I came here with the expectation that it would be style over substance, but my goodness was i wrong. This place is great. Beautifully decorated and the food was amazing. From one of the pickiest eaters in UK, the best restaurant in the country. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

A beautifully decorated restaurant, incredibly picturesque and makes for a good dining experience. The lighting in certain areas is a little dim which can make viewing the menu difficult for those with eyesight problems. The food and drinks were tasty, especially their famous kebabs which truly were the highlight of the meal. Would likely come again in the summer to experience their summer menu.

Inviting atmosphere and friendly staff. Food were adequate. The crispy chicken I got was a tad bit dry and salty. However, the drink I got tasted delightful as the flavour of the watermelon comes through and not to overwhelming with a hint of mint as a refresher. Would come back for the drink and perhaps order other food options.

Gorgeous place. Really enjoyed my time here with my partner for his birthday celebrations. We were greeted by the reception staff who were friendly and then we proceeded to sit down. Being next to the telephone box was interesting with so many people wanting to take photos in it! The starters were absolutely tasty, the squid with crispy kale was exceptional , would not want squid elsewhere , and the pork belly, egg with rice was also amazing. Would definitely recommend the main menu. The brunch menu was quite limited but the lunch one post 1 pm was fantastic. I had a few mocktails which tasted like actual cocktails minus the alcohol! Lucy the waitress was fabulous serving us and she is a true asset to the florist .

I went to the florist for brunch with a friend and it was outstanding. You pick 5 things for about £15 (I got the chocolate croissant, scrambled tofu, vegan sausages, fruit and French toast) and everything was a 10/10. Really impressed. So was my friend. We also enjoyed two cocktails each which were really really nice. The service was quick and friendly, the atmosphere was really lovely and the decor is stunning.

Went a few days after new year and the place was bubbling. I loved the decor from the entrance to the hall, everywhere was beautiful. The food also didn’t disappoint. Located on high street, automatically means no parking space except you park at Atria. Our waitress was very polite and took some photos for us. I’ll definitely be returning for some more. Affordable luxury is my definition of The Florist.

Fantastic restaurant. Absolutely beautifully decorated, even my partner was impressed. Food was amazing. With my partner being a chef it was even greater when my partner asked our server to pass on his compliments to the chefs. The food was so flavoursome from the minute I placed it in my mouth it was delicious and had my mouth watering. Service was great also. Friendly and welcoming staff who also sang happy birthday to my partner. Would definitely recommend and I am looking to go back with my girls

Nicely designed for lots of photos. Food was delicious. Good variety of dishes to suit all dietary requirements. Staff are very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. My only complaint is your mixed non dairy milk, wasn’t a fan and also nuts aggravate my asthma so would preferred a plain oat milk instead. Nonetheless I had a lovely lunch. And that vegan vanilla ice cream O M G absolutely loved it 😋

if you haven’t been, try and get to The Florist in Watford. I visited with a friend a few months ago. A fabulous looking restaurant and bar with outdoor terrace spaces. In line with the flowers and neon aesthetics and decor, thus popular with the social media crowd. Grabbed a drink this time round, next time i’d like to try their famous roasts as recommended by their friendly servers and team.

Shocking food behind belief ! Booked a table for 10 for my daughters birthday! I had the lamb kofte was supposed to be a kebab well what come out was 6 tiny meatballs with a few soggy bits of pepper ! Fries were awful ! My son had the fish and chips overcooked is an understatement!! If you dropped it ,it would have broke the floor ! My wife had satay with coconut rice. chicken was dry and fatty!! And that’s just 3 different meals god knows what the rest of the menu is like !! Very overpriced for what it was I’m not usually one for complaining but it was a big disappointment from the last time I went there! It’s seems like it’s changed hands ! Also has a different vibe! Just thought people need to know before they waste their money!!

My son, 11 3/4 gave it a 10 out of 10. He absolutely loved the sharing hanging kebabs with the chips, lightly salted, his top recommendation. Can't say I disagree with him tbh. We all enjoyed it, was an early evening meal so it was not too busy and service was quick and friendly. Wife had been the day before with her cousin and she wanted to go back. All considered, we had a lovely time and likely to go back when in the vicinity again. Oh and the pink flowery tree went over well with him as well, couldn't stop running his hand over as he loved the texture.

Incredible! Love everything about this place- the vibe, the decor, the food, the DJ! The food was delicious and good portions. The hanging kebabs are their specialty and def worth ordering. The children’s meals were amazing value for money and the children’s banana sundae was excellent! When we went on a different occasion they had a magician there too. The perfect venue for a birthday, anniversary meal or a hen party! Or even a fun date. Absolutely love it! Also the entrance smells gorgeous! Big love xx

This is my second visit to the florist and it’s gone downhill since I last went. They’ve changed the menu so there aren’t many vegetarian options now. The one main vegetarian option was a katsu curry which I found very greasy and overpriced considering it doesn’t come with any salad and tasted quite bland as well. The starter of arancini was very strange and came with mushy peas. The grills are much smaller than the grills they used to do, it also arrived on a oven tray rather than the extravagant and impressive hanging skewer they are known for. They also used to have other vegetables alongside the meat, but now it was just pepper. The wine was alright but overpriced at £25 a bottle for the cheapest one which didn’t taste great. Overall, the meal was overpriced for what we got and nothing stood out about the food or wine. The service was alright but again, not anything extraordinary for the price.

We had a lovely meal at the Florist. Beautiful place, so pretty! The food we had was delicious, although we did think not a huge variety of choice. The only reason for my overall score of 4 stars is because It was a very hot day so restaurant could benefit from air con or fans as it was very warm in there. Our waitress Cecilia was very cheerful and friendly. Overall lovely place and will be going back.

First visit to The Florist.. what a delight! Visually it’s one of the prettiest places I’ve ever dined at. There were a lot of wows! The waiting staff were polite and our food was served quickly and was delicious. Pretty as a picture!

Wow factor! Celebrated my sister's birthday 15.7.23, I'm already thinking of am occasion to come back:). We loved everything! Relaxed friendly staff, allowed children to run around and explore this huge tastefully uplifting decorated place! Food and drinks were tasty and beautiful, fast service, reasonably priced. It was a very pleasant memorable outing for all. Thank you!!!!

We went for brunch after seeing some amazing reviews about the place on social media. The place looks amazing and even entering the main door you can smell the floral theme going on However the excitement was short lived as the service warmth and food was average. The brunch menu has limited vegetarian options and can't get any custom orders. We wanted just bread and egg for our kids. Go there for amazing photos and possibly great drinks, we didn't have any but looked like a great bar.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Florist in the town centre, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. As soon as I stepped inside, I was enchanted by the flowery atmosphere and the pleasant aroma that filled the air, truly living up to its name. Despite visiting during a quiet lunchtime on a working day, the ambience remained charming and inviting. The restaurant's unique concept of incorporating flowers into the decor added a touch of elegance that made the visit all the more special. Although the chicken I ordered was slightly on the dry side, it did not overshadow the positive aspects of the meal. I believe that every restaurant has its off days, and the overall experience overshadowed this minor setback. Considering the quality of service, the lovely ambience, and the intriguing concept, I found the prices to be reasonable and comparable to some of the better establishments in town. In conclusion, The Florist offered a wonderful dining experience that left me feeling satisfied and content. I appreciate the effort put into creating a unique and charming setting. I would gladly recommend this restaurant to others and look forward to returning in the future to explore more of their menu.

The food is amazing and very tasty. The staff is very well trained and everyone was very professional, nothing to complain about. The only thing I didn't like it was the noise as it was almost full and people didn't know to talk they screaming to each other but is not the restaurant fault. I really enjoy the food and the views, and it is definitely recommended to give them a visit.

One of the worst restaurants I’ve been to! I ordered Pineapple juice, Calamari for a starter and Fish and Chips for a Main Course. The pineapple juice tasted watered down and didn’t have ice which wasn’t a good start. The calamari was amazing and the best thing I had. The Chips with the fish and chips were fluffy and crunchy which was great. However, the fish was soggy underneath and I had to send it back. I asked for another and the waiter advised it would probably be the same again and suggested I get something else. I then ordered the chicken wings starter with fries. The chicken wings looked undercooked but also burnt in some places and had no flavour whatsoever. It was such a shame as I was really looking forward to my meal and the interior of the restaurant was lovely. The staff were also helpful but the food was just not worth it. What I had came up to nearly £30 (calamari starter, chicken wings starter - pictured, fries and pineapple juice) which I think is ridiculous considering the standard of the food. The music was also too loud, we had to be asked to move as where we were sitting, we couldn’t even hear each other talk! Sad to say I will not be returning here.

Went for the first time recently. We were a table of 16, so we had pre ordered. The food was really good. Was a distinct lack of drinks service at the table, but maybe that's just how they operate. Nice decor and good atmosphere. Was a really good night out! Would recommend! 🌸

Had a beautiful afternoon, chilling here before a big night out. Food was as tasty as it gets. We ordered a selection of starters between us as a main so we could try as many as possible. All served with a huge smile. Staff are excellent and the decor is stunning.

Under the same management as the canal house in Birmingham. Food was a delight. Great vibe and interiors. Attentive waiters. Me and my partner had a lovely meal. We got the plant based burger and the chicken burger too. The fries were seasoned very well. I also ordered a tea and we were provided with a pot which kept it warm throughout, milk, plenty of sugar and a biscuit.
