I don’t know if the two employees working together today 6/23/2022 at 1220 hate each other or just hate working for subway. They were immediately rude, impatient and unsanitary. No glove changes between handling money and food as well. The previous owner would have never put up with that kind of unprovoked nasty attitude or unsanitary food handling. I Won’t ever go to the WATERBURY VERMONT subway ever again. The change that was tossed to me was left tossed back onto the counter for my point of disgust.

We went Sunday night 3/26 and we have never had such a great experience. The girl there was so kind and made some of the best subway we’ve ever had. It was very clean and one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Subway. That girl deserves a bonus for how well she treated it!

The food is as expected for a Subway. Hard to screw it up... but 5* because: Exceptionally good Customer Service from Ashley. Complicated multiple orders, fussy eater kids... Handled it like a Pro & was nice chatty and helpful throughout. RECOMMEND.

Friendly employees, clean dining area. Standard Subway sandwich fare -- that is reasonable mass-produced sandwich fillings, with a number of fresh veggies and topping choices, on freshly baked (but not what you would call homemade) bread. The bread tends to be better if you have your sub toasted.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They helped me get wifi so I could use my GPS. The food was fresh and delicious. The place was clean and accommodating and there several boths where you could dine in .

The owners of this place are so great!! My husband and I stopped in on a Friday right before the lunch hour rush with an order for 15 (!!) sandwiches. I was nervous to walk in with that big of an order during lunch time, but the owners/sandwich makers were so kind and ready to help. The sandwiches were delicious and next time we stop through Waterbury, we'll come back!

I'm am not a Subway person. But after hockey before the 1.5 hour trip home, there is not a lot to choose from in this town. The staff in this restaurant are super nice. And even remembered me and my daughter from going in several other times. The food at this particular Subway is for some reason better than other Subways I have been too. Ray and another blonde female employee (didn't get her name) at this restaurant really make it a nice place to go. Definitely worth going if you need to eat quick on the go. Large chain restaurant, with small town hospitality.

Hands down the best subway experience we have had in years! Amazing staff, presentation impeccable … super clean washroom!! Ottawa, Canada subway locations should come here for training!!!
