Food was good, the service was great. We had a younger waitress who memorized 3 orders without writing it down, I was very impressed. She was very helpful and everything was right. She definitely deserves a raise!! It was rather unfortunate to overhear another older waitress chewing the younger waitress out for something that seems mynute.

Awful experience. Went on father's day, waited to be seated over 45 minutes, waited. to be addressed another 20, got drinks 10 minutes after, which we ordered coffee and after 25 minutes of waiting she never brought our silverware back. walked out, didn't charge us for coffee just told us that we should have been notifies of a 45 minute wait. people that came after us got served before us also

Took 1 hour 15 minutes to be waited on and get breakfast. Not busy either. Most employees didnt have a clue of what they were suppose to do. My food was not what I ordered. A manager of sorts was walking around checking to see if all was good. He had to have seen the discusted look on my face but never came to see how it was for us. Will not return to this location. In over hearing him talk to other costumers he was there to help improve this location. Well it isn't working sir!

Done going to this IHOP. Wasn't even busy in there, we ordered our food and drinks are the same time since it took 15 minutes to see our waitress. After 35 minutes of waiting we were informed that someone screwed up and our order never made it to the kitchen. No manager there to apologize or anything. We just got up and left never to return.

Only a couple employees were dressed like employees. I told the 'host' we had party of 4. Several minutes later, she walks out and says "he will be with you." Another several minutes, another gal seats us. She ends up being our waitress. Our food took a long time. There were several plates of food sitting on the ledge by the kitchen for several minutes. The restaurant is very run down and needs a good cleaning. You're better off making breakfast at home.

Been there few times before (good food) and had service issues where at least one of the staff would jump in to correct but last Sunday took the tops of " no service" ! 25 mins of waiting, along with others before & after our small group, with no staff to even making eye contact to greet us or put our name on a wait list. Several people kept leaving and when we asked for help we were told 4 times that it wasn't "her section" and we needed to wait for someone else to come help us. Keep in mind there were open tables in the other section! Anyhow, we decided to go elsewhere. As we were leaving, the same waitress who told us 4 times it wasn't her section, decided to run outside to us and say with sarcasm, " well we have a table now but ok bye!!" Needless to say, the rude behavior will have our group going elsewhere in the future.

On Saturday July 29, 2023, our party of 4 walked in to the place at 915AM. Although the place was far from full, and we counted NINE open tables that would have fit us, the host told us it would be a minute before we could sit, and then took parties of two who checked in AFTER us to sit them at the 4 person tables! We finally sit at our table at 925. Waitress did not come back to take our order until 935. At 1025 (50 minutes later), our food finally arrived....none of it was warm. NONE OF IT. We scarfed it anyways, as now we were late for our plan we had at 1030, and she never came back to give us our bill! We had to go stand up at the counter and wait to flag her down so we could finally get out of there. Finally was able to leave the place at 1100. 1 out of 5 would not recommend.

I got the buttermilk chicken with broccoli and macaroni and cheese. The food was great. The service was subpar. They weren't busy and the waitress couldn't seem to care less about our party of 6. I was in town visiting my sister after not seeing her for 5 years and our experience going out to eat here could have been better.

The server was so nice! She really made us feel at home eventhough we arrived later in the evening. The spooky pancakes were fun for the kids, and they even customized them for each kid. Glad they were able to accommodate my picky eaters so easily. We also got a burger and eggs Benedict, and they were good. I wish the food was hot not warm when served; nothing is as good as a toasty eggs Benedict. But it tasted good and, overall, we were happy with our visit. This restaurant was nice and we will visit again. :-)

Hardly anybody in the resturant, and we had to wait over 5 minutes to be seated. They messed up on one person's order so the rest of us were basically done eating by the time he got his food. Hashbrowns were overdone too on 3 of our orders.

It was crowded and the server was fairly new so my experience was not as good as it normally would have been. I have been there often enough to know the food is normally amazing just as it was this time around and the service is typically really great. This was simply a one-off experience this time around.

Waited for an hour for our food and never received anything besides our drinks. There was someone else waiting for their food, longer, then us as well. We had to get up and leave. Have always loved the food but I've never waited for over an hour for my food from here before. Would love to come back, but not if I have to wait over an hour.

My husband and I went to eat with my mom and sister. The waitress seemed nice when taking our order. My husband ordered 2 biscuits with his meal and when she brought out our food they had given him 2 English muffins. He said something to her and she literally looked him in the face and told him those are the biscuits! He made a simple comment about being misleading and she just walked away. Not once through our whole visit did she offer refills or even ask how we're doing. She just seemed mad after the biscuit fiasco and tried to avoid our table. Best part, after getting our receipt, we noticed SHE RANG UP MUFFINS INSTEAD OF BISCUITS!

Went to IHOP today and from the time we sat down til the end was not how service should be there or what it used to be. After being seated there was trash and shumshed food under the table. A short while later my daughter got hurt on the booth as the metal spring was pushing through the fabric. The staff were extremely loud at first and the way the staff were talking to each other should have not been done while every customer in the restaurant could hear them. Both my mother and I asked for extra hashbrowns at the time we placed our order. When the food was brought out to us we still at this point had no silverware. After she brought the last plate out I asked if about my extra hashbrown and she went back and asked them to make another side. After we finished eating I asked the lady to take off the extra hashbrown for my mother as she never got hers and we didn't want to even bother with it at this point. We did have to have the receipt reprinted 3 different times. The fact that there was plenty of staff and maybe 5-6 tables being serviced the over all restaurant was not that clean. They are still passing out the all you can eat pancakes menu and is also advertised on there dry erase board but no longer have that as an option. The lady that was our server was very respectful and I appreciate that but the service and staff was just unacceptable, it would have been more understanding if they were busy, but this was not case today.

We had to wait about 15 minutes before we were seated. They were not busy at all. Everyone kept walking by us. We were about to leave when they finally came over to seat us. As we were sitting at our table, we counted 3 other groups come in, wait, and then leave.

Great breakfast food, reasonably priced along with good "wait"/ress service! They also have frequent specials, making it attractive to go often.

Went at about 4pm on a Sunday, only one other table in the place. Service was not of any issues, which you would expect for it being basically empty. The food arrived hot, fresh, and as ordered. No complaints there. The main thing for me was overall cleanliness and tidyness. To have no one in the place, there was a lot more leaning than cleaning going on. Boxes just put on service counters, sticky floors in spots, general restaurant things....but most of the staff just hanging out. Again, the food was fine and the service perfect (expected) but cleanliness and attention to detail should be higher at that volume.

Stopped in there tonight on our way back. Everything we had was great. The waffles were nice and fluffy. The waitress was very pleasant. I even met the manager on her way around the restaurant. Funny I don't remember my server but I remember the manager was Chelsea I think. Great job

Greeter seemed unsure of how to do his job. He never took a name for our party to be on the wait list, While we were waiting, I overheard wait/kitchen staff say, "Does this guy have a name? Hey, do you know his name?" So I'm not sure if he was new or they just don't take time to get to know their coworkers' names. Seemed to be short staffed, our waiter got us things when we asked for them, but I feel like she should've been asking us about refills or if everything was okay or apologizing about the wait and we waited 45-50 minutes for our food, which were all egg dishes or pancakes. The restaurant atmosphere itself seemed dirty, rundown and not well taken care of.

I feel like I'm going to love the food every time but then it's just good. The service was just average but I'm going to go back like I always do.

Didn't get food. We walked out after two and a half hours. 5 tables got there food before us and we were there an hour before any of them. And we still had no food so we walked out.

Lack of communication only to sit you down. They don’t come around asking if you need anything they manger looked at my daughter so many times with her arm up for some orange juice. They hash browns are cooked in the top that’s it. Just bad customer service all around the dishwasher been helping use more then the server.

I was here for breakfast and my friend and I ordered very basic breakfast plates, so I can't comment on any of the fancy stuff. What I did get was excellent - fluffy eggs, sausage with a bit of spice, crispy hash browns that weren't greasy, and very good pancakes. My friend's experience was similar. Writing this makes me want to go back right now 😉

Walked in and the staff had inappropriate rap music playing, wasn't paying any attention to customers. No management was in the establishment all young aged workers that were very rude. We ended up leaving this was on a Tuesday and didn't have hamburger buns so besides the BAD service and couldn't get a hamburger because the lack of buns we left. Will NOT be going back!!
