My experience with Dr. Annette Burton and the Center for Better Hearing has been excellent! Dr. Burton is knowledgeable, professional, patient-focused, motivated to get the best outcomes, and just plain pleasant to work with. And I can go on… Highly recommended!

Dr. Kay helped my spouse with his hearing aids .He purchased them there . There was a slight problem with one. Dr. Kay was FANTASTIC, she took her time with us and saw the potential problem. She sent them back to be fixed in a little less than a week the hearing aids came back corrected. She was a very personable Dr. She explained everything to us and made us feel very comfortable. Thumbs up to a knowledge, caring, and personable Dr. The office staff also very helpful and kind. Thank You!

I was looking for a new audiologist for my toddler daughter who wears hearing aids.. I made the appt there was a 3+month wait for the appt and once we arrived there It became apparent that there not pediatric friendly as I said we waited months for appt and the audiologist stated to me and my mother that the testing didn't go well and she wanted me to bring her back. I didn't feel comfortable at all with anything she told me about my daughter totally unprofessional we will NOT be going back.. She spoke to my 3yo for 5mins aided (with her hearing aids in) and told me she didn't think her hearing was as severe as birth to three and several other places said it was... I was not happy... They should stick with adults only NOT pediatrics... I would compare them to Beltone or Miracle Ear and I wouldn't bring a child to either of those places...

The short version is dealing with Easter Seals you will get top grade professionals helping you to work through the complicated process of getting used to hearing aids. I’ve dealt with them for several years and not been let down by them. Hearing aids have in the past ten years gotten new features which greatly improve their usefulness. Along with these big technical changes come technical issues with the improved equipment. Easter Seals is 100% there for you to get whatever needs to be done made right. Do expect to take some time to get used to hearing aids if you are a new user, it can be frustrating like wearing glasses for the first time if you had not needed them before. The rewards are huge. We become more and more isolated when hearing becomes poor. I speak from experiance. It is also frustrating for those around us to have to repeat what they have said over and over. What Easter Seals does not provide is a high pressure sales pitch that never ends. That is good! Thank you Easter Seals!

Have been coming for nearing 15 years for my daughter who has major hearing loss in her left ear. We have always been treated wonderfully and Easter Seals has helped us in amounts that go beyond words. We appreciate all you do. My daughter can hear because of you!!! Thank you & God bless!

Got a call from Easter Seals after I saw an ad on Facebook about a demo trial of Oticon hearing aids. I have really bad Tinnitus and I wanted to see what options there was for relieving some of that ringing. I'm currently on day 2 of my week long adjustment period for Widex Evoke hearing aids and I'm using the Zen program to help teach my brain to disregard the ringing and desensitize me to it. Only took about 4 weeks and 3 visits to get everything done. Dr Annette Burton was extremely helpful and I'd recommend her to anyone who needed some help with their hearing . All of the staff are nice and quite helpful and I even managed to get in an hour early for my fitting appointment.

I went for the first time and I liked it, the therapist was pleasant and in a good mood, the girl who treated my son was also very interested in solving my child's problem.
