RETURNS policy. All in all this is a small place with large collection of household/kitchen items at fair prices stained with a dash of poor customer service.

An amazing service. Item delivered within a few hours even though the customer (me) was at fault. The courtesy extended by the staff is quite rare these days where companies seem to take joy in simply pointing out mistakes but cannot offer a solution. Thank you Zden for genuinely treating customers as royalty.

If you need fancy glassware, ceramic containers and kitchen fabrics, this is the best place to be. It's not the best looking place or to expect white collar product experts to assist you. But it will have everything you'd need at a pretty reasonable price if you can't wander around pettah. They have samples of everything they have out in the "showroom".

They are giving perfect customer service and I am really happy with the staff. To me helped a women named Zaheena. She is very kindfull and really providing good service. We visited Zden with the intention of merely browsing the store, without any plans to make a purchase. Upon entering, we received a very warm welcome, and our experience was further enhanced by the assistance of Zaheeda, one of the showroom employees. Our visit to Zden turned out to be a memorable one. Not only did the prices align with our budgets, but the overall shopping experience exceeded our expectations. A store doesn't necessarily have to rely on discounts to earn your satisfaction; the sense of getting maximum value for your money itself becomes an incentive to purchase more items. The name Assena Marikar & Co. has been established in Sri Lanka for many years, and we hope that Zden will be able to follow in the same successful footsteps.

Bought a Stainless steel 36cm Wok today. Made a tofu dish and im so impressed, spot seasoning works very well with this. Customer support is very nice as well, who ever the lady in the other side of the phone in Zden is killing it. I live in Colombo so i managed to take a delivery through Pickme flash within 1hour. I'm happy with the whole experience. Thank you Zden!

Love this store which has so many gorgeous little items to add to your home. And compared to the other modern stores in colombo, this is actually reasonable. Definitely a good place to dig around.

Worst place to buy stuff specially online, this star rating I had to give coz there is no way I can place this review. I placed an order for 2 pizza pans from them on 5th of Dec, afrer 2 weeks they sent a wrong order, then they said they issued a fresh order since they could not trace what happened to the original one, then again the courier the only one they have did not deliver till to date. When I called them they want me to be understanding even after all this time. From the directors to the telephone operator they are very disrespectful and asks me to keep corporaring with them. Thank God I selected COD when placing the order coz I know there can be companies like this who don't know the very basics of doing business!

Good place for home goods. Reasonable prices

I have ordered Sizzling plates, a Grill pan and an Apron from Zdenshop. I am highly satisfied with the quality of these items. I have come across Sizzling plates only at Zdenshop. It is a fine opportunity for those who love to try out restaurant preparations at home. Items were carefully packed for delivery. The items I ordered did not take long to receive even during this travel restriction period. Thank you Zdenshop for the excellent products, your courteous service and also for the fast delivery by Grasshoppers.

Excellent one stop shop for home goods! Love that everything is produced sustainably and with a touch of Sri Lanka. Personally my go to for giving gifts to friends abroad! Excellent polite and helpful customer service everytime I've visited over the years.
