A Very Disappointing experience at Ruislip Cinema during your screening of Flash, on 15th June 2023 screen 5, 20.30 show, As someone who values cleanliness and hygiene, it is definitely concerning to hear that the cinema did not take care of its facilities properly. The cinema was extremely unclean, and there was no one present to maintain the cleanliness of the theater. The seats were covered in soft drinks and food waste, and there was a very bad smell present throughout the entire theater. The cup holders were also filled with trash, making it impossible to comfortably enjoy the movie. All in all, I would not recommend this cinema to anyone based on this experience. It was extremely unhygienic and felt like an unsafe environment. I hope that the management team takes these concerns seriously and makes a concerted effort to improve the cleanliness of its facilities for future moviegoers.

A very modern, welcoming and nice place to be in. Clean toilets, fresh atmosphere, never overcrowded, plenty of leg room and super comfy seats. I've purchased the Unlimited card, so I can watch everything for under 20£ / month. It's a must! You have Starbucks inside, at ground level, Nando's and Gourmet 4 and a suoer large ASDA Store with plenty parking spaces. What else would you like for a perfect evening out?! Recommend!

Cineworld South Ruislip is a fantastic addition to the local entertainment landscape. Its commitment to quality screen and audio, diverse film selection, and comfortable atmosphere make it a worthwhile destination for movie lovers in the area. Whether you're catching the latest blockbuster or enjoying an indie gem, this cinema offers a top-notch cinematic experience. While transportation options could be improved, it's certainly a gem for those in the South Ruislip community looking for a night at the movies. Toilets: available at the site Parking: ASDA Parking

Went yesterday to see the film strays. 1st time at this particular cineworld. Compare to other cineworld cinemas let’s say Wembley LDO I can say South Ruislip Cineworld is the better out of the 2. Seats were very comfortable, although slightly confusing with the way they’ve numbered it, screens were a good size and clean, toilets were very clean. The staff were polite, friendly and approachable compared to the wembley staff who are rude & arrogant, although there was an issue with our choice of drink, it was quickly resolved without anyone making a big deal out of it. The young Manager was friendly, approached us with a smile on his face and listened to what we had to say without interrupting us or raising his voice. unlike wembley managers, who are rude and approach you with a horrible attitude. We Ordered nachos and cheese sauce was the right temperature & not split. Overall, the experience & atmosphere at the South Ruislip cineworld is much better. You can see trailer in the foyer and in the corridors before you go into your screen, putting you in the mood for the movie you’re about to watch and getting you excited for the upcoming movies.

First visit here and I really liked it. Comfortable seats and good sized screens, even in the smaller screens. I had large nachos and they were great. Always a bit pricey for snacks, but I thoroughly enjoyed them.

Hi there, Thanks for reading my Google Review! My review is solely based on my experience. Therefore, the overall score will reflect both the positives and negatives without me mentioning the negatives as each experience can be different. So...my review; Excellent Cineworld Cinema with plenty of screens, a Starbucks, and their own food. Parking is for a maximum of 5 hours at the carpark where Asda is. The shops like Aldi and B&M are great for snacks. Nandos is also close by. It's definitely a cinema I will be coming back to. Location: 👍🏾 Parking: 👍🏾 Would I recommend: 👍🏾

We booked a private screen for our school class and really enjoyed it tonight. The staff were friendly and helpful, the place is clean and well air conditioned. The private screen option is very useful for the big groups with kids so we felt safe and relaxed. It was a good experience from the start to the end, we will come back again. Thank you!

This was my first visit to Cineworld Ruislip. Me and my friends visited Cineworld to watch the Rajanikanth "Jailer" movie. We didn't have any prior booking however we brought the tickets In-Store. They have many Self Ticket machines you can buy easily from there so that you can avoid queues. If you are not comfortable then there are many staff who can help you to get the tickets. The good thing is they have 5 hours of free parking, so you can park your car safely and you can watch the movie without any hassles. They also sell variety of Cream🍨🍦, Pop Corn 🌽 🍿 and Cool Drinks. You can eat and enjoy the movie. The quality of the movie and sound is really good. I would recommend others to visit this Cineworld.

I used to work here 3 years ago. Great people. And trust me when I say this is the cleanest cinema. It’s worth every pound.

Lovely cinema, always clean with all the screens having comfortable seats. Varieties of snack options with a Starbucks downstairs. (But same time the snacks are quite pricey, we bought 2 regular popcorn, 1 nachos, a bottle of sprite, 1 small fruit shoot and 1 small oasis bottle and this costed us £25).

Relatively new and hence the sound system is good and the seats are not worn out yet. Unlike its high Wycombe counterpart, this one looks neat and tidy. But no super screens nor imax .

Lovely clean cinema and we were served by Khuram who was brilliant, really friendly, funny and sweet to my mother. Film was excellent with right sound level. Tickets were expensive £14 but for a one off it was fine.

Not worth the Money!! Paid 14.99 per adult, basically £15. You can’t even adjust the chair. I’m giving the two stars for parking and cleanliness. I would recommend Vue Cinema Harrow on the hill, £9.99 Per person and you can relax yourself during the movie!! Wanted try Cineworld because we thought this would give a better experience for us. Thank you in advance

Proudly our local Cine World. It’s a good place for family and kids. Very neat and clean, there are 12 screens. You can watch different languages movies here. There is a 5 hours free parking available. The Starbucks on the ground floor is an additional attraction. McDonald’s , Nando’s and Treatz are adjacent to the Cineworld. The cinema is located on the first floor.., lift , stairs and escalators are available for the customers.

Super saver recliner don't recline. Not sure why they are called a recliner 🤷🏻‍♀️. Went on New year's Eve. Staff was veeeerrryyy sloooooooooow 🦥. Maybe it was me. We had time so didn't matter however as an adult one of the few times I got restless waiting. Place was clean. Ambience was good. Cinema was good. If in the area might visit again.

We got one of the smaller rooms, but the overall rating of 2 stars in today's day is a little shameful. The floor was not clean, and when my little boy dropped his toy, it went under the seat, which had rubbish with mould on it so I knew it had been there for a long time. The sears themselves were not the most comfortable as we normally go to showcase and even seat is an individual reclining sofa, this too for a lot less. Movie was good sound was good but overall disappointing.

Staff are polite and helpful. Seats are amazing (not the best, that's harrows reclining seats, but in terms of general seats this is much better than most). Always enjoy the popcorn, you can actually taste the flavours. And if you get it fresh, it is the best tasting one (sweet is the way to go). Prices were standard for cinemas. The fact that there is an ASDA right next door for snacks and drinks is a lifesaver, get your food from there if you can. Cinema was clean, and toilets too. Overall a lovely cinema. And with access via bus and train (South Ruislip), there's no reason not to go.

Very disappointed with screen 10, could not concentrate properly because of the screen.. guys I think this cinema getting worse day by day. I hope management take a step and try to change it or just change your management because I am not paying this kind of money for this..

Other than the seats feeling a bit outdated compared to other cinemas, this place is great. Clean, good choice of snacks, excellent sound and picture quality. Overall we had a great time

It’s a good cinema and not too crowded. They have a Starbucks on the ground floor, so you don’t have to be dependent on cinema eatables. Parking is in the Asda car park, which is right next to the cinema. The only disappointment was the sound system.

Lovely spacious cinema in newish complex of shops. Lots of staff (unusual in these times) who are friendly and helpful. Didnt need to book in advance. Good shop and selection of snacks.

Not too bad, staff generally are friendly and approachable. Seating is fairly comfortable with a decent view of the screen. As with any cinema, the sweets and drinks are a little pricy, especially if it is a family visit, I would suggest bring your own, they don't seem to have an issue if you do.

Great cinema place. We used to live in the development next to this. But now we have moved, even then this is the most closest cinema to us. The cleanliness inside needs to be improved. Everything else is awesome

Good cinema. Have good parking space available. Cineworld South Ruislip's staff are polite and helpful and friendly. Clean one. Audio and visual qualities are good. The seats are comfortable. Indian regional language movies are coming frequently. Overall good experience for me and my family. Recommended one.

I am super beyond satisfied. That is how cinema is supposed to be. The staff is polite, the security is helpful... I have been in quite a few cinemas and this one has no1 staff. Comparing to others A out to buy unlimited pass because of the atmosphere. Twelve out of ten🏆

Our go to cinema for a great experience. Plenty of internal space to move around, good signage and helpful staff. Seats spaced out and good screens. Great family experience!

Surprisingly clean, the movie for juniors is nice for younger kids but would be more appealing if there was a better variety of films to see rather than old kids films. Other cinemas do offer more in terms of the films offered at the kids viewings but it's usually relatively quiet and empty here

Call them before buying food online as they may be out of containers to serve you the food and you won’t be able to use your food voucher for that show. I booked a large combo online for me and my parents hoping to get a large popcorn and a large drink. But the guys on the till said that the large popcorn paper containers had finished. And refused to give me popcorns in medium/small containers as it would disturb their stock. I checked with 2 other people and both refused to give the popcorns in smaller containers as an alternative. One of them called their manager who refused as well mentioning that it would disturb their stock. They asked me to use the voucher that I purchased in future. It would be nicer to disturb the stock little bit rather than disturbing the customer’s satisfaction especially if you are out of paper containers and also improve your stock management. * Commode room’s door missing in the gent’s Toilet next to the lift.

Excellent place. Good selection of movies, nice seats.. The only problem is their sound system. They seriously need to upgrade their sound system.
