Fantastic inn with a great location in Waterford! Walking distance to all of the tourist spots, shopping and restaurants. Parking is just a little ways down, behind Waterford Crystal. The innkeeper was so kind and the breakfast rolls were warm and delicious! I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfy room in Waterford!

Were left 15 mins outside the front door on arrival ringing the doorbell again and again, ringing the number on the website again and again, eventually someone answered. Breakfast was terrible, bread and butter or basic cereals only... just poor, for 80 EUR a night.

Stayed three nights for a nearby friends wedding. Ideal central location, walking distance to maim tourist attractions, cafes and coffee shops. Room was comfortable and as shown on website. Tidied daily which I appreciated. Very friendly staff and thoroughly enjoyed chatting with them. Helpful with any queries I had. Would recommend to anyone, good value.

Stayed here on Thursday night and was very happy with the lovely clean spacious and newly decorated room I had. Very central location for all the visitor attractions AND the nightlife. Great value for money, highly recommended! 5 Stars all the way :-)

Andy gave us a great welcome. Very attentive host. The breakfast was great, full Irish was as good as you will get anywhere plus selection of breads buns fruit cereals. Coffee was a proper americano. Lovely dining area. I would highly recommend this guesthouse. It’s in a central location. Parking is not far away and cheap. I arrived Friday evening and parked car in Waterside till Sunday for €3.60. I simply offloaded luggage at the hotel and drove short distance to car park. Overall a great stay. 😀

The location couldn't be better if you want to be near the city centre. The manager (Andy) is an exceptionally nice man as well. We stayed on the top floor and the WiFi was awful - I suspect it's better in other rooms. There's also this odd advertising banner on the top of the TV screen that I couldn't get rid of. Overall great value, clean, quiet and comfortable - I will definitely return.

The hosts are exceptionally nice and helpful. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. You get a lot for a very reasonable rate. Oh and did I mention, the freshest croissants and chocolate croissants for breakfast? I would stay again just for the baked goods. I do suggest choosing a room that does not face the main road as it is rather noisy especially on weekend nights. A white nose machine and a small garbage can in the room would make this B+B five stars!

A very comfortable spaciousness room with all the extras to class it as "luxury" The bed was just so comfortable. The host was really friendly and helpful. As far as I could make out, it is not suitable for anyone who had mobility issues.
