I have been to a lot of TGI Fridays across the country but this has to be my favourite experience so far. The restaurant was lovely, not too busy. The servers were absolute angels and were really accommodating and friendly. I got such good vibes from them. The music was great and the food was amazing. Loved every minute!

We ordered 2 ultimate full racks ribs. £23 a meal! My partner received his meal -proper sized rack, mine was noticeably smaller; 30% smaller. I complained to the manager Mark, and instead of fixing the problem and try to make me, the customer feel better by apologising and giving a real good will gesture he chose to give me a lesson in the anatomy of animals. A half rack is £18. Seeing that I was upset he offered £2 discount! What a horrible experience! Mark could have easily de-escalated the situation with a customer- he chose not to!

It was difficult to get in because the doors are very heavy and quite narrow. Once inside there was a bit of a wait to be seated but it wasn't too bad. Once seated we were served quickly and the food brought out in very good time too. The food itself was absolutely delicious. The dessert was nice but there were limited options. All in all I highly recommend, only reason it's not five stars is because we had difficulty in opening the doors when we arrived and again when we left.

Food was pipping hot. Toni W the lady that service us was very welcoming and friendly. She definitely a credit to her restaurant

American style diner, not too expensive, big portions, good fresh food. Not many options for starters or vegan . Very Good service but slow kitchen.

Even though they were busy they still had excellent service. Cocktail were awesome! Waitress was very polite and speedy with food.

We tried Friday's in many locations before, but after not visiting for quite some time, I am sorry to say I was somewhat disappointed - the Ultimate ribs no longer come smothered in JD sauce, they just have the little pot on the side. The ribs taste good, but the sauce is what gives them the extra. The slaw has changed to something tasteless (and I think I was missing it from the plate), and the chips - house chips were good, as before, but I ordered sweet potato chips on one of the plates, which I recalled as fantastic and crispy before, but now they were very soft, you could almost turn them to mash. Service and drinks were good, but disappointed in the food changing so much and to a lower level.

Great TGI experience. We were a party of 8 and everything ran very smoothly. Food was excellent and the wait for food was great (not too quick, not too slow). The food was hot and everyone enjoyed their meals. The customer service was second to none. A huge shout out Agata who went above and beyond to help us. We need a heat pack warming and this was done without question and we were so grateful. My father also has a big interest in the pin badges she was wearing and she managed to get some for him to keep! Made his day! Would recommend to everyone!

Took a while to be seated and the staff weren’t welcoming. Took 20 minutes for a server to take our order and another 20 minutes for our starter to come. My main meal didn’t arrive and so my partners meal got cold and had to eat separately. Took a while for them to bring it after complaining and had to ask for the bill twice. Overall, the staff lack attentiveness and the portion sizes are small and overpriced. Disappointed by the service and left unsatisfied. Would not recommend this location.

Had the lovely waiter Connor tonight! He was the most wonderful waiter with such a big kind personality. Made us feel very looked after. Food was great and service was 10/10.

Food was delicious. I had the Cajun bacon chop and my partner had the ultimate cheese burger with chips. Pipping hot when it came out. staff were friendly and welcoming. Only downfall for me was the volume. It was incredibly noisy, so much so that we didn't stay for dessert as it was too much for me. Edited for reply - the music was the main issue. But because the music was too loud everyone was obviously talking over it. As someone with sensitivity to noise I find this in most restaurants I visit. I wonder if it's possible to have a quieter corner where there's no speaker or the speaker is turned off.

They didn't have ribs when I visited. Shame that I went there because of the ribs. But the kitchen gave us a full steak instead of half ribs and half steak for the ultimate grill.

I was very pleased with my experience in TGI’s yesterday. The waiters were very polite and quick and the food was absolutely delicious! The kitchen staff sent out the food within 20 minutes of waiting which was a bonus for us! By far one of my favourite restaurants around! Will definitely be returning. Huge thank you to Tony who provided fantastic service yesterday. We had a large booking for 15 of us, Tony was so helpful from the moment we arrived. She was efficient at taking the orders accurately and food came out together and we didn’t wait too long. Bonus the kids eat free with each adult meal offer made the whole thing great value for money too. We all had a great time and really appreciated the level of service and attention Tony gave us. A real asset to the team. We had one child with allergies which they also handled very well. We’ll definitely be returning!

Althought there was a group of loud children running around knocking things over and there was celery missing from my plate and we had to ask for more sauce and wait a small while the food was tasty. For us though it was the server who went out of her way to talk to us. She was friendly, kind and patient. Our server needs a promotion, a raise or both.

It’s friendly place and the kids always enjoy themselves. I have eaten here at the north Watford restaurant a few times. Never had a bad meal but my dish could have been better cooked. The chicken was a bit dry but the glaze saved the day. The kid’s meal no problem. Service from Ashley was fantastic really good at his job and kind gentle soul. In my humble opinion Ashley is a credit to this restaurant.

Apart from the drab outside impression (entrance foyer needs a makeover too), this was one of the nicest eating experiences in a TGI we've had as a family. Starters were lovely (decent portion too) - especially when washed down with a cheeky cocktail 🍸 - and my burger main was nicely cooked without the common overlooking of the meat. My daughters steak was really well cooked and medium /rare was duely provided. Staff were nice and helpful too. Recommended.

I've got over a million hits on my Google Reviews and this is the first all 5 Star review I've left of a Restaurant in 2022. I was really impressed with all the food I tasted and the Vegan alternatives were amongst the best I've tried so far. The staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming and clearly made a great effort for the cleanliness of the place. It is a very pleasant environment to share a meal with your family in and I highly recommended this Restaurant. 10/10

Great service, good food. Kids loved it (and I loved the American car and bike!). It’s a big chain so the food reflects this, but it’s also fun and the server made it feel much more individual than you might expect. Well worth a visit for a bit of fun with the family - it hits that spot on. Would be a 5* if the food came out a bit faster and orders were all correct.

Went to TGIs as a easy and convenient option after going to the cinema. Food came out quick and was hot and tasty. Portions were generous, pasta was lovely and prawns were of a good size. Only gripe was that for your refillable drinks you had to ask a waiter to do it for you, hence you feel awkward to keep asking.

Great service, delicious food and the cocktails were amazing. We hadn't booked but they still got us a table for 9. The waitress was very attentive to our needs and I've never known a restaurant to be so concerned about allergies, which was really nice. My only criticism was that three of us ordered the same starter but wasn't told until later that it wasn't available, and the food took a little longer than expected. But overall definitely recommended.

Staff are great. Good service The food however is poor. It all seems very deep fried - looks great but poor taste It’s crazy busy - kids running around when we went Good parking but in an odd location

Lovely staff, good service and good value for money. Food was nice too but when did the JD wings get so big? Oh and there is no need for 2 whole spring onions on top of them either lol 😅.

The food was ok the service was fine but we had the boneless chicken hot wings and they were luke warm not even hot (temperature wise)
