My kids loved it. The recline chairs are awesome. They sell cinema tickets for regular reclines for £8.99 Black reclines for 10.99 and luxury reclines for £12.99 . The popcorn comby is sold for £6.99 or large one for £8.00 with drinks. You also have sweets on the entrance with ice cream counter and toilets. Free parking available and more show times than other Vue cinema's.

Went here today to see no time to die, people very welcoming and helpful, amazing reclining seats and a little table to put your food on, overall I love this cinema and everyone in it.

First time coming here but I think I'll be back, chairs are nice reclining with a small table in front, screen was really big compared to my normal place (another cinema chain) popcorn could have been better but I like the fact they offer mixed rather than just sweet or salty.

Nice seating. Queues too long, not just a little bit either! Massive queues for food and drink. Not enough ladies toilets for the number of screens. Massive queues for those too...not as long as the food queue though. On the plus side I couldn't be bothered to wait for a drink so my badder didn't suffer too badly 🤣 More staff on the food stuffs. Seating good as all recliners.

Really great place if you want to watch a variety of movies for a very reasonable price! The staff are really lovely and welcoming! The food is a little more on the expensive side but the ticket prices make up for it! I would definitely recommend this place if you want to have a great day out and watch a movie with the family or a loved one

Great location out of town. Plenty of parking. Places to eat nearby. Snacks a bit expensive but it's all part of the cinema experience. Lovely reclining comfortable seats. We went to watch Top Gun Maverick and it was brilliant.

Its been years and i mean years since ive been to the cinema and WOW those chairs are something else !!! Watched Elvis the movie 🎬 which was great itself but the reclining chairs made it feel like a real outing 😀 moveable tables too, thought in was in a giant spacious and fancy aircraft lol 😆 It was brilliant I must say !! Having a sore knee really made the whole experience so comfortable and gave going to the cinema a new meaning 😊 Everywhere looked nice and clean also, wld definitely visit again 😀

Lovely cinema! Screen 7. Great seats. Sadly, refreshments are super-expensive which is a bit disappointing. Take a blanket it is very cold inside the cinema. The sound is very loud especially for the trailers and advertisements.

Normally good, but food outlets low on staff one closed and other our of most ice creams. Crowded by people in pink...for barbie. No Cindy protesters in sight. Thankfully watching mission impossible. No11 screen very small wide but not deep. Would prefer more stepped. Seats new comfort recliners. Access through fire escape door into dark corridor with no staff! Just pointed in direction by ticket person by normal ticket point holding back those on pink.

Wonderful ticket prices for new releases, clean toilets, and comfy seats in the viewing rooms. This Vue was easily my go-to cinema before I moved away.

I took my friend to the Vue, Garston on Monday night. We arrived half an hour before the movie start according to the online time. I queued more than half an hour for the tickets. We planned to watch two movies back to back, and when I was assured that the cinema was air conditioned, I bought tickets for both films so I would not have to queue again. Because of the long wait to get tickets, it was pitch black in the cinema and the film had already started. I am elderly and not too good on my feet, so I went back out to ask a staff member if he could show me to my seat with some light. He said he could not leave his post, there was no one else, so we fumbled our way back and sat in the first row in the first available seat. I had paid extra to sit further back. We only had 15 minutes between films, and I did not want to relive the dark seat finding experience and we found our seats while the lights were still on. The air con was on during the first part of the first film, but had been turned off by the time the second one started. It was boiling hot in Screen 4 for the duration. If I had known there would be no air con, as promised, we would not have stayed for the second film. Overworked staff, and not enough staff, so not a great experience.

Great experience! Went to watch FF9 and the seats were kept as two metre distance within other individuals which was really good. Staff were friendly and polite. Free parking

At the end of the day it's a cinema and if it shows films with a seat it's done its job but here we have friendly staff like the lady at the ice cream station and recliner seats in all screens I believe. Some seats can creak if you move around while the recliner is up but not enough that it's super annoying. Good options for food and drink too plus great location

Great seats, very comfortable probably the best cinemas seat I've ever sat on! Toilets were clean, unlike other vue cinemas that I have been to previously and the popcorn was fresh, did not taste stale! And a huge thank you to the the staff there, you guys are great! Definitely will be going back there again.

Used to be great, until one bad experience has shifted my view of this cinema. Arrived today for a 21.55 viewing at 22.15 (movie stared at 22.25) and they said we are not serving any food or drinks. Had to watch the whole movie without popcorn, nachos or drink.. luckily I had some water in the car or would have gone home

So the recliner seats recently added are much better in terms of comfort and space. However, if you are looking for a quality viewing, I would not recommend and really can't understand why others don't compplain. We went to see Napoleon here on 26/11/23. I last visited this cinema in 2016 to see Rogue Squadron and the picture quality was so poor (dark, dim and lack of clarity) that I complained thinking the projector needed servicing or a bulb had gone out. I subsequently watched it perfectly in another cinema and at home. We went back this week to see Napoleon and the picture was still dim/dark to the point where you just can't make out some things on the screen. I watched the trailer on-line and the imagery was much brighter/sharper. I believe the projection systems need updating and are not of the same quality as newer Vue cinemas or my local Cineworld (or even Pinewood Cinema which has become a first choice), so do not plan on returning to this branch. Note: We were in Screen 2 and I've noted another review with the same comment so it may just apply to this particular screen within this branch.

Good comfortable recliner seating makes for good experience. However some of the staff and even manager need work on customer service and need to understand about neurodiversity.

I don't think I have ever been so comfortable in a cinema. The seats are soooo comfortable. Service was good, it was really clean too. I guess it is luck of the draw and how soon you go to a movie but the screen we ended up at was a touch an small, but other than that a great experience.

Really comfortable seats, clean, ample parking - it's a very good cinema in most ways. Took a star off because sometimes the queue for refreshments is somewhat ridiculous: you'll have two staff members serving a large queue and some of the orders take a lot of time. I don't think it's reasonable to have customers waiting 15 minutes to pay for some pick n mix

I hadn't been to the Vue in Watford since Batman Begins came out, a long time. Went today with the family. Wow, it has changed. Amazing recliner seats (which I only realised half way through the film). Great experience. Sweet etc are at a premium, but you know that before you go. I'll definitely be going back, the parking is free too.

Quite expensive at almost £9 per person for the cheepest tickets. OK, you do get good leg room, reclining leather seats, but I don't know if it is worth the premium just to watch a film where you can go to Borehamwood Reel cinema for a quarter of the cost.

Have never been to this cinema previously and found it so clean and well run with lovely staff. We had preview tickets for a Sky organised film, but it was so popular it seemed all seats taken before we arrived. However the staff managed to find us 2 seats occupied by someone's shopping, so we got in. Thanks for going the extra mile.

Great cinema, spacious reclining seats. Even the front row is further away from the screen. The popcorn shop is a bit tricky. Staff not very accommodating and it can get overly lengthy. No price displayed for most items, we ended up paying more than we thought. Be careful.

One of my favourite cinemas. All the seats recline and they are so comfy. Staff are great and they make a good cup of tea. Parking is easy. You might even see the friendly ginger and white cat who's name is buttons. He lives locally and visits for tickles and treats.

Good screens, I love the fact they have recliner seats and they are very comfortable and lux, just the right amount of people in every screen. Parking available outside for free. The bad thing is that the toilets were very dirty and unhygienic, disgusting and in the women's toilet there was a broken lock in one. The gentleman's toilets were also dirty I have been told. Also the sound was really poor! They should also check the machines that book the tickets because they have 5 and only 1 was working. Not many employers by the way.

The cinema is clean and comfortable. The seats are all spacious recliners that can be adjusted, and they have tray tables for drinks and snacks. One downside though is that the soundproofing between screens isn't really sufficient - I was watching a quiet play and could hear the sound effects from neighbouring screens.

I have been going to this cinema for absolutely years, maybe 15 years or so. They have improved the seating by making all the seats recliners with an adjustable seat table to place your snacks and a drink holder big enough for even the large bottles and cups. The seats are quite spacey too, and tickets are very affordable. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I never have anything bad to say about this venue :)

Seats are comfortable and just about that. Costumer assistant does not knows the combo deals, they charge £7 for a large popcorn what wasn’t even nice full off hard bites and not popped out properly and definitely not fresh. The room had the ac on ( it’s middle of October there is no need for it I set all the movie with my winter coat on as it was freezing. Not a enjoyable experience.

Love the recliner seats, ridiculously comfortable but in Screen 6 they are too close to the screen. Actually made me feel a bit sick when colours were very bright. Took a bit of getting used to. Otherwise fabulous cinema. Loads of toilets, good cinema food. Bit pricey possibly.
