Let's
start
with
the
fact
that
Michelin
stars
primarily
reflect
the
assessment
of
cuisine:
it
encompasses
the
quality
of
ingredients,
the
intricacies
of
preparation,
the
harmonious
blend
of
flavors,
the
chef's
originality,
and
the
presentation
of
dishes.
However,
they
can
also
take
into
account
factors
such
as
the
level
of
service,
wine
selection,
service
quality,
atmosphere,
and
interior.
So,
what
did
the
restaurant
earn
its
star
for?
Perhaps
for
the
ambiance
of
an
old
pub?
Or
for
utterly
ordinary
service?
Maybe
for
extraordinary
dishes?
For
me,
it
was
the
most
disappointing
restaurant
visit.
The
dishes
were
so
mediocre
and
uninspiring
that
I
regretted
spending
our
money.
The
scallops
were
cooked
in
reused
oil,
which
was
very
evident.
The
second
dish
was
just
steamed
fish,
so
bland
that
I
wanted
to
ask
for
Heinz
ketchup
to
add
some
flavor.
It
was
served
on
a
spinach
cushion
that
was
overcooked
and
soggy.
Look
at
the
appearance
of
these
dishes,
is
this
really
Michelin
quality?
My
dessert
tasted
like
a
regular
store-bought
cookie.
What
was
delicious
was
the
ice
cream.
Oh,
I
almost
forgot.
The
complimentary
bread
had
such
a
tough
crust
on
the
dark
bread
(probably
with
flax
seeds
or
something)
that,
despite
my
strong
teeth,
I
was
concerned
about
them.
It's
absurd.
I
wouldn't
recommend
it.
Can
high-quality
food
really
lead
to
indigestion
the
next
morning?
My
husband
and
I
didn't
feel
well.
Ireland
is
a
beautiful
country,
but
if
you
want
to
enjoy
a
delicious
meal,
I
suggest
going
home
and
cooking
or
booking
a
plane
ticket
elsewhere.
