Whenever I come back to Belgium, this is The Stop. Staff is extremely friendly and will help you, no matter what! Breakfast bar offers a large variety of cold and warm breakfast goodies. The Lady in charge is a real busy bee and makes sure everything is clean and people are satisfied. I always travel with my dog and he's always welcome there by the staff. The best Ibis I have ever went to! BRAVO!

Smooth check in, nice helpful staff, comfortable beds. Parking was right behind the building so it was very convenient and free. Its a good choice for those who wont be spending too much time at the hotel. Ideal for an overnight stop to rest. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel and a large Carrefour for grocery shopping.

Stayed for a Waterloo Battlefield Study tour. Basic but good hotel that offers what you need without the frills. Service was friendly and breakfast excellent.

Hotel personnel welcoming. However, rooms are very noisy. It sounds like the person next door is in your room. In addition, my neighbor for the night was smoking, and I could smell cigarettes during hours. I informed the reception desk, but no solution could be found (it was already midnight). Breakfast is decent. Overall, I don't recommend this place, especially if you need to rest during a business trip. There are other options around which are more comfortable for the same price (or at least not much more).

It was really bad service we Got in from a Long ride and was ready for some rest we even Paid before we Got there we paid 250 euro for 2 Rooms and when we Got there they Said they didnt get our booking and we shower Them proof we paid for the rooms and then they kicked us out so for everyone going there try something Else since they May do the same to you

Really nice hotel and good breakfast. If you want to go to brussels, though, it is a 30 min bus from the center. Nevertheless it is located in a really nice place (close to food and to the bus station)

Nice clean and tidy hotel. Beds a wee bit uncomfortable but adequate. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Didn't try any of the food so can't comment

Stayed 1 night, checkin was quick, efficient and friendly. Room is basic and small but clean and well equipped. Breakfast was good, nice to have fresh orange juice. Free prarking at the back.

Well sized rooms to a nice specification. Bar and dining area modest but nice. Reception staff super helpful but kitchen closed earlier after boasting 24/7 service so that was disappointing, and kitchen staff were slightly rude about it but not the end of the world. Ironically food we had from the previous day was actually really nice and well price. Recommend the pizza for sure Location itself is well placed if you have a car with plenty of parking and short drives to the local train stations and amenities

Very bad experience in this hotel. The room had nauseating odour of sewage coming from the bathroom. When I complained they just told me to open the window because they didn't have more rooms available. I show them how it was smelling and how dirty the bathroom was, and they just put some chemical products in the shower and wc. Not recommended at all.

Staff were happy to help and friendly, but the hotel was tired and dated in places. They still have smoking permitted in some rooms, so this permeates throughout the building - not pleasant. Chair was broken in our room, flooring was begin to buckle where water has been leaking from the velux window. We had a family room, top floor. Lots of noise outside from the car park late at night - there is a busy restaurant meaning lots of people leaving with a few too many drinks in them. Breakfast was good however - though no-one checked whether it has been paid for or not. I could have saved myself a small fortune!! So, not great, unfortunately.

I had a great stay at the Hotel Ibis- Really only because of the night receptionist- Naomi (who is simply amazing and I have never experienced such a great service from a hotel; and coming from Las Vegas I am used to the hospitality sector)- anyways Naomi helped in every way she could; and because of her we stayed with Hotel Ibis much longer than expected. And I plan on returning. Thank you Naomi, we appreciate your great help and everything you did, without expecting anything in return!! Thanks again, Michael & Pascale

They gave us dirty rooms 2 times then we have waited too long time. Just one personal is in the reception and he couldnt do anything unfortunately so long. Taken another persons before us again and again. It was just a room not hard.

Great sized rooms and fantt shower. There's a bar and restaurant on site and the centre is walkable, as is the battlefield of Waterloo you're fit. TV channels from multiple countries. Only thing lacking was a kettle in the room.
