I would give it less if I could. The staff at the front desk was delightful. The nurse and the barbie doctor, not so much. Rushed me through the whole visit, did not wait for my answers, was covid and strep were negative told me to go get over the counter medicine. If I thought over the counter medicine was enough I wouldn't be here in the first place. Never coming back. My insurance was charged $240 her to tell me to get over the counter medicine. Oh and, I still feel like death.

Terrible. My daughter is a college student, living in the area. She went in to be seen, but had misplaced her insurance card. She had a picture of it front and back, and they refused to see her because she didn't have the plastic card to scan. She asked if she could email it and they could scan it that way, and they refused. I would never go there. Awful how they treat people who are sick, and in need.

I am shocked reading all of these negative reviews. I have been coming to this urgent care for several years, and have always had a great experience. Office has always been clean, staff has always been polite and respectful. Yes most days there is a longer than I like wait time but why can't people just be patient I will be continue to use this facility .

Don't bother coming here. You could get in and out of the ER faster then getting in, and Watertowns ER is known for a long wait time. They'll tell you it might be an hour wait, but what they mean is 3-4 hours. If you ask about your status, they'll tell you you are up next but you'll see them call in several other patients. It's insanely disrespectful and you can tell they are more concerned about getting money from over booking. Doctor/nurses are pleasant but it's not worth the wait.

Interesting experience. It has incredibly nice workers, but I don’t advise going to Watertown urgent care unless you are willing to wait a very long time to be seen

Absolutely useless! I called and asked can you do a school physical? They answered, Yes but you have to pay out of pocket because we won't charge your insurance. Then I drive all the way here and they say, No I can't do a school physical, it is to far in depth. IT IS A STANDARD SCHOOL PHYSICAL! Absolutely useless, do not recommend wasting your time or energy with this place!

While I found the nurse and the PA I saw very kind, I called back to ask for something because the rx I got wasn’t helping, and even though all I did was ask for some steroids so I could try to avoid a trip to the ER, my concerns were completely dismissed by a PA who wouldn’t even talk to me or reconsider it. And the nurse, who was also very nice, told me she doesn’t think they’d reconsider because they aren’t a pain clinic. “If she’s in as much pain as she says, she should go to the ER.” Yeah, thank you so much. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Definitely come here , my regular dr and carthage urgent care not do good- had to come to watertown to feel better! Way to go guys :)

Very, very, very slow.... I was supposed to get my prescription sent to Walgreens 30 mins ago and they are slacking... the lady tried to blame Walgreens system when I asked for the time stamp of the prescription that was sent over and clearly was sent as we spoke and Walgreens finally got in within seconds. See how that works? Go to Drum if you can make it.

You wait 3 hours to be seen. The male doctor is really nice and knows what he’s doing. when you try to contact them to make their payment they don’t answer the phones

Watertown Urgent Care is the only place to go ! They are quick and courteous and always help you out when you are sick i have been going there for 15+ years. The wait is usually fast just google them and follow their chart on the busy hours and the real time gauge and you wont go wrong❤️

I always go here. They are fairly quick to get people in and out so there’s not a long wait usually. The medical team has a great bedside manner.

It is not the Ritz, it's not a glorious looking building inside or out but the staff care and work hard and will help you to the best of their ability. I was seen there for an illness that is still not identified even 3 months after first set of tests were run. These people helped me rule out so many illnesses and offered real help when I was terrified and sick as heck.

This place is absolutely ridicules. I have had an on going billing issue. They have talked to my insurance in a three way call and refused to fix the problem that way. DO NOT USE THEM . at least the other urgent cares care about there people

So, far I am not impressed. I arrived to a door after hopping through the parking lot to get to the door. To this room with a wheel chair. The lift with a sign "only for disabled" stuck in the air. The button on the wall didn't work. So I hoped step one to the the assit button that was ignored. Uhm...Like seriously! Then step two. Going to step three got assistance. Get in the door to the xray place and sit to get up and fall.. approx 10 seconds before I hear the intakes feet next to me and was up before "you need 😣 help." Then i am in the chair.. are you ok? Actually, no but if i open my mouth and speak its gonna turn this already +/- in to a -/-Not an offer to prop my foot up. The Clients, so far in my opinion are worth . Minimalist

I went there for intense ear pain, was told it would be 2 hours, 3 hours later, they said at least another hour. Avoid at all costs.

Went there for an inner ear problem. PA came in and as soon as he came in the room, he said, you probably need to see an audiologist, without even looking in my ear. Finally he took the ear instrument and quickly put it in my ear for 1/2 second and told me there was nothing wrong with my ear. Went to my own dr and was told I had fluid in my ear. The most unprofessional medical person I’ve ever encountered! Will never go there again.

Do not go here. I brought my wife here with possible bronchitis and an ear infection. The young male doctor said she was perfectly fine and then that was it. We then saw our primary the next day and she has not one but both, ear infection and bronchitis. Worst ever. Unprofessional nurses and doctors.

It was quick. I was there to get a COVID test. It took about 15 minutes from beginning to end. I over heard that it was about a 2 hour wait to be seen if you were there for something else

Walk-ins Welcome, my a$$! Show up to be seen at 3:55 pm Thursday 07/20. Doors locked. Finally locate a sign saying they will be closing at 4 on this day. Returning to normal after. I was prepared for a wait as I was a walk in, but, thanks for nothing. I will NEVER try again!

I had to get some lab work done, and the staff are awesome, very pleasant, professional, and caring. I would highly recommend Watertown Urgent Care to anyone.
