Waited for a half hour after I was told it was on the way, Called the store and they said it was just leaving then.was almost an hóur and half after the order was placed. Cancelled the order. Liv e about 5min from La port store.

Watched a lady come In after me state she had a pick up of wings. Gal proceeded to tell her a small wait. Watched her sauce her wings and shake to coat evenly. Cool,awesome! I've been waiting on just a lil 8 peice to finish my big box . Do I get the even treatment? He'll no a gloppy on the corner in the tin . Not gonna say race played a part but I truly beg to differ. Food is great every time we go there. The other day the messed up my roommate's pizza when we went to pick it up, but they caught it and immediately made a fresh one as well as offered an extra item for the wait. I really appreciate the staff at this location as they always go above and beyond lately. I've had maybe 2 bad times here but that was almost a year ago, they definitely have gotten 110% better the past few months. Thank y'all.

The pizzas had a lot of oil, more than adequate, but in general terms they were good, the service is a little poor in the place!

I am changing my ratings to five stars. They are getting better at making everything more consistent a lot of food is and the time they say they're going to deliver it and bringing everything. About the only complaint I would have is on their melts they are not consistent on how much meat they give I get the meat lovers sometimes it's a good portion sometimes it's not very much meat. Overall I am very satisfied with Pizza Hut on the Port road and their employees.

This location is the absolute worst! They can't even simply cut pizza correctly. They don't score it to avoid bubbles in the dough. They forget sauce for breadsticks regularly. Orders even on slow nights have taken hours to receive. I always tip well and I never complain, but I've had it up to here with them. I hate this location!! I have problems with them all the dang time!!

"Mermaid" treats certain staff badly compared to others, expects them to do all of the work while she sits around and smokes cigarettes and talks on the phone. Will never do business with a place that can't treat ALL staff and customers with respect.

Absolute worst experience I ever dealt with in my life. I will never order from this place ever again, My mother told me to place an order for her over the phone for Barbecue boneless chicken and buffalo chicken, and they gave her all buffalo. Now why would we want all buffalo chicken it’s extremely hot. I’m sure that’s probably all they had left because it was late and they didnt feel like making anymore, Once we called back, someone named Shane answer the phone and told my mom that her order was right and that’s what she ordered. My mother was calmly telling him that this was not her order, and its not what I placed, Shane was extremely rude telling my mother that he don’t have time for this and refused to replace her order.

We stopped going to PH as last few times have been not good at all, we decided to give it a try tonight it was great, crust was cooked to perfection. Well done PH
