As a small business owner myself, I'm not one to leave bad reviews. I could be dissatisfied with product but if I'm treated really well, I'll always give you another try. Not the case here. My husband and I made our first visit here yesterday (Monday). It must have been close to closing time, a little after 5. The woman behind the counter was incredibly rude to us and so obviously annoyed we had come in. She did not want to acknowledge us, period. My husband asked if she was still making food and she smugly answered...depends. I am so unimpressed with this place. With the state of the economy, you should be happy you have a business with customers coming in, especially with all the competition in Waterville. If you are the owner, shame on you! If not, I hope the owner sees this. We ended up getting something pre made to go. Food was okay but I'll NEVER be back. I've never felt more unwelcome anywhere.

We stopped in here and got a sandwich, soup, salad, cookies, cheesecake bites and, of course, we tried the cannoli. I was very disappointed in the quality of the baked goods particularly. Would definitely not recommend the cannoli or the cheesecake bites. The Broccoli Cheddar soup was pretty good. Service was friendly but wasn’t very quick.

Friendly staff in a cheerful atmosphere. But when you bite into that cannoli you'll know you are in the right place. Just superb, not too sweet, variety of flavors (or traditional for folks like me who want their flavors or pure). Lots of other good stuff too, cheesecake brownies, lasagna, cookies.

We ALL love Holy Cannoli because the baker makes gluten free desserts that are sooooo delicious. Everything item, including the food that you purchase here is DELICIOUS!! THANK YOU!! 💕❤️

Really like this place- we make a pit stop most times we come through Waterville, I just wish the cannoli were filled fresh every time, which has been my experience at most other bakeries that offer them. Having them from the case makes for a bit softer of a shell than I prefer, but I do love that they offer two size options and the flavors are good. Tried a macaroon on our last visit and it was delish!! People are very friendly as well. It’s worth a visit.

Met a friend for lunch and shared the chicken and cranberry wrap, which was the special for the day. Good food and convenient place to meet. The cheesecakes are yummy. Love their cookies.

It will be hard to pass by Waterville now without stopping here! NY style cheesecake made right with mouthwatering creaminess of ricotta cheese. Food menu is rich and well worth every cent. And the cannolis are definitely the core reason for going!

They're food is really good, they have a wide variety of sweets and beverages. They also make sure to tell you if some things have a lot of glucose in them and it's greatly appreciated! I definitely recommend this place and they're amazing Cannoli's♡

Love their custom cakes! This is my second year ordering for my partner’s birthday- both times the Holy Cannoli team made awesome cakes in taste and look!! If you have a vague idea of what you’d like, they’re super creative and amazing to work with! :)

Very tasty shop. They had an array of mouthwatering desserts. It was hard only picking a couple.

First time visiting with my Mom. 4 counters of tasty delicious treats to pick from and their pasta meals are soo yummy too!!

I've been in twice. Both times it was an hour before closing and both times the lady behind the counter was very clearly annoyed that I was there. I was friendly, efficient with ordering, and had a very easy order. She was rude and unkind to both me and my husband. The man behind the counter seemed to notice the discomfort and offered some friendliness. I'm not sure if she's the owner or not, but both times I've been in it was apparent that she thought it was incredibly inconvenient that I order a pre-made baked good. The food was good, but the customer service was very rude both times. I would recommend stopping elsewhere for better service.

Holy YUM! I got the BullsEye cheesecake and WOAH is it good! If you're a peanutbutter and chocolate lover, this is your calling haha. Its sweetened perfectly! So are the Kahlua Cannolis my brother got! Very light and fresh tasting 🤤 textures are both perfect, filling is not gritty from sugar what so ever, its like biting into a cloud of deliciousness. Not bland at all, and not overwhelming! So far, best bakery in waterville😌😌😌😌

Had a friend suggestion the lobster tail. They said it was soft, flacky, not overly sweet. But when I went there it was rubbery, hard, really sweet. Save your money.

It's not a place we would make a special trip back to. The canolies were very hard (are they supposed to be?), strawberry turnover was much better, the peanut butter and chocolate bar was good, my wife really enjoyed the macaroon.

The coconut macaroons! OMG! Did I just die and go to heaven?! Unbelievable macaroons! The absolute best macaroons I've ever had and I've had a lot. A friend had these and gave me one. OMG!!! I am driving up there tomorrow to buy as many as I possibly can! Absolutely delicious!

Friendly staff, delicious food, and of course heavenly cannolis! Holy Cannoli is a first choice anytime I'm looking for a tasty lunch, or a scrumptious pastry that I can't find elsewhere. The apple pie cheesecake is excellent, as well as the lobster tails. Don't shy away from the moderately high prices, because the items behind the prices are worth every penny, and maybe even a few more. Recently ordered two sandwich platters for my baby shower, and there was hardly a crumb left between both of them.

Like my wife says... Holy Mackerel! She loves this bakery. The cheesecake was huge and tasty!

Finally visited yesterday, while in Waterville. Extremely disappointed in everything we bought. The eggplant parmesan sandwich was horrible, the meatball parmesan sandwich was tasteless, and absolutely the worst canolli. Very sad that they are an ItaItalian bakery.

Horrible service imo. I called and asked if they had soup was told "yes". Drive all the way there and it's cold. She was nice and asked me if I'd like it microwaved. To me it kind of defeats the purpose.

Omg! Best treats ever. Going back no doubt. They had something for everyone and super patient with each of my kids picking out what they wanted

So the one time I thought to try the place out, I am sitting at a table and hear someone screaming and swearing in the back. The clerk looked absolutely mollified. Sounds like the owner has a really bad temper and a severe lack of professionalism and decorum. I'd really hate to work for them.

I live in MA but I planned my last trip to Maine with a visit to Holy Cannoli in mind. The service was excellent and their cheesecake.....THE. BEST. I keep thinking I should try a cannoli. Maybe next time. :)

Way to expensive, 8 mini cannolis for over $30, 😬I am now learning how to make them. Not worth the price... The atmosphere is great and the service is nice and welcoming. There wasn't a price sign, and I assumed. Which I probably shouldn't have...then again that's just outrageous 🤗🤪 I was like holllllly cannolisssss 💸💸

I've been dying for pastries since I left Idaho, I'm so glad to finally find a cafe with real pastry that tastes phenomenal and not just pumped full of sugar. We got a few things ranging from an apple turnover, to canoli, to strawberry Danish and a berry bar. Each item was 10/10

If you're in Waterville you MUST go here. More than just their pastries, their sandwiches are to die for. Haven't had anything this good since I lived in CT and ate at the Italian delis in the south end.
