    Fully Tapped is a great place to take your personal fitness to the next level. I worked out casually for years doing online programs and going to local gyms, but nothing compares to the progress I’ve experienced in my last year at Fully Tapped. The coaches push you to continually advance your skills, hold you accountable, and foster a community/atmosphere that is welcoming and fun. Highly recommend. Stick to it and you will definitely see results.

    An AMAZING gym experience! I always struggle holding myself accountable or even knowing what to work on when it comes to working out but everyone at Fully Tapped has had my back since day one. Not knowing the workouts was the most intimidating thing at first but when you start with them they go over every move, every step of the way and push you to your full potential. I know if I would have joined any other gym I would have given up by now but the people and the environment at Fully Tapped keep me excited to keep pushing. I see myself here for a long time! I would recommend joining to anyone!

    I've been a member here for a little under a year now and I cannot say enough great things about this gym. I've bounced around other gyms but nothing ever pulled me in like this has. The coaching is top notch and the community that has been created here is nothing short of amazing. Every single person I've interacted with here has been incredibly kind and will not hesitate to help you out. If you're looking for a gym, look no further - this is the place to be.

    This is a great community for any fitness level, from beginner to advanced. FTF is invested in me which makes me want to work harder and invest in them as well and make them proud of my commitment to myself and them. They are always looking to do better by their clients. Particularly, Shelbie Zuelke who trains me 4 days a week. She has become more than a trainer to me. She is very knowledgeable and confident. I had a shoulder surgery and was afraid to work out again and it hasn't bothered me one time since starting at FTF. I can't leave out the owner, Andrey Makhadov who is amazing as well. He looks to make his gym and coaches better every day. Call and schedule a time to check them out. You won't regret it! It can only benefit you.

    Fully Tapped Fitness…I come here to get HUGE bro! Coaches are extremely intelligent and always giving you the advice needed to perfect your performance, great atmosphere and always pushing for your best. Wouldn’t want to work out anywhere else!

    Fully Tapped Fitness is a truly life changing place. It is clean, comfortable, and extremely fun! The coaches are very knowledgeable and the owner is always looking for new ways to improve and challenge members. They have helped me do things I've never thought I'd be able to do. Some of my best friends have come out of this gym and I am grateful for all that this place has given me.

    Hands down best gym around. I came to Fully Tapped after trying out many other gyms in the Waterford area. The first thing that wowed me was the facility. The amount of new, clean & well cared for equipment is unlike any other functional fitness gym around. Second, I immediately felt welcomed & comfortable. We have such an amazing community, we support each other, encourage each other & have a great time working out together. And lastly, and most importantly, the coaching. I have learned so much from each & every coach. Andrey reworked so many of my lifts which also built my strength & confidence. Every day is a different & new challenge & I love coming in and being pushed to my limits. I would recommend FT to anyone of any fitness level.

    What an incredible gym! I highly (highly) recommend trying out a class at Fully Tapped Fitness. The coaches, team and members at FTF have built an incredibly inclusive and motivating culture and I have loved my time working out here! I was a bit nervous before my first class, but from the moment I walked in I felt encouraged, supported and welcomed. The coaches and staff take time to ensure you understand each movement, offer modifications to workouts (so you can still participate even if you can’t do a pull up like me) and push you to give your best effort! If I could give 100 stars I would!

    I am THRILLED to have found a place for a workout that is always focused on making progress for everyone in the most positive environment. Every day I’m encouraged to not only work HARD, but also continuously improve. The trainers are all knowledgeable and ensure every member is doing their best every day. I am a huge fan of the workout cycles that help “new to CrossFit” members like me learn movements, build strength over time safely, and also teach me new exercises to keep things interesting. After about four months at Fully Tapped Fitness so far, I’ve never felt stronger and more aware of my own improvements over time.

    I had wanted to join a gym for quite some time but was too nervous. But all those nerves melted away as soon as I walked through the door! Everyone is so kind and friendly. All the trainers are so helpful and just want to help you achieve your goals. One on one training is so great and the workouts are really tailored for you and what you're trying to achieve. The group classes are well paced and it's always fun working out with others. I would highly recommend this gym to ANYONE! No matter where you are in your fitness journey; fully tapped fitness is the place for you!

    I live in LA, but when I’m home visiting family, this is the gym I like to drop into. The atmosphere is very friendly. Feels very community oriented. The coach, Manny, is super supportive and understanding.. helping with modifications and positive reinforcement. Highly recommend.

    I joined this gym after visiting 3 different times over about a 2.5 month period. The owner greeted me each time and welcomed me back. I finally decided to join and I am glad I did. The workouts are fun and everyone there working out encourages others to do the best they can do. When I visited I was intimidated because I knew I was not going to be able to do everything. However the instructors always helped you by giving you a modification that you could do. If you are injured they also work with you to give you something you can do. The instructors are well trained and are there to help you reach your goals. If you are reading this and are thinking about joining, all I can say is to just come and join the fun. Yes, workouts can be fun.

    I wasn’t new to this style of gym, but I had taken a break from it. I could tell my workouts were getting stagnant and I was ready to go back. That’s when I found Fully Tapped. Everyone was so welcoming from the first day. It’s a great supportive group of members and coaches. It’s been the best programming I’ve been a part of. Perfect for increasing your strength and endurance. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, no matter what your skill level is. There’s always a variation you can do, and a group of people to encourage you.

    Walk in feeling at home and walk out feeling accomplished. The coaches, the people, the atmosphere and the gym are all spectacular! Could not be more happier that I finally made the choice to join. Upset because I didn’t join sooner! Everyone is welcoming and excited that you are there. The coaches are sooo encouraging and supportive during workouts. They push you to be your best possible self. They definitely have sparked a new love for working out. I can’t wait to see where this new fitness journey takes me. I encourage everyone reading this to stop in and see what you are missing.

    I LOVE THIS GYM! If you’re looking for a place to improve your health and fitness, this is where you need to be. The work out programming is awesome and the people are the best, members and staff! Experienced coaches that teach and motivate in a safe environment - and have fun doing it! Don’t waste any more time, come check it out!

    Great gym to be part of. Coaches and members are great to work out with. Gives you the ability to work to your own level and ability. You working through or back from injuries, the coaches will help you with that. Even let you work out on your own, if you aren't up to working in with a class. Get after it, or just get in and move, either way, this is the place to be.

    I started at Fully Tapped Fitness in July of 2022. The coaches here are amazing! They are super knowledgeable and very accommodating to individual workout needs. I have worked out in gyms for along time. The atmosphere and the sense of community/fit family here is what drew me in. Since joining, my fitness has increase tremendously and my motivation to get to the next level has increased as well. I highly suggest stopping in and seeing for yourself.
