The dirtiest gym I have ever been to. From now on, I will write about every dirty Planet Fitness gym. 1. A lot of dust. It is everywhere - on simulators, on the floor, especially in the corners there are large piles of garbage. How can you work in such dust? 2. Toilets and urinals have not been washed for a very long time. They even got mold. 3. There is no soap in the toilet, no paper to wipe your hands (although the paper box is hanging, but it is empty).

This place is cool. They have more than enough machines. I like the different rooms they have for stretching, 30 minute workout, etc. The locker rooms are nice. The staff are polite, keep the place clean and they make me feel welcome. There are always paper towels and sanitizer for cleaning machines when you are done using them. The price is right, so I have zero complaints!

This place has decent prices for a gym membership and offers all the weights and machines you want. The price means it can get crowded and you still find gym Bros. It's not a bad location if you want a gym to go to.

It works well, maybe not for everyone depending on what your fitness goals are, but there's something for every part of your body from free weights to machines minus the barbell and preacher curl little creativity is needed. The hours make it accessible, the staff are helpful, and the environment is cool. Although they could have a more broad channel selection, I'm not a fan of Fox news.

Perfect location. Directly off the interstate . The associates there are friendly and very helpful. I was shown all the equipment and told how they work. It has been a while since I have been in a gym so that was a plus. They have everything here that you could possibly need to get a good workout. This is my go to Gym. Today was day one of the new healthier me. Gonna rock 2024

Been with them couple years now. They have a good variety of equipment, tanning and I love the massage beds! Affordably priced.

Mens locker rooms are indefinitely closed due to black mold according to one employee. Now their construction crews are in there leaving their ladders and equiptment all over the floor blocking equiptment and leaving trip hazards

Worse than a high interest credit card! They charge $49 for an annual fee?! Screw that!! So planet fitness "owner" so what does the monthly fees and "other charges " go to? Daily profits??

I travel to Waterloo from my home city often. I upgraded my membership at PF so I could train here as well. The place is always immaculately clean. The Tanning Beds are state of the art and the bulbs are changed often so your always getting what you pay for. On top of all that the staff is courteous, well informed and go out of there way to help you in any way they can. Sometimes you get more then what you pay for in life and from this ex Bodybuilders experience Planet Fitness over delivers on your expectations

The place is always clean they have filtered water there, the person behind the desk is very courteous and nice and it's always nice and quiet

The staff is very friendly. Really feels like a judgment free place. All kinds of cool equipment to use+hydro massage machines,tanning beds its a one stop shop very clean very affordable awsome place to invest my time and health to.

Seems like Im ready to hit back the gym. It's been a while. It's one of the best out there.

Very clean , coming from planet fitness South Africa, everything at first was nice, the service and equipments , couldn't ask for more !!

When they are supposed to be “open” in the morning they are always very late. One time almost two hours late. Right now i am in the parking lot waiting. Morning people need to get there stuff together. However evening people are amazing and the equipment is very clean and well taken care of.
