We've dined in and out and the service and wait is ridiculously long, with incorrect order and missing items. Even with a low amount of customers in front of you- your wait time could be 20-30 minutes and food barely warm! There service is unfriendly as well.

This location was just rebuilt and designed to be more modern looking. Though as we walked in, the staff was having a disagreement over who knows what. None of the tables in the lobby were cleaned up or swept as well.the garbage was overflowing. As our food came out, my daughter (7 yr old) said Thank you to the you g lady and got no response or acknowledged. As we sat for about 15 minutes waiting as well. My husband's burgers were cold, and my fries were as well. The staff sounded as if they were having a hard time working together as they continued to argue over who knows. Not a very welcoming environment.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. Absolutely disgusting. Where they prepare the food is disgusting, the area around it is terrible. Trash everywhere. I had to take photos of the tampon in the juice right at the counter, where they hand people their food. This franchise must do better.

This place has gone down hill so BAD. I get it. Everyone is human. But at what point will the workers actually care about their job and want to make sure they’re giving the best customer service!!! I have NOTHING but issues when I stop by to grab food for my kids. Since McDonald’s is their favorite restaurant. They don’t care to listen to you while ordering your food. That’s why orders are getting messed up every time. They’re rude. And it’s a hassle to get them to fix your order.

VERY annoyed. i've been sitting here for 20 mins waiting for 2 breakfasts sandwich's and 2 hashbrowns. i ordered online and drove here which is 7 mins away and i even sat in the parking lot for a few mins to give it time. 2 other cars have drove away because it took forever to get somebody to the speak at the drive thru. definitely ain't gonna be comin to this one again.

Walked in and used the kiosk because I'm anti-social. It was fairly easy to use, sat at one of the glowed tables which was sticky but I didn't really expect different, the workers can't be in 3 places at once. The lady behind the counter brought my food to me, which was unexpected and sweet. I got a crispy chicken sandwich, which had a bit too much pepper, but the shake was amazing, so it makes up for it. All and all were very good and I definitely like this one more than other ones in waterloo.

6/9/2023- Went to Mc Donald’s w my partner- it was 12 am so granted I understand it’s an hour before closing. I pull up- get my first order- I can’t see real well at night so I asked the lady what was in the 2 for 6 meal she told me “whatever is on the screen” “we get a discount because we’re workers- I don’t do the bargain deals” I was a bit taken back by her attitude- I’ve never been to spoken to like that. I asked a simple question and she smoked to me like the scum of her shoe. I asked four 4 ten pieces- the first two no issue but I asked for two more- “so you want 40 nuggets?” in a really nasty tone. I told her never mind and she began to backpedal and say she can do the nuggets but I really no longer wanted to speak to her. I’m young- I work in food service- I understand being stressed and closing - but never ever would I speak to someone the way she spoke to me. You’re a grown woman act like it.

The staff was kind enough to suggest a cinnamon roll over the last blueberry muff8n they say wasn't fresh. Sadly, the microwaved cinnamon roll was barely edible! My worst breakfast heading into a 5-hour drive home.

Typical McDonald's food and usually pleasant staff. We end up here frequently - my 4 year old granddaughter's favorite place 😏. The interior seating area is pretty disgusting - really rundown and in need of a remodel and a good cleaning. Be prepared if you decide to enter!

Hamburger was dry hardly any ketchup or mustard. Bun was dry. I all the McDonald's I have been this is the dirtiest on of all . Tables were not wiped off junk on floor. The grimace shake was the best part

Last few times I've gone for supper the fries have been cooler and not tasted good. We only live a couple blocks away so not a long drive either. Friendly staff and fast to get through drive through in cf on main street.

For the third straight time going through your drive-thru I had to wait longer than I should have for my order to be wrong. I don't know how hard it is to put strawberry jam in the bag when it's requested. Honestly I think you pay employees too much for simple things like this to be constantly screwed up.

Clean and got exacrly what we wanted. Not many healthy options but you don't necessarily go there for healthy! Wasn't a deal breaker it is a fav of my Dad who is 78 so gotta love that! Keep up good work!
