The Towne Center at Watertown has a couple big name businesses. I recommend checking the businesses out even if you don’t buy anything. It’s a pretty nice spot to look at and hang out with friends and family. It’s a place you must stop if you live in or around the Watertown, New York area. Very large tourist attraction. Tourists and residents are attracted to this attraction like some kind of magnet. Do yourself and your family a favor and check out the Towne Center at Watertown located in Watertown, New York.

This location is not what it use to be. Very disorganized, clothes and items strewn all over. Zero team members ask "can I help you find something" or any other greeting. Other than the few I use to work with, no associates even speak and they act bothered if you ask for help. Barb in the pharmacy is phenomenal! Barb is always willing to help!

Help wife with electric cart as she has a cast . Very helpful employee too

Why doesn't Walmart sell the same cat food dishes in Canada? Only available in US stores.

Oh my gawwddd.... you want the best French toast ever, one place to go and it's served up stacked high with fresh berries and lots of other options!

Always a good experience at Kohl's. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Customer Service is efficient and you are in and out. No waiting.

Lots of easy parking. Easily accessible.

A center that houses numerous stores like Target, Verizon, kohl’s, Panera Bread and other retailers.

Overrated. Everyone loves to visit Target. The traffic is almost always busy busy 9 to 5. The roads are in rough shape, but it does not take away from the stores!

Visited Target. Very clean store, well organized, nice sales, and CASHIERS. An added bonus of discount if you use their card.

Good mall to shop for tall kids.

Supposed to be a big clearance sale, racks had coats for winter that said sale price but the coats still had regular prices. We love Kohl's but hubby and I both left with nothing after hunting for an hour.

Petco is my go-to location for my pet supplies in the area.

You can do a lot of shopping in this little area. Ulta, old navy, and Petco in one building. Panera, super cuts, Sally's beauty, game stop, 5 below, and sweet frog in another. Along with target and Kohls right in the same area. (I think there is a Verizon store also but not sure if it's currently open or not).

Ample stores. Good variety of shops.

It was ok, needed help with my phone at Verizon and then went to the pet store for supplies

Purchase king bed and frame. When husband went to pick up bed they sold my frame and I already paid for it. It was on hold. Awful! I hope they make good for us having to return to the store.

Love the Ulta store in this mall. Staff there went out of their way to find a product that was difficult to get outside of the area. Thank you ladies!
