The lady’s there at Night Shift are the worth customers service ever if they don’t like there job why are they working they give u such a hard time like your job is simple bad attitude obviously the worth don’t recommend at all and it’s not the first time I come here I know some times we have bad days but these lady’s are the worth at there job

Ordered 2 subs one with extra chicken and both came with hardly any chicken. I'll never come back to this location. The one on west main is way better! Don't waste your time here

so bad, they all have attitudes. Made us wait 20 minutes for two sandwiches, and barely any meat, also gave the wrong cheese, please hire a better staff.

Never puts as much meat on anything as all the other Subway's do. Tuna grinders are ridiculous, they 'paint' the tuna on with a knife like it's a condiment! Other subways use a scooper, 3 scoops then they flatten it with the spatula. Seems like the workers there don't understand the product or the customer at all. Like they have no clue what tuna sandwiches are supposed to be like.

A bad, and very rude manager. I made an order through the app and he refused to exchange my Coca-Cola drink to an orange drink. I told him the app doesn’t offer fanta orange drinks.

Order 2 foot long sandwiches and told the employee what i wanted on it he read it back to me twice and when i pay i get home and the sandwiches are missing items and the sandwiches was very sloppy not going there anymore horrible service.

I usually go to the subway on chase ave but I was close to the subway on Thomaston ave so I stopped there. Well my $17 meal came out to $22 here and when I told the lady about she told me she’ll fix it but just this time and it came out to almost $21… Then I go to get my drink and I get my ice and there’s black stuff in the ice, possibly mold…. So I asked the lady to get the ice from the back and after three tries I finally got ice without the black stuff in it… I will never go back to this subway!! Stay away, unless you want to be over charged and I’m a little weary about the cleanliness of that subway!! Take the extra 5 min drive and go to the subway on chase ave!!!!!!

Love their subs!!! We eat there a lot on nights we need something quick and easy.

The have a huge thing that cover all the meats and cheeses which I never seen at a subway. When it came down to putting the veggies I saw they barely put any meat or cheese. This is the second time and I’m never going back again. Believe the reviews when they say there’s no meat on the subway

I Went there to get a steak sandwich and half of my sandwich didn’t come steak 🤨 . I don’t understand why people don’t pay attention or why they don’t find the job that they really like to do because they don’t know how to do simple things .

May 20th - ordered turkey Sub - through app and added all veggies except jalapeno peppers - each with selection of more 2X and got 4 slices of tomatoes - so on a FOOTLONG they only put 2? Missing Pickles and olives hardly any lettuce - and got a HAIR wiht the sandwich - Woman working was not wearing a mask at the drive through
