    They need to hire more people. The wait time and the quality of the food has gone downhill big time. And randomly closing early because they have no staff is getting more than a little annoying. Why is Burger King right up the street able to keep their place fully staffed and their wait times down?

    Waited 25-30 minutes for our food due to complete lack of supervision and organization. We didn't even order anything complicated, just two $5 fan deals and I asked for my burger without mustard or pickles. When we finally did get our food nearly a half hour later the McChicken was plain with cheese (a regular one was ordered), and my double cheeseburger was just plain only cheese. The poor girl at the front counter did all she could to keep up but it seemed like she was the only one who knew what was going on.

    Very disappointed. First of all we used table service, but nobody cared and let out food waiting on the counter getting cold. Then we missed the mocca frappe to found out they're out of it. Then the replacement drinks took them minutes to prepare to leave it on the counter without announcing. When asked if this was mine, nobody could tell me what it was until they found the staff member who prepared it. The chicken burger was acceptable, the fries hard and cold. I know it's hard to find motivated people to work for you but this doesn't help for me to come back.

    Fries and fish under done bun for burger and fish hard as a rock. This was once one of the best in the capital district but for some reason over the past 1 to 1.5 years the food and service has fallen off ill cross the bridge and eat bk before I eat at this restaurant. At least until things change for the good again.

    There wasn't a menu up to see what they had. Had to place my order on the kiosk since the employee didn't know the menu. Then it took 2 employees to help with the kiosk. Not a very good experience and they think they deserve more than $15/hr. Bad place all around. But it was the only one near me. No more for me ☹️

    The customer service was excellent!very clean and well maintained.food was great and the workers were doing a great job serving everyone.they were very friendly.will be going back to that McDonald's again.i would recommend to my friends and family.its definitely in my top 3 outta all the ones in the captail region.

    The pickles are so thin that you can actually see through them. (You may get lucky and find a second one on your hamburger - but don't count on it). Not enough ketchup, and oh yeah, where's the BEEF ???. I feel like I am paying a lot of money for two pieces of bread. It is sad to see how lame and expensive fast food has become lately !

    Worst McDonald's ever!!!! I can't support this place anymore I tried to give this place a chance again and still the worst, they will literally cuss you out and blame you for the wrong order although it's hilarious to set in the lobby and watch them all yell at each other while the manager clearly doesn't know how to manage or teach his crew how to work together. So people I have warned you so beware.

    Every time I come to this McDonald’s there is always an issue. You have to wait anywhere from 10- 20 minutes to get your food. Even in drive thru it’s terrible. You have a bunch of employees and there shouldn’t be any problems in given food. Back when I worked at McDonald’s we had a time to take the order and give the food. The person whom takes the order doesn’t know how to take the order and take the money. And what’s sad this is the only McDonald’s in our town. You have to go out of your way to go to a different restaurant. I have worked in all areas in the restaurant from employee to shift manager to assistant manager and store manager. It’s sad. Service here sucks big time. Get people that are motivated to work and serve the customers instead of just getting a paycheck.

    Food gets 4 stars, only because it is fast food. But for fast food I love McDonald's. The staff here is always friendly, the whole place is always clean that I can see. Always look forward to ordering from here when I go through waterford.

    This particular trip was not a good one. No sauce for any of the Nuggets orders. The nuggets themselves didn't look good. Clearly the oil needs to be changed. Burgers looked like they were sat on.

    Couple times now have ordered cheeseburger only ketchup and find onions hiding inbetween the patties. Would be nice if you guys could clean up your line and seperate ingredients or pay more attention to orders with special instructions, some people have allergies !
