I know dr.YiYi for several years now and I can only say good things about the service and experience. Treatment is always professional. Initial consultation thorough and in-depth. She treated my persistent lower back with great success. Treatment never felt rushed, she takes time and cares for her patients. Absolutely horrible. I was visiting town for the summer so I couldn’t see my regular acupuncturist. The consultation included 50 minutes of her continuously talking about what my issues were and what needed to be fix, rather than actually listening to my concerns. My concerns were completely disregarded. Even worse, she kept checking her watch for text messages and her cellphone was ring during the consultation. Completely unprofessional. She kept pushing her tea herbal medicine as a form of treatment. I came for acupuncture treatment, but ended up leaving after our consultation as I was so upset. The visit was an absolute waste of time.

She has helped many of my family members overcome pains they have been suffering for years. From sciatic, scoliosis, neck pain and general well-being. The place is welcoming and I see everybody puts their best to take care of each patients.

Very glad to find such a great TCM practitioner and definitely one of the best acupuncturist in KW and Toronto areas! Her herbal tea treatments have helped my health issues, and the acupuncture treatments is now helping my husband's back pain. Dr. Wang is very friendly and full of positive energy. Increased performance, well being, and relief from pain. I’m a talk, lanky, athletic person who has suffered from back issues, cramps, and nerve pain for years. I relied on chiropractor and sports medicine for years, but certain pains never healed completely. Though acupuncture can feel strange and painful, I felt huge relief only minutes after my first treatment. YiYi was so thorough in her consultation, and I learned a lot about how to think about my circulation, vital organs, and diet. I implemented her suggested changes and have felt increasingly better since.

Brought my mom there for some pain relief but she didn't feel any relief and actually caused her more pain from needles and cupping caused her pain inflammation on her left arm. The place is unsanitary. They reused blankets!!! They didn't sanitize her cups after using it on her but placed it back on the table for their next clients. I can only imagine they did that with the previous patients. The room had no air circulations and no air purifier. They used fire/cotton swabs to heat the cups and my mask at the end was black!!! Can't be good for the lungs. They are unprofessional... their cuppings were not even the same. As if they got cheap and used whatever they could find. Yiyi ignored my mom's pin pains for the acupuncture. So she was in pian with the needles the whole time dispitemy mom telling her it hurt. My partner gets acupunctures done all the time and she said its only supposed to Hurt in the beginning. And that if it continues to hurt the Dr. Was suppose to make adjustments but she just kept telling my mom don't worry... Just a horrible experience... I have no idea how they receive so high ratings. Lucky they refunded %60 back but for what it's worth wish they refunded the full amount. Very disappointed.

I had some issue with my neck for 3-4 months. I could not use a pillow as it felt my my neck was strained. Sleeping on the side without a pillow caused more issues. I took 2 sessions with DR.Yiyi and my neck is back to normal! Highly recommend this place!

Yiyi has some extremely beneficial insight for anyone experiencing health issues. I got booked in urgently last minute for treatment on my back pain and I was feeling great afterwards. I returned a week later for a more in depth consultation, and we went through what was wrong and the solutions I could take - both solutions the clinic could provide/help with, and solutions I could do on my own.

YiYi is the best!! I could hardly lift my arms before I started seeing her, now they feel great and move freely. She will fix just about anything that ails you! I still see her for maintenance and I feel fantastic. She knows exactly what she is talking about.

I have been going to YiYi wellness clinic for a few months for my back pain. I have had on going back pain for several years!
