Best pizza in town! And they are a local supporter of the PAL football program. So glad this place is still running after so many successful years.

This place is amazing! The staff was beyond friendly and courteous. The place was spotless and the pizza is the best I have had anywhere in a very long time. The party pizza is huge and delicious my family loves their crust. We ordered and received our food in 20 minutes. I can't say enough good things about this place, we will definitely be back!

Why bothering to offer delivery service if you can't handle the process. Every time I have called over the last few months and asked for delivery they have told me " sorry we are done for the day." It's only 5:30 and I got the same line tonight.. I'm done, there other places who will deliver.

I have yet to find a pizza I didn’t like, but the Buffalo Chicken pizza grossed me out. The dough, sauce and cheese were great but why are they using cubed chicken? Have they even tasted it? Take a lesson from Cappzas and use either shredded chicken or remove the pizza from the menu entirely. I plan to stop in the future as I hear their cheese pizza is a lot better.

Very disappointed in our recent order! This was not like Sonny’s usual pizza. Seriously lacking in cheese!! Just see the pics. When we picked it up I saw several pizzas going in the oven loaded with cheese, as they usually are, but ours was dry, very scant on the cheese, not even close to the edges. Just not good. We had to doctor it up at home with more cheese & reheat it. That’s unacceptable! I called & told them I was unhappy & was told “oh well maybe it’s just the oven & we have to pop bubbles if they form which causes cheese to slide off.“ Really??! Does this look like that’s the case? Or perhaps it’s just that it didn’t have enough cheese? Great customer service!! :( The pizza sucked. Period. My guess is they skimp on cheese if u order the family deals. That’s what we got, a mega deal or something. NOT a mega deal!! I’d suggest not ordering a family meal deal as you’ll get subpar pizza, and apparently you’re stuck with it as they do not offer to remake it. So be prepared to fix it yourself at home. Unacceptable. Honestly one of the worst pizzas I’ve had in a long time.

Pizzas are undercooked, lacking in toppings and way over priced! The place looks very rundown, and you can’t even tell if they’re ever open half the time cause the signs always off.

Went to Sonny’s today for lunch. I had a terrible Italian. The bread was so dry that it fell all apart and even split in half. The lettuce was brown. I will not go back!!!!

Sonny's always has great food it is one of the recommended stops in Fairfield. Whether you take out or dine in. The best idea is to call in your order.

Ordered a Big Mac pizza and some Italians, one was ham and salami, one just ham. Was charged double meat for the sandwich, only got 1 slice of ham and no salami. The Big Mac pizza comes with tomatoes on it, even though there’s none on a Big Mac. I paid 60$ for this large “Big Mac” pizza, a small cheese pizza and 2 Italians. When we called to discuss the mistakes on the order, the employee said they have tomatoes on their Big Mac pizza and they don’t know what else to say and hung up. I will never spend another dollar here and I implore everyone else to stay away. Very below average food and ridiculous prices and the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time

Great food, simple, quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Dining area was clean, but was showing signs of aging. Won't stop me from coming back again, and again, and again!

This used to be one of my favorite pizza spots in Fairfield, but it went downhill a few years ago. I keep stopping in about once a year hoping it is back to the old quality but it still isn't. Went in tonight and got a large combination pizza and asked to add two extra toppings, as well as an all meat calzone with no ham. Got the items home and the pizza was missing one of the extra toppings (which were almost $4 a topping) and one of the main ingredients on the combination was also missing (mushrooms). Then the calzone was mostly ham, almost like they added extra for some reason. Then of course the quality just wasn't good either. The pizza was burnt (it was a thin crust), and the calzone lacked any flavor and was mostly empty pockets of dough with some ham in the middle. There also was no sauce, which the website also has listed. So none of us were impressed tonight. I tried calling just to let someone know, but no one answered the phone when I called back. Hopefully other peoples dinners were better from here tonight and it was only us.

Had just gotten a Hot steak and cheese and asked for all vegetables including lettuce except for jalapenos and tomatoes and banana peppers. Half the meat was only fat and for the price. Was definitely not worth it. Was looking for a bigger and better sandwich but it was small and I didn't even get everything I asked for on it...

The best sandwiches, subs and pizza in the entire area! Always cooked just right with fresh toppings every time since I’ve been going there! I’ve been going here since 1980

I orderedv2 Italians today. The bread was so hard it wasn't even worth what I paid for it . I will not buy from here again.

Love there Dagwood s ! Mostly ham and veggies! Homemade dough! It’s to die for and worth the trip and money!

Been going here my entire life. It's changed hands once I believe but the quality is still on point. Family friendly dining area and great food. 5 star.

Food was good. Fresh made dagwood dough is a plus. The only turn off was an associate eating in the cooking area. That is a big no no in the food service industry.

The food is good! Use to be way better! Pizza is a lot of times under cooked. The main reason for the 1 star is because they say their open til 8pm you can call at 7:15 and they will answer and say they closed early. Pricing is also the highest price in the state.

Had their pizza in the past, very good. I also just tried calling for delivery (12/28) and management has given the team the entire week off which I think is awesome and is the reason I decided to leave a review. Good on you Sonny's! I'll look forward to grabbing a slice after your team has gotten some much needed rest!

There Chicken Salad dogwoods are delicious! Add a little bacon cheese and lettuce! Sooo yummy!

This place is horrible. I ordered food from Grubhub and it kept getting delayed. Then Sonny’s refused to give the Grubhub driver my food. Now my order was forced to be cancelled 2 hrs later. Why is this place on Grubhub if they are going to be rude and refuse the drivers that are just doing their job. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time.
