From start to finish my experience has been perfect. I visited 5 orthodontists before deciding on this one. During my consultation they offered me multiple options for braces, at a range of costs, and multiple payment options. I was immediately impressed by the effort they put into my satisfaction before I was even a patient. During my treatment, I never had to wait for my appointment, every member of the staff was friendly and empathetic towards the needs of the patients. They always made sure I was comfortable. They keep up with the latest technology which made my experience with braces even easier. I was able to do the lingual braces, which I loved. No one knew I had braces unless I told them. Their rewards program, community outreach programs, and patient appreciation programs are fantastic. They have multiple locations and are flexible with where the patients go, which was so helpful to me. I would recommend this orthodontist to anyone, any age.

Professional, friendly always accommodating, ensuring that their patients are completely satisfied...... I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my treatment. They make you feel completely comfortable from the very first day of your evaluation and through your treatment. Dr. "Jeff" and his staff make a great team, from the front desk to the treatment area! Our daugher Lauren has a had a great experience at Dr. McDermott's office. From the very first visit we made she felt relaxed and welcome. The entire staff takes the time to make you feel important. You are not just another patient that they try to get in and out of the office to make room for the next patient, you are part of their family. I have recommended the office to anyone I hear mention that they may need braces in the future.

Dr. McDermott and his staff go above and beyond to make getting braces as much fun as possible. Not to mention, there is very little pain involved:) My daughter's teeth were changing within the first 48 hours of getting her braces and now that they have been removed she has a beautiful smile again! I got my braces off today! My ortho work was done at this practice and it was a great experience. I had "lingual brackets", meaning braces on the inside of my teeth instead of the outside - I had never even heard of this type of treatment before talking to them. I was amazed by how many different types of treatment they offer, and how much technology they involve now. I love my smile, and still can't believe it was achieved with braces that didn't even show. I even had a family member say to me today "You had braces?" when I said I just got them off. :D On another note, the people working at this ortho practice are a lot of fun. I always looked forward to my chats with the doctor at my appointments - the doctors there are really down-to-earth and interesting to talk to. I felt like we had a friendship rather than a doctor-patient relationship. And the clinic staff are always super friendly and fun as well. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for ortho treatment in the area. FYI - They have 6 offices in various cities around the greater St. Louis area, if Waterloo isn't close for you.

The whole team at Bankhead Orthodontics are always professional, but are also always very personable and show they truly care about the people just as much as they do about fixing smiles. I can't thank Dr. Jeff enough for all that he did for me and I would recommend anyone that needs their smile tuned up to hurry up and met with him, you won't be disappointed.
